I don't hate dusting anymore
The Swiffer Dusters are amazing. I am a clean freak and for the first time it is actually easy to dust. I put it to the test and dusted my whole house waiting for my first duster to give out on me. It didn't. I believe I can dust again without putting on a new one.

I love how well these work
I have a lot of dust and these are the greatest thing I have found. I tried other products but didn't like the way they worked when I'm done using this everything looks good.

I tried the swiffer duster and I love it. It makes cleaning so much easier. It picks up dust fast and easy without having dust flying around. Great product!

swiffer duster...yellow handle..
I have previously used the swiffer duster(blue)and liked it...but just had to buy a new one & I don't like this one...the handle slides off the duster when you are using it...don't know if anyone else has had this problem but it is annoying....don't think I am doing anything wrong...can anyone help

Great product - why did you change the handle?
When you changed the design of the handle you left out the short tab between the two long ones. Now whenever I use the duster, the pad slides off and has to be put back on. This never happened with the old handle design. I would rate this product five stars if the handle was fixed.

Its great, once you figure out how to assemble it!
Thank goodness for that video of the woman who couldn't fugure out how to assemble her duster. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure it out before I found her video. At the end of it, she finally figured it out. It is soooo easy, once you see it done correctly. Works great.

I love Swiffer !!! I would be loyal forever if there was a Swiffer for house plants. I have all my dusting done easy and quick and then I have to dust house plants with another product...A girl can dream, maybe in the future you will market a plant safe product or even different dusters.

i love these dusters because they get into places i can't normally get into. My husband and I live in a 5th wheel camper and it has a bunch of nook and carnnies that i can't get into that good if at all. These dusters help alot.

Great product but needs assembly instructions - had to watch several video reviews to learn how to assemble and lock in place. Box does not show the way to insert the duster into the tunnels in back of duster and how to lock In place. Box colors make it difficult to read the instructions.

I am very dissapointed with the Swiffer Duster. The dusters are
too skimpy and thin. Also, when I'm using it in a corner of the
ceiling or even just on the ceiling, because it is so thin, I'm
scraping the ceiling! You shouldn't be able to do that! And,
you wouldn't have that problem if they made the duster thicker
and fuller!!!!

Don't waste your money on this product.
My husband purchased product for the first time because we have used other Swiffer products and have been very satisfied. However, this product is a bomb. Try inserting the dusters on the wand is futile and makes no sense at all. Who in the world at Swiffer passed off this product as sellable? They should be fired. Worst product ever!!!!!!

Flustered from putting together the duster
Even though I consider myself pretty handy,it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to attach the duster to the handle.There are no directions other than how to put the handle together.Swiffer could have saved me a headache with a picture.This product seems to work just fine.I have used other Swiffer products and I am satisfied.

NO INSTRUCTIONS equals NOT USEABLE
I have had the Swiffer Duster with extendable handle for several years. It hid in a store room until today, when I decided once again to see if I could figure out how to put the so called "Duster" on the extendable handle.
After a half an hour of wasting time on this, I followed the suggestion on the box to go to their web site. Wasted another half an hour at the suggested site, and then began searching elsewhere on line.
Still have nor idea and apparently neither does anyone else.
It seems I am not the only one that has had this very problem.
I am very adept at repairs, and mechanical aptitude, and this is absurd.
What does it take for a large corporation to simply supply a how to?

I purchased the Swiffer Duster Starter Kit to see if it would work. IT DOES and it does a fantastic job of picking up the dust in even the most hard to reach places. I will definitely be getting the refills.

Worked well in the dusty desert
I live in a dry, desert climate with 3 dogs, 2 cats,& a macaw. I have LOTS of dust! I was pleasantly surprised by how this product picked up the dust BUT more importantly how it KEPT the dust. This product doesn't just move the dust around it actually kind of grabs it and keeps it on the dust pad. I have never been a fan of dusting but this product has made dusting in my house a more pleasant & rewarding chore.

This product is very easy to use. It picks up dust and you just toss the pad in the trash. Love the fact that the dust goes in the trash and doesn't just sit on wand. The wand is extendable. Great for cleaning ceiling fans, window blinds and hard to reach places. Is affordable and a very good purchase!

