WonвЂ™t work on some monitors?

These are great arms - very sturdy. Only problem is that they donвЂ™t seem to fit on to the monitors that I purchased (HP24 es dual display) which do not have the screw in mounting. Are there additional/alternative mounting plates for purchase?
