Poorly designed corner pieces/sliders. Unduly complicated.
First, one frame requires 14 parts !!! That's ridiculous! Second, a hammer and pliers are required. Often offices don't have these tools available, so purchasers are going to have to improvise or bring tools from home. Third, as a tech writer, I think the directions leave a lot to be desired. Fourth, one of the plastic sliders broke and had to be fixed with gorilla glue. Finally, if one trims a side rail, the trimmed end is difficult to tap into the plastic slide insert. The old type of file folder frame with an adjusting screw was infinitely easier -- at least if a screw driver was not available, a letter opener or coin could be used in it's place. No hammering required and not nearly as many parts. Smead, what were you thinking?!!
