Works GREAT (but not double sided)
I have been using these for a year now at my company when i need to make professional business cards for temporary employees (for a trial period). They print and snap out beautifully from the page - you can't find anything better for DIY business cards! Only issue I've had is alignment on my Xerox Phaser 7400 color laser printer (quite expensive one). As such I can only print 1 side full color and *MAYBE* one or two lines of text on the other side.

Mmm...I also don't understand the negative reviews. I'm only "so-so" with computers and printers, but found these easy to use. Plus the cards for my new business came out looking even better than the fancy professional glossy ones that I ordered at a later date. Thanks Avery!

Great for multiple purposes
I have used these business cards for many other purposes in addition to printing business cards. I found they are great for book plates for your books. Just print and glue on inside cover of book. Also great for printing gift tags. Awesome product.

These business cards are highly flexible in use. They are bright and when printed with color, the colors are vibrant and crisp. They are easy to set up and print on both sides. I find a different use for them almost weekly in both my business and personal applications. Like all of Avery's products, they can be used for more than just Business Cards

Professional business cards
These double sided business cards are great for a variety of things. I use them for tags on handcrafted jewelry. I can put the logo on one side and other details on the back. The templates make them easy to use.

Inexpensive creativity is a breeze!
I have used Avery products for years and each one is a great product made with quality! As a teacher I always look for inexpensive ways to make quality items. My latest use for business cards is to make a business card for myself with my name, school name, classroom number, email address and phone number. I laminate one inside each child's folder so parents see it every time they open the folder and know I am easy to reach. I also put them on magnets and hand them out a curriculum night for parents to put on their fridge or at work so they can always keep in touch with me or their child. I can change the card each year or keep it the same...my choice!

I love the 8871 business card stock! Colors stand out crisp and clean and the edges break almost as evenly as if they were professionally cut. Both qualities are important in converying professionalism in a business card. I also use them for passing out discount coupons and specials, tickets for drawings, name cards for badges or place names at seminars. They are excellent for so many uses. Thank you Avery.

Business Cards "on the fly!"
I love having these cards available for me to customize for a particular group or event. I have my regular business cards, but it is really nice to be able to create a professional referral or notice to use when I want to promote a one-time (or even recurring) event or web site or podcast... whatever! I always have a supply on hand. It is a more economical option than having to print 250 or 500 of an item.

When pitching individual clients it pays to be able to customize one's business card and make it more palatable to that client with photos or illustrations. These cards make it very easy to do so and have helped land several clients just because of the personalization.

Picked these up to make cards for my business. Very easy to make and when snapped apart, looks like they came from the Print Shop. Had to make a quick batch a few weeks ago and grabbed a store brand. WOW, what a difference. Some of them didn't snap and look like they were chewed apart. Went back for the Avery!

These cards may be used with an MS Word or Excel format of your own creation or with the label wizard in MS Office. Follow the simple instructions on the handy sheet included in the Avery package. The sheets of business cards go easily through an ink jet or laser printer. Just fold the printed cards on the scored lines and they come apart cleanly. Very professional and a huge savings over sending your cards out to a printing service!

Professional Looking Business Cards
I just love the fact that these business cards look like they just came from a printer. And I don't have to order 250 of them. I can print smaller quantities just in case I want to change the design or the information on them. For example, on some I might include my cell phone and on others I might prefer just email info.

Easy to Create - Great Product!
This was one of the easiest business card templates and products that I have tried! The ease of use in creating a customized look made for quick work in getting the look I wanted. Printing was simple and I now have business cards that look like I spent a lot more time and money than I did! Well done in creating a product that is easy for even the novice to use.

The "enlarge" button (next to the X button in the top right corner) wouldn't work, which made it impossible to make the screen big enough so that I could choose the template I needed (no slide bars were available) for business cards, template #8371. Incredibly frustratingId! I used Photoshop to position the cards properly, wasting lots of cards, and eventually getting all but the bottom two to print properly.

The ultimate in flexibility
A blank work-surface allows you to either use a template or create your own design and personalize your presentation. Also the cards are indeed "flexible" and give a clean edge when they are bent. No one would ever know that you printed them yourself.

I bought these because I was in a pinch and needed to print up some business cards. They worked great, just as described. I didn't like using the downloadable template. For some reason it didn't match up well with the lines. I ended up using a template from a word-processing program I have. When I did that it lined up great and printed real nice.

