I don't hate dusting anymore
The Swiffer Dusters are amazing. I am a clean freak and for the first time it is actually easy to dust. I put it to the test and dusted my whole house waiting for my first duster to give out on me. It didn't. I believe I can dust again without putting on a new one.

Got the duster, loved it; went to buy refills; got the Swiffer Dusters and they only have fibers on one side and they are blue; where are the yellow 360 degree dusters? The blue ones won't do the job as well. I am not happy.

I live in a home with no carpet so dust accumulates quickly. I use the Swiffer duster at least once a week and am amazed at how much dust it collects. It makes me feel good that the dust is getting collected and not just brushed around. It's great knowing my family is not breathing in all that dust!

Its great, once you figure out how to assemble it!
Thank goodness for that video of the woman who couldn't fugure out how to assemble her duster. I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure it out before I found her video. At the end of it, she finally figured it out. It is soooo easy, once you see it done correctly. Works great.

I love Swiffer dusters and use them just about everyday. Could you make a Swiffer dust mop? I have two dogs and their hair is everywhere. I have used just about every kind of sweeper or dustmop but nothing works better at getting up dog hair than a Swiffer duster. I get on my knees to use it. Thanks

I am very dissapointed with the Swiffer Duster. The dusters are
too skimpy and thin. Also, when I'm using it in a corner of the
ceiling or even just on the ceiling, because it is so thin, I'm
scraping the ceiling! You shouldn't be able to do that! And,
you wouldn't have that problem if they made the duster thicker
and fuller!!!!

Don't waste your money on this product.
My husband purchased product for the first time because we have used other Swiffer products and have been very satisfied. However, this product is a bomb. Try inserting the dusters on the wand is futile and makes no sense at all. Who in the world at Swiffer passed off this product as sellable? They should be fired. Worst product ever!!!!!!

Flustered from putting together the duster
Even though I consider myself pretty handy,it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to attach the duster to the handle.There are no directions other than how to put the handle together.Swiffer could have saved me a headache with a picture.This product seems to work just fine.I have used other Swiffer products and I am satisfied.

I work in an office where we do a lot of shredding. When taking the bag out of the shredder, it always leaves paper crumbs all over the floor and my chair mat. I found that just wiping the area with my swiffer duster picks it all up in a snap! No mess leftover!!

NO INSTRUCTIONS equals NOT USEABLE
I have had the Swiffer Duster with extendable handle for several years. It hid in a store room until today, when I decided once again to see if I could figure out how to put the so called "Duster" on the extendable handle.
After a half an hour of wasting time on this, I followed the suggestion on the box to go to their web site. Wasted another half an hour at the suggested site, and then began searching elsewhere on line.
Still have nor idea and apparently neither does anyone else.
It seems I am not the only one that has had this very problem.
I am very adept at repairs, and mechanical aptitude, and this is absurd.
What does it take for a large corporation to simply supply a how to?

This product is very easy to use. It picks up dust and you just toss the pad in the trash. Love the fact that the dust goes in the trash and doesn't just sit on wand. The wand is extendable. Great for cleaning ceiling fans, window blinds and hard to reach places. Is affordable and a very good purchase!

Budget limits prevent me from continuous buying - I must simplify & improvise
I am disabled and have a very strict budget. So I know what it means to stretch my budget with having to replace or refill many items. When I must stretch my budget for unnecessary purposes, something that is necessary gets sacrificed. I am also globally & waste conscious; so I try not to create or participate in what I have termed to be "A throw away society". That simply means that I'm not too busy + or lazy to wash out and/or keep rags just for the purpose#s# of various cleaning tasks

I had surgery on my hand s, and it didn't go well, a friend suggested I try Swiffer dusters to reduce the work and pain in my hands. I found the product to be a great aid, it caught the dust quickly easily and kept it trapped until the job was done. No more going over everything to get all the dust, I was done and on to the next task. I'm trying all the products in the line , now. They make doing household chores a lot easier!

