I broke the handle after just a couple of months. It is obvious that you can't put too much pressure on the handle, but even without putting alot of pressure on it, I broke it. Also, the wet pads for cleaning the floor don't even clean 1 floor before they are dry.

I amwriting this because I amvery mad. Every time I use the swiffer sweeper the refills ect fall off!~!! Also trying to push the refills in my finger gets caought! You need to change how the pads to be put in.!!!

Your product is great. I have been using it for years. Two years ago we put in a new floor in the kitchen and family room, so I decided to purchase the new mop. I was tired for carring the mop up and down the stairs to clean my two bathroom up stairs. Since then I have purchased two mops, not because I liked them but, because I had to. The handle of both of my new mops broke. Please go back to the old design. It works. Why do you have to try and improve on something the works the first time. This new mop is not working.

I am very disappointed in the swiffer sweeper. I use it on a daily basis and the handle is very flimsy and did not hold up.
I know have a shorten version, since the top of the handle snapped off.
For the price you pay for this product I would expect a
better quality in all the parts.

I guess if your the perfect housekeeper and your floors are immaculate to begin with, this product will work for you. I'm so glad I didn't throw away my old mop and broom, after going through the entire startup pack (4 wet, 6 dry cloths) my floors are still dirty.

Good but I have a request for unscented products
I really love my Swiffer but I wish you would make unscented dry AND wet cleaning cloths. I have asthma and I think that the strong scents are making me wheeze :( I'm sure there are lots of other people who would appreciate unscented cloths too.

I honestly don't know how I got my hard surface floors clean before swiffer mops became available. Two word, Cat Hair!! I have to have the swiffer cloths or I do not feel that my floors are clean.

New Wet has terrible scent
We use Swiffer dusters, wet and dry cloths for floors and the wet jet. Have loved the products until we purchased our last box of swiffer wets. You've added the Fabreze scent and it is terrible. After cleaning the floor smells sweet instead of clean. I hope the regular wets are still available or we'll have to leave Swiffer.

I like using the sweeper wet cloth. My husband and I build homes. So one of my jobs is to clean up the completed homes. I go from house to house each week to dust or whatever, these sweepers are great for this. I have one problem with the boxes, they do not travel very well, I wish they had a better lid. This lid does not stay on the box.

Excellent - Need Longer Handle
I broke mine after over 5 Years. Bought a new one - the handle is so short I am 5'5. Need to sell extensions. Product is FANTASTIC!!!! I tossed mine before I realized you made it shorter. But still love it. I am now thinking about the Sweeper Vac.

We have purchased 2 Sweepers to date and the plastic handle eventually breaks off where it connects to the metal shaft. My wife loves the product, but it needs a redesign for the handle.

No buckets needed to mop the kitchen floor!
I recently purchased both a wet/dry sweeper and a 360 extender duster. The sweeper, with the wet cloth, makes short work of cleaning the kitchen floor, turning a 30 minute chore into something I can knock off in five minutes. Here's to a cleaner kitchen!

I am a short woman with a lot of windows and mirrors in the house. I use the wet pads on the stick, then scrub the windows both inside and out - just flip the pad over as needed. After scrubbing I use a soft thin towel and put on the stick to dry the windows - no streaks - works great.

I am a stay at home mom with a 12 month old, one on the way, indoor dog and cat. I can't live without this product! I love a clean house, but i value my time with my little one so much more. i use this 3 times a week for dust and hair on my laminate. So much cheaper than a house keeper!

I've been using the Swiffer Sweeper for YEARS. I love it but I'm just suggesting why don't they have a different scent for the wet wipes? It's always the same boring scent you should try changing it up.(maybe to strawberries or apples) From a long-time, loyal customer of Swiffer.

I use the Sweeper with the Wet Cloths to wash my walls and ceilings. I find it works well and you don't have the dripping from a rag or sponge.

I LOVE my Swiffer wet-mop, however, the handle is so weak it bends when applying pressure to clean the floor properly. Please consider re-building a stronger handle.