Budget limits prevent me from continuous buying - I must simplify & improvise
I am disabled and have a very strict budget. So I know what it means to stretch my budget with having to replace or refill many items. When I must stretch my budget for unnecessary purposes, something that is necessary gets sacrificed. I am also globally & waste conscious; so I try not to create or participate in what I have termed to be "A throw away society". That simply means that I'm not too busy + or lazy to wash out and/or keep rags just for the purpose#s# of various cleaning tasks

Not easy to figure how to assemble nor to find instructions online
Like the product BUT need instruction for assembly on the refill package instead of sending one to online to search for instructions. Wasted enough time that could have had a piece or two polished!

Good Product, Poor instructions
The box containing the yellow Swiffer dusters says you can see a video that tells you how to put the fluffy part on the plastic stick. I went to the web site listed on the box and found NO video. A video showing exactly where to insert the stick into the duster would be helpful.

I have been using Swiffers for years but only since I moved to dusty Arizona did I come to fully appreciate their time saving value.
This is Dust Storm country and it is a constant battle. I have found uses for Swiffer dusters here that i never imagined before. They make the back breaking work of cleaning moldings a breeze, not to mention blinds and window sills, ceiling fans and under the refrigerator, between cabinets and on and on.
One swipe and you're done. With the extender, there is no crawling around the house to get all the moldings, high and low. I love this product and recommend it highly. It is also great at cleaning the bathtub, sinks, bottom of toilet, top of refrigerator, before you wet the surfaces. They actually cut your work in half.
Also, they can't be beat for cleaning delicate electronics of all kinds.

Very difficult to install the replacement duster
When installed properly, its a great product. But the instructions on the box for replacing the duster are not clear. It is DIFFICULT to install the replacement duster.

The best dusting tool I have ever used
My colleague at school where we both teach photography to teenagers introduced me to the Swiffer dusting system that he recently used in the darkroom. It is essential to rid the darkroom of dust to insure cleaniness for negative printing. Also, at the end of the year we give it a complete cleaning, the best we have ever been able to accomplish.
He discovered the Swiffer in his efforts to rid his Weehawken NJ apartment of dust after a nearby construction project with much success.
I was impressed with the results and tried it in my New Jersey home and found it to be remarkable in that I was finally able to clean the house quickly at "party level" dusting at all heights and spaces in every room.
My Husband and I own a home in the Drome in France that is primarily built of stone which creates constant dust that we have had difficulty staying on top of in the past. We rent part of it so we are cleaning constantly.
My husband and I had a contest to see what would work better, his dusting cloths or my trusty Swiffer wand and of course I won on three hundred year old surfaces in half the time.
We were doubtful that the French grocery store would carry the refills but there they were right on the shelf in the Le Cleric supermarket in Valreas.
We have a German Sheppard dog that sheds and we live in a dusty area due to traffic.
I am very thankful for your cleaning product that makes this chore fast and efficient as I'm a full time worker and like to spend my time on other activites.
Bravo to the inventor! I'm a hard sell for spending money on cleaning products but I'm hooked on this system.

I have a house on the beach in Mexico, plus 4 dogs, so that means dust and sand galore. The last time friends came down to visit they asked "what can we bring you?" Two things! Chardonnay and a Swiffer Duster! I can literally dust 2-3 times a day and before getting my Swiffer I felt like I was just moving the dust and sand around a bit. Now, it's gone, gone, gone and the house actually stays clean for a bit! With the extender I can reach the top of the ceiling fans and all of the other dust catchers in the house. If you haven't used a Swiffer Duster, you haven't really dusted!

I'm not sure if the Dusters have changed or if my weaving skills are void. With my new box of Duster refills, it has become increasingly difficult to get the Duster on the wand without the ends sticking out (potentially scratching what I am trying to dust.)
I do not recall having this much difficulty with my previous refill purchases. Anyone else have this issue?
Other than that, they are great for light, in-between dustings!

We have 6 german shepherds. 2 adults and 4 puppies that are 1 year old. Their fur is everywhere. The duster picks it up. We are constantly cleaning. Thanks for a wonderful product

I have a 3yr old and a 1yr old. Trying to clean with them around was a huge headache, until I got them each their own Swiffer Duster wands from the starter kits.
They love helping mommy dust! My 3yr old can get all the small and down low spaces with the duster and it is light and flexible enough for my 1yr old to wave it around and pick up dust from floors and low shelves.