Dusting is Almost a Pleasure!
I used to hate dusting, but now that I use the Swiffer dusters, I know that dust won't get everywhere and dusting won't trigger my allergies. I also like that I can use it for hard to dust items like tops of books and lampshades.

In the past I would have to use different dusting items in order to dust my entire home (microfiber cloths, feather duster, vacuum attachments, etc.) I love that I can dust ALL the surfaces in my home with just the Swiffer Duster. It is gentle on antique wooden furniture, it dusts my blinds with just a few passes, I can extend it to reach my ceiling fans. I can even dust the baseboards without getting down on my hands and knees!

When a good product comes to us someone is always messing with it. I will not buy the blue dusters because you can only use one side and I am sure it is forcing us to buy more dusters. I would recommend the yellow dusters but I am quite disappointed in the change.

Neither the box nor the website gave any instruction on how to insert the duster into the handle. I'm taking it back to the store. It just shouldn't be this hard.

Very difficult to install the replacement duster

I have a house on the beach in Mexico, plus 4 dogs, so that means dust and sand galore. The last time friends came down to visit they asked "what can we bring you?" Two things! Chardonnay and a Swiffer Duster! I can literally dust 2-3 times a day and before getting my Swiffer I felt like I was just moving the dust and sand around a bit. Now, it's gone, gone, gone and the house actually stays clean for a bit! With the extender I can reach the top of the ceiling fans and all of the other dust catchers in the house. If you haven't used a Swiffer Duster, you haven't really dusted!

I'm not sure if the Dusters have changed or if my weaving skills are void. With my new box of Duster refills, it has become increasingly difficult to get the Duster on the wand without the ends sticking out (potentially scratching what I am trying to dust.)
I do not recall having this much difficulty with my previous refill purchases. Anyone else have this issue?
Other than that, they are great for light, in-between dustings!

good duster but you have to work with it
I like this duster for getting difficult places to dust like the tops of fans and blinds. I do find that after the first couple of passes over dust you have to use your hands to separate and reflux the little dusting fingers as they will get stuck together and not get to all the little nods and crannies on items. I really like the way you can bend the wand to get about anywhere.

I purchased the starter kit about a year ago. I LOVE dusting with this item. I like how you can get into small corners and how the dust clings to the swiffer. I use this every week to clean and throw it away when done! I have even purchased the refills. I am a fan for life!

I have a 3yr old and a 1yr old. Trying to clean with them around was a huge headache, until I got them each their own Swiffer Duster wands from the starter kits.
They love helping mommy dust! My 3yr old can get all the small and down low spaces with the duster and it is light and flexible enough for my 1yr old to wave it around and pick up dust from floors and low shelves.

I just love all of the swiffer dusters! They are great for cleaning ceiling fans, blinds, computer screens, inside candle holders, TV screens, picture frames, and anything that is hard to clean with a dust rag. In addition, they are great for quick dusting jobs when in a hurry. I have even used mine in my car to dust off my dash. Adding the scent to them really adds to the cleaning results. Not only does the swiffer smell great but so does anything I dust.

I am a chronic duster and loved my duster until it broke, but that's not the problem, the old duster had little clips that held the dusters sheets on, not the new one. Now as I'm dusting away the duster sheets slip off. Now I have a little piece of tape holding them on. Sad might have to look for a different product.

Light weight Duster that does it all!
What a perfect dusting package!! This duster starter kit includes 5 refills and one very light weight wand! Simply connect, fluff, and attach these and you're good to go! This duster is small enough to fit in tight spaces such as window blinds and in between hard to reach areas but large enough for any job. Simply toss the duster when finished and store for the next project! I can't say enough about Swiffer Duster Starter Kit!

I am one of those moms who hates dusting. I am happy to say with the swifter 180 my house is dust free in a flash! When I opened the box, I was amazed at how soft the dusting pad was. It was simple to put together and get to dusting. I couldn't believe how well it picked up all the dirt. I went from shelf to shelf without worrying about dropping dust all over the floors. Everything stayed right on the pad. This has definitely replaced my normal rag and dusting spray.