The scent is too strong and I would not make another purchase for that reason.
Also, I have laminate floors. Not just any mop will remove dirt. It appears to streak or "film." My best mopping is with ammonia water solution and a fabric wide string mop; however, I want the throw away solution as with Sweeper.
It helped to read the info on the web site. I will try the dry swiffer and follow with wet to see how that works. I also sweep with a broom first.

Original was great;not so the newer models
Having a dog who sheds and living in a desert with tiled floors in most of our house, I was probably the biggest advocate of the original swifter for everyday sweeping of floors. However, their newest ones include a surface which no longer does much of a good job. The original bottom was a thick, smooth, grey pad. The two newest ones I picked up to replace the original which was getting a few bumps in it from overuse, are pretty useless. I've bought the original smaller sized one as well as the larger area one. Wish that I had never thrown the old one without trying the new ones. Newer is NOT better!

Swiffer Sweeper - Awesome! :)
Just bought this product. I was amazed at how it cleaned my laminated wood kitchen floor. No more struggling with hair (shedders!) and trying to remove them from mop or other tools used in the past. I so doubted that the floor was really clean that I used another to go over it again. I wasted that sheet! It's a great product. And I have no problem with the way the sheets are attached or the fragrance. I will continue to buy and I will also refer. I won't have to be down on my hands and knees anymore (or at least not as often). Thank you Swiffer!

I've had a swiffer for many years and have always been happy with it. Recently I had to replace it and was very disappointed in the newer model. It is too lightweight and cheaply made-does not do a good job on my floors. I wish they had stuck to the original design.

I have been using the Swiffer wet mop for the last 3 years on both wood and finished concrete floors. I use a dust broom to clean the dust and dog hair and whatnot, then finish off with my Swiffer. It's a life saver! I even reuse the wet pad - just rinse if off a bit and spray a little disinfectant cleaner on the pad to keep mopping.

Why did You change the design? Original design was fantastic, new design is junk.
I was given a Swiffer Sweeper years ago when it first came out and I loved it. It eventually was broken and I thought I will definitely buy a new one. Much to my dismay, the Swiffer Sweeper replacement was not the original design. Why would you mess with a good thing? The newer model rubs dirt across the top of my hardwood floor causing scratches. The older model would cleaning move the dirt across the floor, it was also great for cobwebs and wall cleaning. I am not impressed with the handle design nor the pad of the newer model. but I would purchase the older model in a heartbeat if you would make it again.

I have used and loved my swiffers since they first came on the market. I wore one out! My newest refill box smelled bad when I first opened it, it included an added scent. Do you have a choice for us? I seem to have allergies to scented cleaning products. I like the smell and look of clean, no after scents of artifical scents. Please, let me know that you have given us a choice of scented or unscented, as in dryer sheets.

I have just moved into a home that has all wood floors. I have two dogs one is a Pomeranian that sheds. I have to sweep often or I have hair dust bunnies. This product is amazing and very affordable, it takes so much less time to sweep my home than with a traditional broom. Thanks to the makers of Swiffer !

While Swiffer certainly picks up a lot of dirt - seen and unseen, it is almost impossible to use without breaking the handle. I end up finishing on hands and knees scrubbing with the pad since the handle is useless - very poor engineering. Can't stand up to really scrub the floor clean :-(

I thought this would be a perfect solution to sweeping up small crumbs and dirt. I have hard wood and laminate. It just doesn't cut it. Most of the time it doesn't pick up much of anything and I have to sweep. With a swifter it works a little better but was hoping I could use it without for some light cleaning.

If you like clean you will love Swiffer
My kitchen floor is small but I am fanatical about keeping it clean. I sweep with a vacuum, then use my Swiffer. I am always amazed how much more I pick up with the Swiffer.
Then, using the Wet Cloths I clean the floor. I am left confident that my floor is clean enough to eat off of and when grandchildren visit sometimes it is!
So if you want clean, really clean, invest in a Swiffer. You will find it money well spent!