Stinkingest Purchase EVER!
Why do you have to load everything down with chemical scents? I bought a box of duster refills and there were NO boxes there which said UNSCENTED! I brought them home and had to open the box OUTSIDE, put the thing on OUTSIDE, do my dusting and put a nail OUTSIDE to hang the dern thing on when I finished dusting!
I had to put the rest of them on a shelf in an open cabinet OUTSIDE to keep them from stinking up the cabinet! Can't you AT LEAST make an UNSCENTED duster refill for people who can't stand chemical smells or who are allergic to them? More and more people are becoming allergic because you load everything up with that nasty stuff. Many people don't want that.
I will know better...when these are gone, I won't buy any more. I am NOT afraid to sign my name. Rebecca White

I'm disabled and I need things that can help me clean my home more easily. And the Swiffer dusters are AWESOME!!...I love them for dusting, I have a large home and can get all my household items dust in no time with Swiffer dusters, and I use them in my cars too. :)

I had been using the old swiffer duster handle for years. Mine finally broke and the new one is simply awful. The fact that it is flexible makes it worse rather than better and the handle does not hold the duster as well. I will not purchase this again and am very disappointed. The old duster used to be my favorite. Now I will have to look for another brand.

I have used Swiffer products for years and love the way they clean, MAKE THE BOXES of dusters in larger quantities. It's crazy that 16 is the largest I have seen in my area. I want a box of 50 or more!

Great product- package seal hard to open.
I definitely like this product for cleaning. I like the scented lavender but everyone else in the family prefers the original scent. I do not like to open a new container as the seal is very hard to peel open. I would appreciate an easier to open peel back system maybe just a longer tab to pull.

I think these 180 Dusters are great. My son moved in with us and he has dust allergies. I needed something that would trap and get rid of the dust not just move it around. The Swiffer Duster I have found works the best for me. The dust is trapped and stays on the duster. They are very easy to change too. This is one of the best products I have used in a long time.

I love this duster. It makes dusting a breeze! No need for a spray and cloth any longer! I was able to get into all the nook and crannies with this duster and was also able to reach my ceiling fan and get the dust off of the blades too!

It's bunny season, dust bunny!
Thank you bzzAgent for motivating me to dust, even the hard to reach places, by sending me a free swiffer 180 duster kit! The duster is very easy to assemble. So getting started was a breeze. It is light weight and the perfect size to dust under, over or between tight spaces as well as the wooden blinds I have throughout my house. The handle made it convenient to reach the tops of picture frames and the other areas that would normally require a step stool or ladder. It also performs as stated on the packaging. Trapping the dust in the fibers of the duster so you don't have to vacuum dust that falls onto the floor after dusting. I love this duster and am looking forward to the time I will save by using it.

Highly efficient, captures dust well, does not require redusting
I just used the Swiffer Duster on my very dusty dark blinds at home, where dust shows very prominently, both on the slats and on the strings holding them up. I am pleased with the quality of this feather duster because it actually captures and traps dust rather than swishing it around only for it to land elsewhere in the house.
The handle is yellow and bright. In terms of durability, it is quite flimsy, though, and sliding it through the feather duster has to be done carefully, otherwise it might tear the feather sleeve. It is also smaller than desired and it requires more movement than I want.

Swifter Duster is Awesome!
I love this product! It is great for a quick, last minute, run through the house before guests arrive dusting! It's also great for deep cleans too. I've used it at my office to dust my computer, desk and picture frames. I only wish it had a cover to put over the duster between cleans. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend it for anyone. It is an easy, simple system and is now a must have in my cleaning regimen!

Swiffer Duster to the rescue!
So, I didn't really realize how long it had been since I cleaned my ceiling fan, until my Swiffer Duster arrived in the mail. Yikes. Thankfully the swiffer made quick work of it! Then I attacked the rest of my house. Swiffer came just in time to rescue my house for the holidays!

I have been very skeptical about this product for some time. I just always stuck to my old school duster, thinking this is as good as it gets. I finally broke down and decided to try Swifter Dusters, and I. Am. Blown. Away. I can't believe I have waited this long! It captures all the dirt and dust like a pro. Honestly, I was sold when the dirt and dust was not flying through the air, because it was captured on the dusters. Go figure! I am sold, and will be throwing out my traditionals ways of dusting from now on!

Bad product and low quality
This product decreases its quality, it breaks very easy, it is not comfortable for the user and it only has an opening. The product used to last longer, more comfortable and was more resistant. Did You tested the products?Did they conduct surveys with users?

