I have only had this product for about a week now so I thought it fair to give it 4 stars at this stage. What I have found so far is that its a very good product and at the moment it does 'what it says on the tin' which I am extremely please with. I especially like the transformer outlet ... it shows the designers for this product actually put some thought into it. If in about 6 months time things have not changed then I will write a further review and replace all my old surge surpressors which with tripplite products. The price is very reasonable too.

Looks and feels like a well made product
I just received this product and it looks and feels like a well made product. The price is great and if it does what it says you can't beat it especially with the a lifetime warranty. Time will tell...if any issues I will let everyone know

Like the 25 ft cord and right angle plug
Decided to purchase this product after my son's TV was zapped by a power surge. The $75,000 ultimate life insurance certainly gives me confidence that this will work like it's supposed to. Have my big screen plasma TV, satellite box, blu-ray player and other electronics hooked up. Great quality with a THICK cord.

An affordable, well designed product
I was shopping for an outlet strip for my den when I came across this product. It was everything I wanted; first, there were six outlets, which pretty much allows me to use all my gadgets at once, without going through the hassle of plugging and unplugging in juggling between gadgets. The 6-ft cord is just the right length for the distance between the main outlet and the area I place all my gadgets. Moreover, it comes with space for a transformer which is very useful to me as I have often found it a challenge to plug in a transformer on a strip. Utility aside, this also comes with surge suppression which ensures safety and I simply adore the color of the strip! It is affordable, utilitarian, safety and aesthetically-pleasing, all in one!

Bought this product before moving into the new place. Works like a charm and I feel less worried about my products since I heard the area sometimes get power surge. Bought it and it power all of the equipment I needed at the new place. And the last section is a plus since I can plug in those block plug without any issues.
Feels good to have my stuff back up by a Warranty also.
Highly recommend it for everyday stuff.

Great surge protector: some of the outlets are widely spaced so adaptors can be plugged in next to each other and my favorite is that the plug is flat and allows furniture to be placed more closely to the wall. The cord is long enough so that an office can be arranged any way no matter what wall the outlet is on.

Great product; exceeded expectations
It is sometimes hard to know what to purchase when looking at products online. I studied this surge supresser and decided it looked like it would do what I need it for. Actually I bought two of them.
I am very impressed with the quality of them, at least on the outside that I can see. I can't judge whether it has saved any electronics, but we have had a number of electrical outages and on/off situations and everything that is protected faired well. I would buy again.

Best Surge Protector for the Job
I gave this 5 stars because this item fit the bill perfectly. With the 25 ft. cord it allowed me to plug my PC and periphals in properlyt without having to piggy back an extra extension cord, I feel this was a MUCH SAFER alterative!

Just what I was looking for.
This power bar was exactly as advertised. The cord length, color, surge protection, number of outlets are all important features that I was looking for but couldn't find in any stores. Good quality and great price. Was shipped promptly.

We had no where to plug in our TV, Xboxes, etc, with a 3 prong plug. We bought this with a long cord, and it works perfect from plugging it in across the living room.

Perfect for under dark wood desk
Tripp Lite is the only brand surge protector I buy. I chose this one for my husbands desk--it's a dark, black-brown desk, so this blends it well.

Being in rural Oklahoma we get plenty of lightening and storms.. it gives me peace of mind knowing that my electronics are covered . I purchased four surge protectors and now everthing is safe... I love the insurance policy that come with it.. I would recommend the Tripp.Lite if your worried about getting hit..

Great product that protects my valuable electronics!
I purchased this protector to plug in a new treadmill and cycling trainer in my workout room. I needed the longer cord to reach the nearest outlet in the room and didn't want to run an extension cord to a regular protector. I have owned Tripp Lite products before and they always seem to get the job done.

Just what the doctor ordered!!!
I am building an HO scale model train layout, and needed something durable, surge protecting, and with a long extension cord, since there was no wall outlet near where all the electronic control equipment was to be setup. This fits the bill for what I needed. I Like the fact that it allows for both small 3-prong plugs, as well as the large 9v adapters. Did not really find any other brands with this comparable pricing, and glad it had the features required.