Wouldn't want to live without the Swiffer wet mops.
I love these ! I use the Swiffer wet on my dark hardwood kitchen floor. It never has dulled it. I've been using them for 4 years now and with grandkids and dogs sometimes that means twice a day. My sister recently asked what I use to keep my floors so shiny.
I recently found a new use for them. The pine pollen gets very heavy in the south and the screening on my porch becomes a mess. Last year when it was so rainy I believe I had a mold issue on the screening. I just go out and mop my screens with the wet Swiffer ! I nearly fell over when I first saw what it cleaned off. They do an amazing job. Thanks for a wonderful product.

Why does the wet pads not fit?
I was so excited buying the Swiffer Sweeper. Then I notices the wet pads do not fit the length of the Swiffer. I thought maybe I had just got the wrong pads, even though they clearly state Swiffer Sweeper Gain scented. But it came with dry and wet pads. The dry ones fit the length and width but the wet ones that came with it don't as well as the extra refill gain scented ones I bought. I brought it mainly for the wet gain scented pads... I'm disappointed. I tried to use it anyways but it don't work. They come right off as you try to mop with it. Thumbs Down!!!!

I finally got around to cleaning my house after 10 years. I went through 10 dry sweepers and couldnt believe the amount of dirt which it picked up. Finally got around to under the bed. Only product that could reach there. You wouldnt believe what else it trapped. Saved so much time and I didn't have to touch the dirt.

I loved my swiffer but now she's gone. I'm heartbroken!
Ive had my swiffer for a very long time. Used it atleast once per day every day on hardwood floor. Used it to clean bathtub and shower. It worked great. My swiffer broke where the metal met the green on the handle. I really really miss my swiffer. I brought a replacement but not the same. I should have brought another swiffer.

Head needs replacing every two months because it holds terrible oders
Even though pads are replaced after every use, rubber in head retains terrible odors. And heads are not available as replacement parts.
After using, floor may be clean but room stinks from sour smelling rubber head.

I believe there is a design flaw in this model. 90% of all hair picked
up is accumulated on the sides of the unit. Because the sides are a little
higher than the middle. That means the middle is not completely touching the floor

bad experience with product
i purchased a swiffer and the whole items it had within one week it broke i returned it for what just to be told they wont replace or exchange it so i just spent money on a product that was only because of it looks .as if we have money growing on tree maybe when i get back on my feet . i'll give it a try again .

I just finished using the swiffer floor duster for the 3rd time and I am even less satisfied with it than I am the first and second time. It does collect some dust, but it does not get all of the dust. MOST of what was on the floor, had to be pushed in front of the duster and when I was finished with the floor, I had to use sweeper to collect it, which wasn't anything more than dust and a bit of loose dirt.
When I find a product that does what it is advertised or better, I recommend it to my friends. When I find one that does NOT, I contact the makers in hopes of them making it a better product. I hope to hear from you in reguard to this comment.

How did I live without it?
I have used the Swiffer products since they first came on the market but I recently had back surgery and have found a new use for my swiffer duster which I wish I had known years ago.
I have a large bow window and have been unable to wash it all summer. It was driving me crazy looking at it and yesterday I decided to take my swiffer duster and put a microfiber cloth on it to reach the window. Wow, it worked like magic - I can't believe how good a job it did. I thought it would just take the worst of the dirt off but no - I have a clean shinny window. Thanks Swiffer!

I was using the Swiffer and the handle just broke in half at the top which is all plastic. I assume the plastic just was no up to long term use. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I need a 12 step program for my swiffer use!
I as told by a friend that I had to buy a swiffer. I did and wow am I happy! I love seeing all the dust that it traps and I also love the wet cloths too. It is amazing how much dirt they remove from my floors. I love using and will continue until there is no more dirt! I need a 12 step program for this because I am addicted to it!

Purchased a new sweeper handle cause old one had worn out.
Used new on two times with the wet pad on my floors. When I went to use it a third time found that the pad on the sweeper had come loose from the handle and tore.