AVERY makes life easier...
I absolutely love AVERY products! Avery creates products that simplifies each and every one of my paper product tasks. I use a variety of labels, postcards and much more that Avery has to offer, but the one item I believe that has made my life easier, is the "Two-Sided Printable Clean Edge Bussiness Cards". They are perforated in such a way that leaves a smooth, clean edge, and I can print them at home from my computer and home printer, and then simply tear along the perforation.Vualah! Instant bussiness/contact cards! I actually use them as a contact card when I need to give my address to someone. It's difficult for me to write it out all the time, so I simply print them up with my home computer and hand out these nifty little cards as needed. Thank you Avery...you make my days easier and you have simplified my life more than you will ever know!

If you need quick, professional business cards or a way to distribute changing promotions without a great deal of cost, purchase the clean edge business cards. The matte finish is just as good as the photo finish with the right printer settings. I like that (for most of the Avery products) an illustrator template is available for download. The quality seems to be more professional and precise than the word processing version.

Being able to design and print your own business cards at your convenience is one of the top ten best money savers a small business can do. I have tendency to change the design of my cards and add new information which could cost time or money using a third party. I also use these as part of my packaging which allows me to add merchandise as I go. I am only limited to the number of cards on the sheets so I don't waste them. Being able to print on both sides allows for my company logo and item information to be printed on each side.

These are the best cards I've found yet and the fact that you can print to the edge of them makes them even better ... two sided and bleed ... what a deal! The laser perf is soooo much better than a few years ago too! Highly recommend these!

Howdy - exactly what you need for temporary business cards, game pieces, name badges for lanyards at events and more. Personally, I had some trouble matching the margins, print direction in software template vs. printer, but once refined it was great, and worked for several projects since. I had several in a light rain/mist and they did fine. always merry and bright - kevin

Every Professional needs this Business Card!
I need a high quality Business Card, to "show" I am a Professional. My work is building relationships with people. My clients see me as personable, caring, encouraging,as well as a knowledgeable trainer. I need to mentor new clients to be the same. Very important, they must dress for success, and always have a business card to give potential clients. These cards print flawless, clear print and beautiful photos. They snap apart clean, with edges only seen in the past, by a professional print company. The finish for the cards is not too shiny, but has the look of top quality card stock. I recieved an invitation to a business conference late in the evening for a 7:30 a.m. next morning start. I needed to bring 150 business cards to exchange with others. I had just a few of my old cards left. With a handy package of #8873 cards, I designed and printed the entire package in 15 minutes for the specfic conference and trade show. The quality of the cards were superior to those left over from the stationary shop. The cards popped apart without a single loss and printed color and added graphics perfectly.

Avery's Clean Edge Business Cards are as simple as can be! With it's predesigned features, the job can be done fast. The perforated edges allows a clean tear after simply sliding the clean sheets into the printer and printing the desired information. I needed calling cards/business cards for occassional use. I do not have a home business, but lead classes. People were forever asking for my email or phone so I needed a quick, but inexpensive "business card." The Avery cards allow me to print up a small quantity to have in my handbag. The instructions were easy, and the quality professional. They look like I got them from a printing business, but I did them myself!

Double Sided Pleasure to Use
I speak with no forked tongue --- These double sided business cards are really a pleasure to use. Color prints crisp and bold with no drifting colors. Card weight is perfect. I just need to line them up better and more carefully.

These business cards are the best. i love the fact that you can print on both sides of the card and that when printed it is a nice smooth and clean print. NO Smudges. I like the ease in which the cards tear apart.. Just give them a light snap inward and they pop right out. I'm definitely sold on this product.. actually, it's time to get some more.

As a tour guide, I print a currency conversion chart on the front and back of the business cards (USD to local & local to USD). I put my logo on it and give it to clients when in country. It's a great tool for them to help negotiate in local currencies and gives me another way to promote my company! And being that I can print when I want, I can update the current exchange rate for each trip!

I finally found a card that looks as good on the back as it does on the front. If I let the ink dry for 15 minutes between printing as recommended, the cards turn out perfect every time.

Template dead on, loading a little tricky
The template I downloaded for the business cards was dead on as far as aligning the cards on the computer. It was a little tricky to copy and paste what I wanted onto all of the cards after I designed the first one but this could have been something I was doing incorrectly. It took me a few tries to get the paper loaded into the printer correctly but, once loaded properly, the cards came out great. The edges were very crisp and you couldn't tell it was a perforated sheet once they were broken apart. Excellent product and a lot cheaper than buying cards. I did have to load and print the cards one at a time since I was using a printer with a lot of turns and bends.