Great Product for What It Is, But Not Environmentally Friendly
So these things are pretty handy -- they do a good job at cleaning/dusting hard to reach areas that we don't normally get to with the vacuum, like baseboards and corners of walls. But, the product received a D score from Environmental Working Group because it contains Mineral Oil (a petroleum product). They are also by nature a cheap disposable thing. We would prefer to purchase reusable, long-wearing items that are made from eco-friendly materials. So, good for what it is, but I would not purchase.

This product is easy to use and convenient. It picks up dust very well along hard to reach places like baseboards, tops of cabinets but the wand is short and and it feels cheap. I also don't like that it is a throwaway product. I did a test between the swiffer product and my traditional dusting with cotton rags. Although the swiffer did a good job it couldn't beat the the conventional method.

I absolutely love this. I just leave one downstairs and one upstairs and when I see it i just randomly start dusting. I absolutely love this. I just leave one downstairs and one upstairs and when I see it i just randomly start dusting. Swiffer 180 Dusters cut my dusting time in half!
Swiffer 180 Dusters really cut my dusting time in half. The product comes with an easy to assemble handle, and the duster simply slides onto the handle. The duster acts like a magnet picking up all the dust on the first pass. It used to take me 10 minutes to dust my 100 year old antique bed because of all the spindles that needed to be dusted. The Swiffer duster gets in and out of tight spaces, and sweeps around the spindles removing all of the dust. It also does a marvelous job picking up baby powder that settles on my dressing table. The fibers fluff up, but really get into hard to reach places and are really flexible. It is so much more effective than a feather duster as it traps and locks the dust onto the duster. When you have finished dusting, just toss away the dirty duster and replace with a new one. I am going to give away my feather duster and only buy Swiffer dusters from now on!

I have always been a fan of Swiffer products. The Swiffer dusters are great for odd surfaces (between blinds, over air vents, etc) and locks in the dust. However, aside from these specific locations, I prefer the traditional swifter dry sheets. They do a better job of trapping the dust. If the Swiffer duster gets shaken, you can see the dust come off of it. That being said, it still works above and beyond traditional dusting rags and much better than feather dusters.

Love my Swiffer duster! It really grabs the dirt and holds onto it. It has lots of little arms that grab the dust and it smooths gently across surfaces. I love using it in my car to get into the little spots on the dash that are hard to get to with other dusters.

This is a really great duster that works well for places under the couch. I have a sectional couch that just collects EVERYTHING! It's ridiculous! I used this under my couches after vacuuming and it works really well. I have to clean under the couch at least once a day thanks to pets and children. Swiffer 180 Dusters TRAP + LOCK dust & allergens for sure! It picked up the nasty pet hair under the couch that my vacuum cleaner doesn't get. I feel it works better than my static duster. Fantastic product!

I am enjoying testing the swiffer dusters. My normal routine is a rag and spray. The duster seems to get in little cracks and crevices easier than a rag. It is also easier to dust around decorations if they are too hard to take off a shelf. I like how the duster is disposable and I can throw it away after dusting a couple of times. Is it easy to replace on the wand and sturdy enough to get all the dusting done without breaking or bending.

Makes Dusting Quick and Easy
I use a couple other Swiffer products on a regular basis and was very excited when I got the opportunity to try out the Swiffer dusters.
Prior to receiving this product, I found myself dusting once every other week. When I did dust I would tell myself I need to dust more but would continue to only dust every other week. When my Swiffer duster arrived, I was very excited to try it out. This product exceeded my expectations in how quick and easy it made dusting while still doing an excellent job of collecting dust. I also found that this product hung onto the dust, rather than simple spreading it around.
With this product I find myself dusting much more frequently and also have noticed that this product removes a lot more dust from my house than the cleaners I was using before. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!

Worked way better than I thought it would!
Not even close to the look alike feather dusters you see at the dollar store. We have 3 kids, 3 cats and a dog, so there is PLENTY of dust to go around. The Swifter Duster worked like a charm! Easy to assemble and really holds quite a bit of dust and pet hair on the wand. It was perfect for dusting the mini blinds, fans and even countertop appliances. Wish they had little bitty ones for harder to reach places and knick knacks, but overall, awesome!