At my age ( not telling you) I find it difficult to vacuum the drapes and curtains seven room house, but they were so dusty. It was driving me nuts. So put a clean duster on a long handle and any I went....light and efficient it was, And then ran it over the walls I could reach.. Another good job...from both of us.

How anyone with hard wood floors and animals could live without this is beyond me. Everyday clumps of hair appear out of nowhere Everyday I pull out the stiffer and in 5 mins it is gone. I can assure you if I had to pull out a heavy vac and pull it around it woul take a lot longer. Not to mention it would maneuver as well and could damage the floor. Swifter sweeper is my greatest ally when it comes to animal hair. Thank you

Best thing since sliced bread
We recently bought a new house with hardwood floors in every room. My mother-in-law gave me her old mop-head duster. All that did was scoot the dust bunnies and hairballs ahead of the mop. I purchased the Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit in hopes it would do a better job. Boy was I surprised! It does a wonderful job of grabbing all the dust and cat hair and keeping it contained on the cloth until I take it off and throw it away. It is also low profile enough to get under the edges of the couches so you don't have a tell-tale dust line.

Best Cleaning Tool for the Modern Woman
I have had the Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit for quite a few years now, but have found that I appreciate it even more since I replaced the majority of the carpeting in my home with laminate. Since I also have a dog, I find myself using my Swiffer even more now. In this crazy day and age where we seem to always be on the go, I appreciate having a cleaning tool that is fast, thorough and doesn't scratch my floors.

Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit
When I saw this advertised, I knew I had to get it. I have several pets and I have to constantly sweep my floors but it is hard to get the fine hairs off the floor. The dry pads pick up everything for me perfectly and I barely need to use a dust pan anymore. I tried the wet pads next and they also work great not just for floors but I have used them to clean walls and doors. I am disabled and all the swiffer products have made my life so much easier and my pets love you because I don't get so mad at them for losing their hair now. Thanks so much !

Why did I wait so long to buy this?
It sounded to good to be true! I didn't believe that it could make that much difference. I had used a dust mop all my life, and this was just a fancy version of that.... Boy was I wrong! I finally gave in and bought one...just to shut up my daughter, and if I don't like it, she can have it for her upstairs.
I had swept and vacuumed and dusted, and mopped. My son was coming home on leave and he is allergic to our pets, and I still found cat hair sticking to my black slacks. So I got that "Swiffer thing" out of the closet and tried it. WOW! I couldn't believe how much dust and pet fur it picked up, even though I had just done all my regular cleaning. I

Won't hold charge after just 3 months
A friend gave me her Swiffer sweeper when I moved into my condo. It was a great solution to quickly sweeping up dust a few times a week. I only live in a 700 sqft place. After just a short time the battery will no longer hold its charge long enough for me to do a room. I bought a new one less than 3 months ago and at first it worked for me to sweep my whole condo, but now the same thing has happened and the charge won't hold long enough. At that price point you'd think it would last longer than 2-3 months. Could be such a great product, but this is just frustratingId.

Bought a Swiffer Sweeper starter kit for my college bound son since I thought it would be useful. It was more expensive than the MSRP price of $9.97. Put the sweeper together and there is nothing to hold the cloths in place. NO cloth grippers as shown in the last photo. Not sure if I should keep it or return it to the store. Very disappointed as I like many P

So fast and easy that I am able to use it every morning when straightening up my house with minimal effort and time. No more dust balls along the baseboards of my house or under the couch. I can lay on my living rug and not be disgusted when I look under the furniture! This has truly changed my life and cleaning routine for the better! Thank you swiffer!

until the poor rubber pad begins to deteriorate. Then the pad sticks to your fingers and the edges crumble and fall off. Swiffer should offer a replacement pad along with the refills. I hate throwing away the perfectly good handle just because the rubber pad has failed. If the pad lasted as long as the handle, I would rate the sweeper a solid 5.