Clean edge business cards
I teach pediatric nursing and tried numerous ideas to use with these cards. I am now using them to print out a pain scale that we use with the children. I can them laminate the card and have the student to slip it in the back of their name holder. This way, they can simply flip their badge around and show the pain scale to the child. So much easier to use this scale instead of spending time trying to find one on the unit.

Best Business Cards on the market!
I love the quality of these cards, being able to print on both sides, and the clean edges. I've used these cards to make business cards for both me and my husband for years now. Affordable and Great Looking
I purchased these business cards because I ran out of my "professionally printed" cards. I will NOT pay anyone to make cards for me anymore. The quality was excellent, ink printed clearly and they felt "professional". Would ABSOLUTELY reccommend these for all business card projects.

Since my husband is self-employed, I made a set of business cards for him. They came out great! The online template was easy to use and customize. The cards look very professional. The wide variety of styles ensures that they don't look "homemade" or "cutesy." My husband couldn't believe the quality I got for such a reasonable price.

Great stock for business cards
These cards are a nice weight and have an attractive appearance. The perforations stay together well during printing but separate easily and cleanly afterwards. Cards printed on inkjet or laser printers will never match that raised feel of professionally printed cards, but these make an attractive, convenient substitute.

I have used these twice when I ran out of my company provided cards. They are easy to separate and with a simple rub of my finger the sides became perfectly smooth. Great product for your own cards or a temporary solution when you run out.

Love being able to print my own business cards in any amount I need. We can print some for a specific show, including our booth information. I like to change the picture on our cards often and it is so easy with the Avery Two Side Printable Ink Jet Business Cards 8877. We sometimes use the cards as price tags. Punching a small hole and securing with Avery Secur-A-Tac Fasteners 18800.

Some of our advisors ran out of their business cards to give toclients and the ones we ordered from the printer were taking longer than anticipated. We were in a pinch, so I purchased these business cards to make temporary cards for the advisors. The quality was excellent and the product template was easy to use to design the cards needed. We ended up with professional looking, quality cards that we were happy to hand to our clients.

The two-sided Clean Edge Business cards are simple to use and give a great presentation. I have used these cards for a non-profit organization to print up Membership cards. They hold the ink well, without any smearing, and with the clean edges they do not look like something you just printed out! The low cost and durability make them perfect for an organization that needs to watch expenses, yet wants to still put forward a professional look!

Quick,Easy, and Convenient
I found out about Avery.com and design online from my sister-in-law when I helped her design and print out business cards. I thought it was the greatest thing ever and loved it!! I now have two businesses of my own and when I need business cards, flyers, or anything for myself, Avery is my go to for products, designing, and printing what I need!!!!

Neighborhood Autism Awareness
I found the perfect project for the perfect product. My wife and I are helping to raise our autistic and non-verbal grandson. I used the Avery Business Cards to printout a picture of my grandson on one side with a message to contact his grandparents using contact info printed on the other side in case someone noticed him wandering around the neighborhood unattended. Also the cards can be peeled apart to allow someone to use the sticky sides to paste on a refrigerator door. Thanks Avery for helping to make my neighborhood safer for my special needs grandson!

I love this product and have used it for a number of purposes. Most recently was as a Girl Scout Troop Leader during cookie season. I made this cards up for my girls with contact information listed, anticipated delivery dates/times, cookie types/quantities, and total purchase price sections for the girls to fill out and leave with customers. Very helpful for my troop!

The product's quality is evident by its clean print final product. There is a hidden bonus product from the strips remaining from the punchouts. Two possible uses would be for teaching vocabulary and another for creating puzzles. A third could be for crafting projects.

Peofessional Business Cards at a Reasonable Price
I made the mistake of trying a cheaper brand of business cards before I bought Avery. Lesson learned, I will continue to use these Avery Business Cards. I even received compliments on my business cards. No one has to know I did them myself, thanks to Avery.

I was pleased with the accuracy. No need to adjust - not even a click. Used Avery template with InDesign. Cards separated quickly and easily & maintained sharp edges without separatingId in the printer.