Excellent protection for specific uses
I bought this mainly as a multi-plug extension cord. I picked it as it was one of the few surge protectors with a 25ft cord. It works well in my garage shop as it can reach just about anywhere. One thing I didn't know about, but particularly like, are the sliding covers for unused plugs. This is very handy in a dusty environment. The insurance is a bonus if you have any expensive tools plugged into it. Only downside so far is that the flat plug does not swivel. This isn't a big deal in my application but if you're putting the plug in a crowded socket it probably has to be on the bottom or bottom right.

Fabulous choice for protecting your equipment
the Tripplite is a fabulous choice for protecting your expensive electrical equipment. I bought this for my commercial quilting machine. I'm very pleased at the quality and feel comfortable about being protected against power surges.

proper distance and usability
i needed this exact length of cord for a specific routing situation, and the ease of wall-mounting made the entire surge protector perfect. the click-sealable outlets make it easy to keep dust out while making it known which outlets are in use. simple use and lights provide the status with a glance.

A unique solution for unique problems
I needed a heavy duty surge protector that was more than 20' away from my electrical outlet.

The Tripplite Surge Protector with 25 ft cord is a solid power base for my Meade LX 90 go-to telescope. Though designed for indoor use, I use my surge protector outdoors close to the patio AC outlet. I needed to replace a mobile 12 volt DC battery that went dead after 5 years of use. This Tripplite surge protector fits my needs nicely. It sits firmly on my tiled patio and is away from the house thanks to the 25 ft cord. I can view the night sky without my roof top in the way. Very few surge protectors are on the market that can go a sizeable distance from an AC outlet. When I saw that Tripplite did, I had to have one. Now, as long as it doesn't rain, I'm happy to be outside enjoying the heavens.

I will buy this product again
I have just purchased 16 of these surge protectors for the office. I have installed them all and they have been working great. The cord is heavy duty and the right angle plug is a must when the outlet is behind a file cabinet. 3 outlets that are big enough for power adapters and the rest are standard plug setup. Highly recommend

Would certainly recommend and buy again!!
We recently purchased a new Lazy-Boy power recliner for my wife who was had knee surgery. The chair of course needs a power source and we are on a slab. The way our living room is set up we were able to route this surge protector under our large rug and under another couch. We cannot even tell it is there. What I really like about this product is the quality and the slide blank off plates for outlets not being used. We have cats that are a little too curious. This feature keeps the outlets "kid proof". Quality product, great price...buy it!

Multifunctional Perfection
I was looking for a long surge protector so I could
consolidate all the cords in one area. The wall outlet plug sits well and allows the unit to be maneuvered around without a problem. This product was perfect. The spacing of the outlets allows for plugs of different sizes. Very happy and the price was fair

Excellent protection at a resonable proce

Very nice surge protector, awesome long cord!
Used for protecting my audio/video gear, and I needed a long cable for flexibility. This one checked all the marks. The power switch feels a little flimsy but works well. I like the extra wider sockets and the control LEDs, as well as the angled plug.

This protects my home computer, network and printer. The $20,000 coverage for damage in addition to the protection provided by the surge protector isolates me from both physical and financial damage. It doesn't get better than that.

An excellent surge protector
This was one of several surge suppressors that I own from Tripp Lite. This is an awesome surge suppressor and outlet strip that is easily mounted to a wall, should you desire to do so. The end outlet is spaced to accept a larger power outlet which is very convenient.

Perfect size for behind wall-mounted TV
I bought this to mount behind a big-screen TV that I wall-mounted over the fireplace mantle and it fits perfectly on top of the 2x4 supports that the articulated mounting arm is bolted to. Right tool for the job!

Bought three of them. One the protection light is not lit. Never got a surge just not working right. I know It cant be a surge because I know how the wiring is set up for outlets in my house. The one surge protector is the last outlet in the house and none of the other ones before it in other rooms had a surge. So just faulty product.