Scrubs and cleans big floor messes FAST
I have hardwood floors in my home and this mop is the best. It gets them all clean + shiny in half the time it took with other mops. One feature I love is the "scrubbing strip" on one end of the pad. It makes it so easy to simply tilt the mop and use this strip to scrub away stuck-on floor gunk then go back to regular mopping. 1... 2 EASY :-)

Great for people with pets!
I have several long haired cats who shed constantly. Because I have wood and laminate flooring throughout my home, my Swiffer gets daily use. It picks up the dust bunnies and cat hair left behind on my floors without having to drag a heavy vacuum around the house. I've found it works better on my floors than the vacuum.

The swiffer 360° durability and compact size is great and worth the purchase. The compact size is great for storage and helps keep the cluster down. The swiffer is made very sturdy an out of great material. You dont have to worry about it breaking or slipping while cleaning.

I think this is the floor mop to use. I loved the face that it cleaned up my hardwood floors makin it look brand new! They really do a great job of cleaning up all the dirt that the dogs truck in :) Especially since we are moving, the house is looking great thanks to all of these Swiffer products!

One of my most favorite products ever!

not what I was hoping for
It's nice but I couldn't afford the purple ones. But it takes 2 or 3 pads every other day and when it's wet I have to use 3 or4 because it's soaked and dripping everywhere then dries up super fast. Wish I could afford to try other products

I purchased the sweeper after discovering how much the 360 dustered the amount of time and effort I spent cleaning. My home has never looked so clean with so little time and effort. We have been remodeling and my Swiffer products have even managed to tackle the dust from that! I found myself singing Swiffer praises during Easter dinner when I was asked where I found the time to cook. These products are so effective in performance that my time spent cleaning my home is cut in half now. Needless to say my house is now a Swiffer house and I am happy to announce and spending half the time cleaning without overextending my budget and I'm getting to do more than things with my family yet still having my house in the condition I enjoy I actually purchased duster starter kits for my children and stepchildren for Easter and they too are in love with the results Where I was spending hours climbing up and down plus the cleaning products the sprays in the necessar where I was spending hours climbing up and down trying to make sure every crack and crevice was just reading it now becomes dust free with one swipe with my 360 dusters Instead of spending an hour with a broom and dust mop The sweeper takes care of it in less than 20 minutes and the final results far exceed the results I had with the broom Personally I am still amazed and cannot believe that I did not try Swiffer sooner

My son has recently started picking up chores around the house and mopping was never really an option for him since it's so messy and difficult. Swiffer Floor Mop was a game changer though! The mop is so easy to use and it sprays just the right amount of cleaner. My son is now able to add mopping our hardwood floors to his cleaning list and is now earning even more allowance. Thanks so much to Swiffer for creating a product that anyone can use!

Cleans up after the kids!!!
With two children under 5, our house can go from clean to messy in about two seconds. Our little guy LOVES making messes, and you never know when you're going to find a surprise mess waiting for you. This floor mop is AWESOME at getting sticky messes off of our floors, and it's so easy to use that even the kids like to clean up after themselves! Thank you BzzAgent, for giving us the opportunity to try this, and for getting my five-year old to clean up too!

I'm so glad I tried the Swiffer sweeper floor mop. After chasing around a 10 month old who likes to eat everything, it was time to deep clean our floors. The product was so easy to use. The flexible head got under and around every corner and hard to reach areas. The handle was easy to grip and the attachment stayed secure. The pad was completely black when I finished, which means I know it really worked!!

I purchased the Swiffer sweeper so I can use the dry or wet cloths. The dry cloths are a joke! They work ok for dirt, but for the cat hair - NO WAY. It just pushes the hair around - it doesn't stick to the cloth. Now Im just using the sweeper with the Wet cloths because the dry ones are NOT what they advertise.

Swiffer Sweeper Sweeps Away the Competition
After loving my experience with the Swiffer duster, I just had to try the Swiffer Sweeper. I am amazed on how much easier it is to use than a broom and appreciate how dust and dirt just cling to it. I destroyed a nest of dust bunnies under my bed, and it is so easy to get under most furniture which is something a broom cannot do. I wish I had tried the Swiffer Sweeper long ago.

