My Favorite Product from Smead
OK - disclaimer- I work at Smead, but when I came here I had never seen anything like the Stadium File before. Within about 10 minutes using this product I fell in love with it because my desktop was finally cleared off. It is great to have files right at your finger tips (especially those you use alot) but at the same time not have a messy workspace. Get one of these - you will love it too.

I work in a cube so space is very limited and this has been the best thing since sliced bread! I have need to get to certain files quickly and on a daily basis which this product enables me to do so without gobbling up my desk space. I do wish i came in different colors so that I could place different sets of files in each color for easier access when I am away and someone else needs access.

The Smead Stadium File is a staple that I recommend to all of my clients who struggle with desktop organization. The tiered fixed pockets are perfect for containing loose papers and the sturdy but compact size of the organizer makes it ideal for any desktop. The optional indexing also adds to the overall value.

The only desk top filing solution I recommend
This is so versatile. You literally customize it for your specific needs. I also like the fact that it accommodates file folders. With my clients, it's all about the visibility. I think the design is brilliant.

i love the file stadiums they make everything so easy i can keep everything organized and i can see each one of the files without looking through them. i cant complain about the price they are affordable and willl be worth it.

Staduim File - Great for Projects
The Stadium File is an amazing tool that doesn't take up room on your desk. I use it to track projects at work. Especially the ones I am waiting on others to complete. Or for those monthly reports (great tickler file). At home I also use it to track projects .... waiting on items ordered/to be delivered quotes on home repairs birthdays/anniversaries etc. I recommend it to anyone who needs to see their files but doesn't want a pile on their desk.

Doin' the Wave for the Stadium File 70208
I am doing the Wave for the Stadium File! I am a therapist and this is tremendously helpful when setting up my clients for the day. I have the tabs labeled by the appointment hours and place the appropriate client folder behind each appointment time. I have a small practice and can't afford to hire staff. This tool allows me to have what I need right at my fingertips, which saves me time and lets me concentrate on my client. Thank you so much for helping me organize my business.

Perfect for a Tickler File
Surprisingly sturdy construction and excellent design for desktop organizing. I use it to organize my work projects for the week but I can see so much potential for personal use as well.

I was looking for a file to accommodate all of my vendor files. I did not want them in a drawer because I needed to access them frequently. I signed up for Smead monthly news letter. This is how I found this product. It was the file I needed! It downsized my 4 pocket files. I now can see all of my files at a glance. Best product I discovered this year. Thanks Smead for your help.

This folder is ideal to organize a desk of what needs done when. I am Constantly looking for ways to simplify and organize my job. I have 2 small area desks and this helps me track what I am doing.

I am a single mom who works full-time and has a part-time sales business. Your products keep me organized and efficient. I can maintain orders and customer information in several different ways along with bank statements and business costs, etc. It saves me time so that I have more time to spend with my family.

I love this product because it helps me keep my students' work organized and accessible to them. I file papers by student last name and empty pockets at the end of each unit. This way both my cabinets and students' papers stay organized and are easy to access.

I love the tiered aspect it is so much easier at a glance than having to thumb through other products that are not tiered. This product is especially good for anyone with ADD or high stressed persons. I made room on my desktop for this one.

IAAP - Smead Stadium File 70208 Review
I am a member of IAAP and I totally enjoy and like the Smead Stadium file. I use it with almost every project that I work on. I am an Office/Project Manager. I have several projects that I work on at one time. The Smead Stadium files, be it Alphabetic, Monthly or even blank helps me organize my projects and keep on touch of them. I also use them when I work on my IAAP Board.

I originally saw this at an IAAP function, and have been using it ever since. The quality of the product is very high, just what you'd expect from SMEAD. I sort my bills that I have to pay monthly, and, for my personal business, I like to keep my customers purchases filed by month.

I use this to organize work tickets - as they are accessed multiple times daily, this file makes it quick & easy to see what days have tickets, moving tickets, etc. The staff likes that it's highly visible for them to glance at & see what's going on too. It fits nicely on a desk or counter and is lightweight, yet sturdy. As an IAAP member - Love your products!

Brilliant - Smead Stadium File (IAAP)
What a brilliant idea. In my job I have a number of committees/trusts that I am responsible for. This system is fantastic as I have a folder for each committee/trust - quite separate from meeting papers etc etc. These folders provide a system of follow-up and administration tasks so that I don't lose any information or that tasks/papers do not fall into that abyss! I am an IAAP member but live in Australia.

Great Organizational Tool!
I have a number of catalogues local newspapers and flyers that I want to keep temporarily so I do not want to open a file for them inside of my filing cabinet. This product is perfect for this use. I can place the different types of print materials in different sections and when I get to finally review them I can just toss them in the recycling without keeping an unnecessary file.

Strong, Stable and Worth the Cost

Great for counter storage!
We use these on our front office counter for materials that we have to hand out "on the fly." And we use them on our desks for finished customer invoices, this way they are handy and it is easy to keep all of their paperwork together and have ready when they walk in to pick up their vehicles. It helps us to look organized and professional, no more hunting around when the client walks in.

I would buy this product again!
I use the product for my different homework subjects. It really helps protect them from stains or folding. It doesn't expand as much as the example picture shows but that isn't a deal breaker for me. It stands up, protects my papers, and keeps me organized!