Great "Small Business" Cards
Your Clean Edge buisiness cards were the perfect solution for our small club (and my small business before that). The clean edge means they don't look homemade anymore, but we can print just as few or as many as we need. Now, our club officers look really professional without draining our small budget. Great product!

Avery has been around my small business for years and now that I am retired, I am now doing projects for my grand children. I am not a computer geek, and, the ease of being able to design, save and then print is just so awesome for me! I can go on any computer and be able to pull up my project and make small adjustments or just print away. I love the fact that I don't need to worry about storing my projects on a thumb drive and only to forget the drive when I need it! Yeah for Avery Products!

I have a four piece band, every time we perform we give out our card. People love our card and ask where we have them done. They are surprised that I do it myself with Avery. They also ask if its cost effective. I tell them compare prices with your local printer you will be surprised. Avery thank you for a professional looking clean edge business card. I have been a customer for many years.

These are so easy to use even with our ancient printer. It's convenient and less expensive then ordering online. I don't use a lot of business cards on a daily basis so I don't need to order 500-1000 at a time. This allows me to print what I need on a weekly or monthly basis and if I need more in a pinch, I have them ready to go. Thank you Avery

I'm disabled with severe ...
I'm disabled with severe tremors in my hands. I use these business cards to promote a support group I lead. All of us have essential tremor, mostly affecting our hands. I use one side of the card for contact information and the other side to describe the disease and information about the free support group meetings. It sure beats writing the information in longhand on a scrap piece of paper. I can't read my own writing. How can I expect others to read my writing? It looks like Egyptian hieroglyphics, if you know what I mean.

Nice results when they worked, but threw out more than half
The few cards that actually came out properly are nice. However, well over half of the sheets fed through the printer poorly, leading to jams and crooked results which often ended up off-center with the print running off the edge of the card. I followed the instructions exactly, even loading one sheet at a time, but could not find a way to get consistently good results. And I have a very nice, relatively new Epson printer.

If I could rate a 0, I would
I have tried to print on these using 4 different printers and I can not get more than 2 pages to print on any one machine. It creates a jam and is NOT worth your time, effort, money or energy to purchase this product.

Template is not accurate for a business card which requires a full bleed graphic. Had to design my own template to print the cards correctly. Wasted half of the sheets. Very expensive issue since Avery should be capable of making a template that matches their product. Be wary!

Terrible Product, Unusable
This was such a waste of money! I used the online printing and it was impossible to get the images to print correctly on the page except for the very top two images. The rest of them did not fit correctly on the page and there was no way to adjust the distance between each row of cards. Also the colors are dull, the images did not fill the card and the image did not maintain the ration even when I chose this option. It may be possible for me to print on my own but this would take a long time which at this moment I do not have.

So frustrated with this product
I bought these business cards in 2015. Wanted to design my own. Encountered all kinds of frustration with much trial and error. Put the pack away. Two years later I have it out again, hoping that the design tools have been improved. Still not able to navigate or easily put my logo into the area. Avery says "100% satisfaction Guaranteed" with no contact information to do so.

Works perfectly, cards came out great!
I had no issues printing the business cards (I only printed single sided).\
Maybe the people who are having problems are using the wrong template, or maybe they are trying to print with a laser printer on the paper meant for use with an inkjet printer (or vice versa). Or, perhaps they are not following some of the suggestions included with the business cards, such as changing the paper type and print quality settings.\
I have an Epson MFC-J680DW printer. In some specs I found for the print, it says you should only use ~ 34 pound card stock. Elsewhere, I found that the Avery Business cards are about 90 pound. Fortunately, this did not seem to cause any issues for me, but I only printed one page at a time.\
The cards I printed included blue and black text, as well as a dark blue, blue and white "PMP" logo provided by PMI. The print on the cards is crisp and clean, no bleeding of colors or the ink or any other imperfections that might make these look like they were printed at home. Really happy with the result.

Template and paper product do not line up - manufacturing inconsistency
The dimensions and guidelines on the s/w template make perfect sense for the 8.5 x 11 page, using a .75" for the left and right margins. Unfortunately the margins on the actual product stock vary from the .75" page by page enough that the differences make elements noticeably uncentered on the card.\
\
I wanted some design elements near the card edges with a consistent distance from the actual edge. Because of the inconsistent measurements within the same product package, it was impossible to achieve. It isn't the printer. The seams location are not the same sheet to sheet. Wasted too much time with this product. Shame for the sheet to sheet inconsistency...