Great for a quick clean up
I find myself cleaning my floors much more frequently since I purchased the Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop. It is so easy to use that there is no excuse not to! No more dirty mop water or cleaning out the bucket. I also feel that although the pad gets discarded after each use, it is more environmentally friendly than dumping a bucket full of chemicals and water down the drain.

I think Swiffer is one of the best cleaning products out there. The brand is far beyond great. I spend my time cleaning and Swiffer make cleaning a breeze. The results are outstanding. I bought enough floor cleaner to last me a lifetime.

Disappointed in telescoping handle
I replaced my first sweeper bc the handle snapped midway up. Then my new sweeper snapped within a few months. Disappointed for families on a budget, as this is a non- affordable recurring issue.

Doesn't Work Better Than Traditional Methods
The dry mop catches dust & stuff, but you end up using a traditional broom and dustpan to make up for its deficiencies. The wet mop is good for one swipe before it runs out of juice. Very disappointed. Hubby is ticked at me for buying it too. Sad!

Perfect cleaning tool for me!
I purchased one of these 9 months ago. I am disabled & need tools that are easy to work with. My biggest problem are the walls. I have smokers in my house. Knowing this product washed the floors I tried it on the walls. This product did it all and fast. I even did the doors! Thanks for making this product it is one of my most cherished cleaning tools. (you really need to let us say more)

I'm quite impressed with the swiffer wet/dry sweeper.
It arrived in a small box and the assembly of the product was super easy.
The wet cleans up sticky spills nicely without leaving the hardwood streaky. The dry sweeper picks up all my kid crumbs magnetically, along with dust and dirt. It was certainly easier than pulling out the vacuum for a quick clean up. I took a pic to show how much it picked it on the first go around. Yuck lol.
You do need to change the wet/dry pads in order for a thorough cleaning of a larger area...my only reason for giving this 4 stars instead of 5.

First let me start by saying that I have owned a Swiffer since they first came out on the market years ago. I still own and use that old Swiffer daily. About three quarters of my house is hard wood floor. I have a dog and two boys under the age of 12 so keeping the outside debris, food crumbs and dog hair under control is a daily effort. My one complaint about the old Swiffer was it's ability to pick up larger crumbs/ pieces of debris. I felt I would need to sweep first,, then go back over with the Swiffer. Well, this new version of the Swiffer really gets the job done without needed to sweep first. The pad of the new Swiffer has grooves which allow for those larger particles to get trapped and picked up. In addition, the pole is much longer so you get a little better leverage, and less of a back ache if you have a large area to clean ( which I do). So why only 4 stars? Well, that's because I'm also ratingId the wet pad functionality. I had never used the wet pads before with the Swiffer. I found several issues with them: First - the packaging. There was no easy tear or peel back tape to get the wet pad out. I had to resort to cutting it out of the package. Second, you need to unfold the two ends of the wet pad, enlarging it so you can tuck the ends into the top of the Swiffer, securing it in place. This is not clearly outlined on the directions and took me awhile to figure out. Your hands pretty wet and sticky from the solution on the pad trying to unfold it and attach it. Third, I really found the odor of the wet pad to be unpleasant. Once the floor dried, there was no longer a smell.. but it was pretty strong while wiping up the floor. Fourth, the wet pad doesn't last very long. You could use it to clean up a spill, but not wipe up your whole kitchen floor, unless you have a small kitchen- I don't.

New pad design allows to pick up larger debris eliminating the need to pre-sweep
Longer pole, better leverage and reach capability
Comfortable Handle
Cons-
Wet cloth package ( single packages) difficult to open
Attaching wet cloth not intuitive
Wet cloth has unpleasant smell
Wet cloth does not stay wet long

From Disgusting to Delightful!
My Swiffer Kit arrived in the nick of time! New stove being delivered and I wanted to clean under the old one before it arrived. I was pretty disgusted with what I saw when I pulled the stove out. I used the 3 dry cloths (middle picture) to pick up the lose dust and crumbs and then 2 of the wet (right picture) to clean the dirt and grime. The scrubber worked great and I am totally pleased with the result! The Swiffer is extremely easy to use - so much better than pulling out the broom and mop! A bit embarrased to share the before picture but you can't appreciate the after without it!