I love the swiffer duster, I live in the country so I get alot of dust in my house. It is easy to get the dust out of tight places, works well on electonics, and doesn't throw the dust back into the air around you. it does trap and lock dust as it advertises. It also makes dusting your house quick and easy. I will never go back to a spray and cloth after using the swiffer duster, it cleans just as good if not better. I would differently recommend the swiffer dusters to my friends.

It's bunny season, dust bunny!
Thank you bzzAgent for motivating me to dust, even the hard to reach places, by sending me a free swiffer 180 duster kit! The duster is very easy to assemble. So getting started was a breeze. It is light weight and the perfect size to dust under, over or between tight spaces as well as the wooden blinds I have throughout my house. The handle made it convenient to reach the tops of picture frames and the other areas that would normally require a step stool or ladder. It also performs as stated on the packaging. Trapping the dust in the fibers of the duster so you don't have to vacuum dust that falls onto the floor after dusting. I love this duster and am looking forward to the time I will save by using it.

I started with one of the dustiest parts in our house, which is the ceiling fan above the master bed. It collects a ton of dust, but I'm always nervous to clean it because it might push all the dust onto the bed.
I tried out the Swiffer Duster along the sides and top and was surprised how minimal the mess was. It absorbed a lot more than I thought it would and even used the same pad to dust the railing along our bed. Very impressed!

Swifter Duster is Awesome!
I love this product! It is great for a quick, last minute, run through the house before guests arrive dusting! It's also great for deep cleans too. I've used it at my office to dust my computer, desk and picture frames. I only wish it had a cover to put over the duster between cleans. I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend it for anyone. It is an easy, simple system and is now a must have in my cleaning regimen!

Started using my Swiffer 180 Duster this past week and have to say it has been working great. Dusting on and around all of our bookshelves has always been a long task but with the Swiffer 180 I can get in all the tiny places, in between books, around statues in half the time now. Also works great dusting wood chairs to get in all the hard to reach places and I haven't had to worry about the dust just spreading to the next object because the dust stays on the Swiffer! The handle is perfectly shaped to be able to dust along tops of doors and windows and to run along base boards. Dusting isn't such a long drawn out task with the Swiffer 180, it is quick and you get to see all that dust trapped, making you feel you have accomplished something and defeated those dust bunnies!

Duster Starter Kit Cleans up the Dust
The duster handle went together easy and the duster was easy to get on the handle. The duster did a good job of picking up the dust. I'm not sure about the 180 part of the duster. The duster is not as fluffy in person as it appears in the picture but it does work good.

Bad product and low quality
This product decreases its quality, it breaks very easy, it is not comfortable for the user and it only has an opening. The product used to last longer, more comfortable and was more resistant. Did You tested the products?Did they conduct surveys with users?

This product is easy to use and convenient. It picks up dust very well along hard to reach places like baseboards, tops of cabinets but the wand is short and and it feels cheap. I also don't like that it is a throwaway product. I did a test between the swiffer product and my traditional dusting with cotton rags. Although the swiffer did a good job it couldn't beat the the conventional method.

When you have finished dusting, just toss away the dirty duster and replace with a new one. I am going to give away my feather duster and only buy Swiffer dusters from now on!

The package comes with a handle and separate "dusters" that you need to fluff up and slip onto the handle. It's a little tricky to get the dusters properly fluffed up, but once you do it works well. This isn't meant for a deep cleaning of things, but can be used between deep cleaning to maintain a relatively dust free area. I used it to clean my trophy shelf which tends to put a lot of dust in a lot of small hard to clean areas unless you want to take hours doing so. For this purpose, it gets most of the job done in a fraction of the time of any other method.

This is a really great duster that works well for places under the couch. I have a sectional couch that just collects EVERYTHING! It's ridiculous! I used this under my couches after vacuuming and it works really well. I have to clean under the couch at least once a day thanks to pets and children. Swiffer 180 Dusters TRAP + LOCK dust & allergens for sure! It picked up the nasty pet hair under the couch that my vacuum cleaner doesn't get. I feel it works better than my static duster. Fantastic product!

