It is designed for use over bare concrete or over one-part floor paints such as RUST-OLEUM concrete and garage floor paint to add a protective, gloss finish that resists damage from hot tires, motor oil, grease and gasoline. The durable, UV and weather-resistant gloss finish is easy to maintain and resists fading and peeling.
