Nothing sticks to the file

I have bought smead folders for many years for my podiatry office. I used to use the 24115 line with the folder on the left. The quality of the last box I bought is not good. The texture is different due to the recycling I believe and you can tell the difference between my old charts and the new ones. The reason I am writing is because yet another label has stuck to the chart underneath it when I went to write in it. I have not ordered new labels in awhile so the only variable is the chart. I have to use packing tape on all my name labels so they don't pull off when writing or filing. I rarely write reviews but there is no excuse for a company using paper that doesn't allow things to stick to it. Especially a file.