I am enjoying testing the swiffer dusters. My normal routine is a rag and spray. The duster seems to get in little cracks and crevices easier than a rag. It is also easier to dust around decorations if they are too hard to take off a shelf. I like how the duster is disposable and I can throw it away after dusting a couple of times. Is it easy to replace on the wand and sturdy enough to get all the dusting done without breaking or bending.

Makes Dusting Quick and Easy
I use a couple other Swiffer products on a regular basis and was very excited when I got the opportunity to try out the Swiffer dusters.
Prior to receiving this product, I found myself dusting once every other week. When I did dust I would tell myself I need to dust more but would continue to only dust every other week. When my Swiffer duster arrived, I was very excited to try it out. This product exceeded my expectations in how quick and easy it made dusting while still doing an excellent job of collecting dust. I also found that this product hung onto the dust, rather than simple spreading it around.
With this product I find myself dusting much more frequently and also have noticed that this product removes a lot more dust from my house than the cleaners I was using before. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!

So Easy, Even My Husband Can Use It
I'm normally the one to dust my home. Actually, I'm normally the one to clean my home, period, but that's neither here nor there. Thankfully my husband helps out in other ways, such as when he replaced our home's air filter over the weekend. While he was up on the ladder he asked for something to dust off the register, since we rarely pay much attention to it other than the twice yearly filter changes. I handed him the Swiffer Duster and we were both amazed with what the duster was able to pick up. Had I given him a damp rag, as what we would have otherwise used, there's no way it would have neatly collected all that dust, dander and lint, let alone gotten in between the register grates like the Swiffer did.
While I typically like to use as few disposable products as I can, I have a family that suffers from environmental allergies, so efficient cleanup of allergens is important. Thankfully, the Swiffer Dusters hold a lot of dust and seem to be able to go a while before needed to be replaced. We’ve been suitably impressed and will continue to use these dusters!

Finally cleaning those lamps!
The lamp above my dinning room table never gets dusted - it has such a build up I wondered if it was even worth trying the Swiffer 180 Duster on it. And yet it totally was. The Swiffer 180 Duster Starter Kit provided me with a solid handle to hold when reach up, the two different types of fabric on the duster attracted and trapped the dust efficiently. No dust fell from the lamp and it was super clean and clear was I was done. I highly recommend not just for the practicality of the duster but for the new twist on dusting - bringing fun to an otherwise dull household chore.

Picks up dust, pet hair, and locks them in!
The Swiffer 180 Dusters are just what I had been looking for as a quick and easy way to dust around the house! No worries about getting out a rag and dusting spray...these babies have everything you need built right in.
As a household with 4 cats, it's a constant battle with dust bunnies, pet hair, and all of the loose dander that comes off of this crew. The Swiffer Duster was so easy to put together, in no time flat I was dusting every surface! The fluff just seemed to magnetically grab all of the dust and hair, and it didn't fall back out onto the surface I just dusted. It's super quick and easy, and takes just a few minutes to dust an entire living area.
After using these, I'd never go back to a rag and spray, because this makes cleaning so easy! I'm not a clean freak by nature, so I need all the help I can get to make the chore of cleaning quick and easy. This fits that bill. I would highly recommend you try them if you'd rather not spend a bunch of time cleaning.

The only reason it gets 4/5 stars is because it doesn't pick up fingerprints, smudges, and other things other than dust. I end up having to come back with a rag to wipe off what the duster doesn't pick up.

The Swiffer 180 Duster Starter Kit arrived just in time to help me prepare for the holiday season. I live in the middle of farmland, so after the harvest the dust from all of the crops makes its way into our home. Swiffer duster lifts the dust off of all surfaces in my home and keeps it off! My kids chore list includes light dusting and the Swiffer duster makes the job not only easy for them to handle but it is something they actually like to use! amazing quick and easy duster
I'm a stay at home mom to a wild toddler with a busy schedule, so cleaning doesn't always make it to the top of the list. I absolutely LOVE this swiffer duster. It not only collects dust incredibly well from all surfaces, it's SO FAST & EASY TO USE! I can do a quick dusting on my whole house is about 20 minutes. Even better? My toddler is also obsessed with it and he now dusts his room and toys :-)

Can't skip dusting anymore
I really, really love this product. I was looking for something to use that was easy so that I would stop skipping the chore of dusting. Putting it together was a breeze, and I am very impressed with the amount of dust the little blue fluffy duster part picks up. It really is pretty amazing. Very happy with this product, easy to use and does the job, keeps me from being lazy about a chore I don't love.