So Easy, Even My Husband Can Use It
I'm normally the one to dust my home. Actually, I'm normally the one to clean my home, period, but that's neither here nor there. Thankfully my husband helps out in other ways, such as when he replaced our home's air filter over the weekend. While he was up on the ladder he asked for something to dust off the register, since we rarely pay much attention to it other than the twice yearly filter changes. I handed him the Swiffer Duster and we were both amazed with what the duster was able to pick up. Had I given him a damp rag, as what we would have otherwise used, there's no way it would have neatly collected all that dust, dander and lint, let alone gotten in between the register grates like the Swiffer did.
While I typically like to use as few disposable products as I can, I have a family that suffers from environmental allergies, so efficient cleanup of allergens is important. Thankfully, the Swiffer Dusters hold a lot of dust and seem to be able to go a while before needed to be replaced. We’ve been suitably impressed and will continue to use these dusters!

Finally cleaning those lamps!
The lamp above my dinning room table never gets dusted - it has such a build up I wondered if it was even worth trying the Swiffer 180 Duster on it. And yet it totally was. The Swiffer 180 Duster Starter Kit provided me with a solid handle to hold when reach up, the two different types of fabric on the duster attracted and trapped the dust efficiently. No dust fell from the lamp and it was super clean and clear was I was done. I highly recommend not just for the practicality of the duster but for the new twist on dusting - bringing fun to an otherwise dull household chore.

The duster was easy and simple to use. I was surprised the whole duster and so many refills fit in such a small and light box which is great for homeowners without a lot of space. Overall the duster functionally worked great- really captured the dust and left my house feeling clean. That being said I'm not sure it can replace my traditional duster that has a longer neck and can really help me get into those hard to reach places. I also like being able to wash and reuse my duster heads. You can really see the amount of dust that was picked up in the after picture but the duster is a little fragile and got really bunched up when going over rough surfaces like the top of a wood door. If people don't like traditional dusters this product is a good alternative.

As a guy, one of the last things I want to do is dust. But the Swiffer 180 Dusters Starter kit arrived right before a Broncos football game, and I thought - why not? I'll dust before the gang comes over. I was able to dust the entire basement - desk, tv, pictures, coffee table, end tables, weights ALL with one dusters. The dust was trapped in the fabric and didn't make a mess as I walked between the areas to dust. The only hard part was getting the puff on the handle correctly. After fluffing the puff , the back side had been fluffed as well and it wasn't a smooth slide and glide in process. The handle got caught on the fluff several times. After a few attempts, it did work. Not only that, for storage I was able to hang up the handle near my laundry machine without it taking up much space at all. A great product for the bachelor in you!

I have always been a big fan of Swiffer products, and the Swiffer 180 Dusters Starter Kit it no different! I was able to quickly dust my bookshelves and overhead fans before company came over for the holidays, with not a lot of effort.
My only negative about this product is that if it is super dusty, and you move it quickly, dust does come flying off. Then you have to vacuum, too! If you are careful, or switch out the duster often, you shouldn't encounter this problem.

This is a great product to simplify your life. I simply pull the Swiffer Duster out of the drawer and quickly dust all rooms in not time at all. The dust clings to the Swiffer Duster magic. I am able to dust several times before changing the refill. It's easy and it works.

These are the greatest invention yet. I was not sure how these were going to work as I fluffed up the first duster, but after the initial swipe on an old bookcase (with a layer of dust) I was astonished. It picked up all of the dust and left the bookcase clean, with no dust remaining, not steaks, nothing. Then I went around to find the more challenging things to clean and every single one of them cleaned up extremely well. I used each "cloth" until it began to fall apart, they lasted so long .

Swiffer 180 Dusters Starter Kit
This is a great product. In fact it is addictive. I want to pick it up when I see it lying around and start dusting. I was sceptable at first but it works great. It was swift and easy to dust hard to reach areas with little or no dust particles flying around. I loved using the Swifter 180 on my Plantation shutters, car dash, mirrors, stairs, lamps, lamp shades, register grates. ..places I seldom addressed when cleaning. It was tricky for me to put the duster cloth on the wand at first. But figured it out with my dad's help. I would love an extension pole. Thanks for designing such an effective product.

I don't usually do a lot of dusting around the house. Partly is because I'm allergic to dust, party is because we have professional service to clean around the house.
One night I took my wife's car out for an errand. It was cold and the inner windshield became foggy. All the dirty stuff started to show.
Thin dust, thick dust, water-spot dust (it looks like someone sneezed and it hit the dust - yucky!) were all over the inner windshield.
First thing when I got home was to open up the Swiffer Duster kit and started swiping left and right. Within minutes, the windshield was clean.
It was as clean as it get when I paid for professional car wash details. After I was done with the wife's car, the duster was still new, so I used it on my car.
Same result! My inner windshield was spotless. This Swiffer Duster is AWESOME! The best part was that it didn't kick off the dust. I didn't even sneeze once while using this duster to clean.
There are 4 more refills in my pack. I can't wait to use it again!

