Poor Quality

Does not give a clean cut and blades do not fit together snugly from the midpoint to the end of blades. If you start cutting at the midpoint of the scissors the paper just bends and goes between the blades and is not cut. When scissors are closed can slide a piece of paper between the blades from mid point to tip of scissors. Ordered four pair for office use. They were all the same. Returned to merchant.
