    Poor print quality
I've been using premium plus soft-gloss paper (white box) for years, with fantastic results. The latest batch I was shipped (black box) gives washed out, fuzzy prints. HP - please bring back the quality! Certainly do not recommend this product.

    Poor Batch?
I recently purchased this paper at a local store and was not pleased with the print quality at all. I have been using this paper for many years with great results and was very surprised by the poor quality. The prints were fuzzy and black areas printed more grey than black. I was hoping that there was possibly a poor batch made or the wrong grade of paper was packaged in the Premium boxes?

    Love the "Soft Gloss" Finish!
I have tried several paper finishes but for me the 'Soft Gloss' is the best. When I print photos for customers, their comments are always how pleased they are with the exceptional quality and appearance of the photos. The 'Soft Gloss' gives the photos the look of using the best, not second best.

    NOT "new and improved"!
I have been using the HP Premium Plus Photo Paper for years, and have always loved it...the heaviness of the paper, it's texture, the vivid and true colors. This new paper is awful. The paper is thinner than in used to be, which I could live with if the pictures printed up well, but they don't.

I opened the first box and printed pictures from my son's JROTC inspection, and all of the pictures had a greenish tint to them. I thought maybe it was due to the lication that the pictures were taken, so I printed some of the same pictures onto the original Premium Plus 8.5 x 11 paper that I have, and the colors were perfect.

Once the pictures printed on the new paper "set" for an hour or so, the colors were truer, but still not perfect. I thought it was me, so I asked my husband (who works in the printing industry, and has an excellent eye for color) to look at the pictures, and he agreed that the colors are a bit off. I also worry that, if it took a while for the colors to 'set', will they last as well as on the old paper?

I have to say, HP was wonderful to deal with. I called them and discussed all of this, and they sent out replacement paper the same day, and when the new packs had the same issue, they refunded my money immediately.

If you are a casual photo taker, this paper may be fine, but for someone who is serious about photos and scrapbooking them, I am hoping HP returns to their original Premium Plus paper.

    Pemium paper
I use this because I like to keep my system entirely HP. I haven't used other paper so therefore I have no experience to comment on. It seems good enough.

    New Premium Photo Paper Horrible
I have been using the HP premium plus photo paper -high gloss- for years. Recently ordered and recieved the new paper. I use an HP photosmart D7560 and the paper will not even feed into the printer. If I put in the old paper it works fine. New paper, will not even feed in. Do not buy.

Bring back the old Premium Plus please!
Please, please bring back the old Premium Plus paper! I don't care if it takes a little longer to dry than this new version. The new version scratches easily and the color of the snow in my photos went from white to green. Sorry to leave a bad review but I am not a fan of this paper. I have been making photo cards with the old version for years, I miss it!

    Not what I wanted
I wanted the 4x6 with the tab. What I got didn't have the tab. The discription on your web site should have stated with or without the tab. There is no way to tell by the picture shown.

Advanced Photo Paper - Doesn't Feed
I purchased 4x6 HP advanced photo paper as I wasn't able to buy the "standard" 4x6 anymore. I thought my printer was malfunctioning...NOT. The "smoother" back side of the paper prevents the paper from being fed into the printer even AFTER cleaning the rollers with clean water and soft, lint free tissue. HP - go back to the "earlier" version of your print paper. At least the soft rubber rollers can get a GRIP on it and feed it through. Lots of my wasted time and money with your "newer" product. My printing now is done at a local store.....and results in the purchase of less ink from your company as well. Very disappointed with the Advanced Photo Paper.

    Product Does Not Feed Paper
I have enjoyed using my older HP 325 printer for quite awhile. I just finished using my Hp Premium Glossy photo paper with tabs and now wished I had purchased at least 10 boxes!!! I now have tried the NEW premium plus paper and it will not feed through the printer. I assume it is because of the smoothness on the back of the paper. Needless to say I am very unhappy and feel like since the paper has been changed you want us to go purchase a new printer....UNHAPPY HERE!!!

    Awesome quality
It is difficult to find 4 x 6 matte photo paper. While this is not matte, the soft-gloss is an acceptable alternative where glossy paper is inappropriate for the effect one is attempting to obtain.

    Great Paper
I have used this this photo paper ever since I have been doing my own printing. I like the way the photos turn out and how quickly the ink dries on the paper.

I love to use my photos to make personalized greeting cards for friends and family. Using the soft-gloss paper gives my photos a more artistic look and the cards are much nicer.

    Way-to-go
I'm liking the Premium Plus photo paper way better than the Everyday paper. It holds its color and doesn't fade of time unlike the Everyday paper.

    Great photos
I've printed out some pictures of my grandkids and they look great. Now I can frame them and see them everyday. Very happy with the paper.
