The fasteners hold everything and the material used to make these folders are undeniably made to last.

Great for storing reports
In my office, we have fairly hefty month end reports to store, and these are far better than 3 ring binders for the purpose. They're easy to assemble, and as they get full they don't have the problem of pages popping off the prongs every time you open them. And of course, they stay flat, making it easy to line them up on a shelf or stack them in storage boxes at year end.

Great
This is a great binder with brads that can hold a huge range of papers. It is fantastic for presentations, and the color was as advertised.

The best for long term storage
We use these to store all of our monthly closings in the accounting department.  Even 3+ years later, they are still in great shape and the documents are protected.  Definitely a great value for the price.

Durable
Smead offers consumers an incredible array of reliable products for use in the home and the office.  I've tried other brands and nothing seems to be as sturdy and durable as Smead.  These folders stand up to be tested in storage and last well over time.