Disposable Messless...for a while
This product has some great features. I love the fact you can throw away the dusty mop after a cleaning session. It picks up dust very well from most surfaces. However, I don't think 1 duster goes very far. I was able to dust the staircase banisters, the bedroom headboards and 4 windows before the duster lost its effectiveness. Keep in mind, I am a cleaning fanatic and dust my house weekly, so there is not much build up to begin with. Overall, nice product for its ability to pick up dust. Minus one star for its short lived life span.

Swiffer Dusters, Where have you been all my life?
The Swiffer Dusters are AWESOME!!! I wish I had known how effective these were earlier. I was skeptical at first not really knowing how they would work. I was in a hurry to clean my house and my 8 year old was home with me. He usually does the dusting while I am cleaning the rest of the house. I put together the duster for him and showed him what he needed to do. He went to town dusting every imaginable inch in the house and then some. To my amazement, they really did trap dust and dirt, I couldn't believe it. My 8 year old looked at me after he was done and said, "that was so much easier than the old way of dusting, and it was fun". My 8 year old now wants to dust the house every week. I wish I had known that it would make my child want to clean.

The Swiffer 180 Duster Starter Kit arrived just in time to help me prepare for the holiday season. I live in the middle of farmland, so after the harvest the dust from all of the crops makes its way into our home. Swiffer duster lifts the dust off of all surfaces in my home and keeps it off! My kids chore list includes light dusting and the Swiffer duster makes the job not only easy for them to handle but it is something they actually like to use! Thank you for making a daily chore efficient and easy!

Can't skip dusting anymore
I really, really love this product. I was looking for something to use that was easy so that I would stop skipping the chore of dusting. Putting it together was a breeze, and I am very impressed with the amount of dust the little blue fluffy duster part picks up. It really is pretty amazing. Very happy with this product, easy to use and does the job, keeps me from being lazy about a chore I don't love.

Best dang duster out there
We have a dog that sheds and a baby that chases after him. The Swiffer 180 picked up all of the dog hair no matter where we used it. My son would usually have dog hair all over his feet and legs, but after using this Swiffer, not a speck of dog hair on him. I also used it to dust the plantation shutters and the hard to reach nooks and crannies of the cabinets. The Swiffer collected all of the dust and the bunnies! I would highly suggest every household own the Swiffer 180. I purchased a refill pack as soon as we ran out. This product is amazing!

Amazed how much I love them
I never thought I would want to spend money on something to dust. The Swiffer makes. It so easy to dust that I find myself picking it up for touch ups all around the house. No more dusty surfaces because of my hate of dusting. Everything is dust free and without any particles being pushed to the floor.

Very disappointed in this product. I could not get the duster to stay on the handle. As I tried to dust it kept coming off. I definitely will not buy this product again. I work hard for my money and I feel I just threw it away buying this product.

What did you do to these?? Those older yellow and white ones worked a whole lot better and you didn't tear them up loading on the handle. Please stop making these and fix the issue.....I liked these but I'm going to try something else for awhile until you fix them!

I have been using the swifter duster for years but I noticed that in reality it spreads the dust more than it clings to it. I'll be switching to a microfiber duster. Not to mention the price of these dusters.

Bad experience right out of box
From opening the box was very disappointed with both quality of the product and ease of use. Nearly impossible to attache "duster" to handle, very frustratingId instructions almost no existent and completely un-helpful. I am sure glad you all have the wet jet that product will Save this whole line!!

It cleans shelves and delicate items much easier, too. I recommend it to my clients and they also like it. I just wish it was more affordable or cheaper by bulk.

I USED to love my swiffers. Made things so much easier. Last couple boxes I have purchased, the duster constantly wants to slide off the handle. Always having to slide it back on which defeats the purpose of making my dusting go more swiftly. FrustratingId!

dusting topper was not as thick an round as I thought. Worse part not ready to use, no instructions on how to apply the topper. Such a simple thing to have it slide on an lock. I can not believe it would cost to much to design this user friendly. Or cost to much to have instructions. I am happy to pay for tools to make housework easier but this was overpriced poorly designed.