Best dang duster out there
We have a dog that sheds and a baby that chases after him. The Swiffer 180 picked up all of the dog hair no matter where we used it. My son would usually have dog hair all over his feet and legs, but after using this Swiffer, not a speck of dog hair on him. I also used it to dust the plantation shutters and the hard to reach nooks and crannies of the cabinets. The Swiffer collected all of the dust and the bunnies! I would highly suggest every household own the Swiffer 180. I purchased a refill pack as soon as we ran out. This product is amazing!

What did you do to these?? Those older yellow and white ones worked a whole lot better and you didn't tear them up loading on the handle. Please stop making these and fix the issue.....I liked these but I'm going to try something else for awhile until you fix them!

I have been using the swifter duster for years but I noticed that in reality it spreads the dust more than it clings to it. I'll be switching to a microfiber duster. Not to mention the price of these dusters.

Accidentally picked up these at a local grocery. The smell almost knocked me over! Had no idea they were scented as none of the older ones we had were. I've also noticed over the years that the dusters mostly just move dust around. I took to spraying them with Pledge and that worked better. Why does EVERYTHING have to be scented these days???

Bad experience right out of box
From opening the box was very disappointed with both quality of the product and ease of use. Nearly impossible to attache "duster" to handle, very frustratingId instructions almost no existent and completely un-helpful. I am sure glad you all have the wet jet that product will Save this whole line!!

I usually really like my Swiffer duster, but I have one now that I absolutely can not attach the duster to the handle. I even read the instructions..that don't really show anything but a little picture saying "attach" and the duster already on the handle. What's the deal??

This product is really good
I do cleaning houses for a living and I must say that my clients are very picky regarding everything being really clean, and I always recomend this product especially the heavy duty 360 because it pick it up all the dust and all the dogs hair (if you have a dog) very well wich make my job easy and my clients happy, is a win win I must say, and I think the price is fair.

The yellow dusters worked so good that I don't understand why you would manufacture an item that doesn't even do what it is made for. This product is so bad that I will not purchase anymore and no one that I have spoke to thinks these are any good or work.

Lavender Vanilla smells lived-in
None of the stores in central Texas carry Sweet Citrus & Zest. Lavender Vanilla fragrance smells like the house wasn't cleaned at all, Gain (smells like laundry soap). Whatever happened to the Sweet Citrus & Zest fragrance? It really leaves the house smelling fresh leaving no allergens such as flowers or woodsy smells. Is it discontinued?

Hi there! My manufacturing department will not use anything else for dusting and cleaning! The only issue we keep having is breaking the handles. I know its because they use them pretty aggressively and everyday. Can I get a bulk order of just the handles??

THE REFILLS DON'T GO ON RIGHT, AND THEY DON'T STAY ON THE HANDLE. A TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME. NOT RECOMMENDED.

dusting topper was not as thick an round as I thought. Worse part not ready to use, no instructions on how to apply the topper. Such a simple thing to have it slide on an lock. I can not believe it would cost to much to design this user friendly. Or cost to much to have instructions. I am happy to pay for tools to make housework easier but this was overpriced poorly designed.

Miss the old style handle
I use these all the time, but, since they redesigned the handle the duster head slides and slips off the handle. It used have a little tab that helped keep it in place. Please bring back the old style!

Pushes dust to the floor so I can vacuum
These dusting products have never worked for me or my family. For about a decade we have tried the new versions of the products. We now have a routine where my husband dusts the tv stand, which throws all the dust on the floor, then I come behind and vacuum.
The dry sweeper pads also just push the dust and our dogs fur around on the floor, trapping nothing, that’s a joke.