I have 2 small dogs and 4 kids and love love this product!!! The dry cloths pick up everything including dog hair!!!! The wet cloths take care of muddy foot prints, spills and so mich more. It is super fast, just snap a pad on and your ready to go. Great for families and singles!!!!!

Swiffer Sweeper, love it!
I think this product is fantastic. The minute I got it I put it together, doesn't get any easier than just twisting the handle together and start using it. I was almost a little embarrassed about how much dirt came up on my kitchen floor, I thought it was clean but boy I was definitely wrong. I will be using this product daily if not once twice a day. I LOVE It!

With the Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit, I was able to get my floors spotless. For now! Having animals means somewhat constant messes to clean up. I've always preferred Swiffer to traditional mops: less of a hassle without the water bucket to deal with. I love the wet wipes more than the dry, it just seems to clean better. The handle is comfortable and the length is perfect height to get the job done. Swiffer is lightweight and easy to store! Can't recommend more.

Swiffer wetc and dry sweeper
I just got my Swiffer wet and dry mop. It assemblies very quickly and easily. Yje dry collected up dog hair, and the wet sheet had a great fresh scent and worked well on my small kitchen tile floor. I think if I had a larger kitchen I would need to use two sheets to get up any spills but it works great, super easy and can swivel effortlessly under my cabinets.

I like the idea of this product. I have a dog though, so I actually like to vacuum first and then use the dry sweeper to get the hard to reach spots or missed dog hair. Then I love the wet sweeper. Works great and makes the house feel cleaner right away!

Swiffer Just In Time For the Holidays!
I used the Swiffer Dry + Wet while prepping and making food for Thanksgiving this week. I started by using the dry pad to swiffer in the kitchen, and around the kitchen table a our dog'S bowls. I was amazed at what it picked up. On the dry pad there was dog hair, fuzz, granola bar crumbs dropped by my kids and dust. After using the dry pad, I used the wet pad to spot clean areas on my wood floors. The wet pad easily cleaned up paw prints left by our dog at the back door. I even had my kids give it a whirl and they were excited that the pad was brown/black by the time they were finished. I was impressed by how long the pad could be used to clean. We were able to swiffer my entire downstairs flooring with one pad. I also like the fresh clean scent on the wet pad. I am excited to have this quick and easy cleaning tool for the holidays!

Easy to use. I used it on tile floor , as well as wooden floors. Glides over floors easily. Replacing clothes makes spots cleans great. Mops lays flat to get under furniture that a vacuum can not reach. Scrubbing edge is very good at getting sticky spots off the floor.

I really enjoyed the swiffer sweeper dry plus wet. The kit came with a super easy to assemble sweeper, 7 dry cloths, and 3 wet cloths. I used mine on tile as well as wood laminate floors. I thought the product worked perfectly. I didn't see any dirt or hair from my dog left after using the dry cloth, everything seemed to stick to it. If there was anything there surely wasn't any left after using the wet cloth. The smell was pleasant and not overbearing. I would purchase this product for the right price. Bottom line was it was easy to assemble and worked very well. I plan on using it again.

This was the perfect item to try since i recently bought a new bedroom set and my vacuum does not fit under the bed or the dresser. The sweeper dry cloth collects dust very well however the wet cloth I feel like dries out pretty quickly. The sweeper is very light and compact, fits perfectly behind the door in my kitchen. Overall it is a great product.

So far not in love with the Swiffer. It's just ok. the dry cloths are good for picking up dust and hair, but absolutely useless for anything more. I still have to get out the broom if there are any larger bits on the floor, so I might as well have just done the floor with a broom in the first place and saved myself the time.
Not in love with the wet cloths either. I have wood floors throughout my entire house and they leave the floors looking streaky and honestly, worse than they did before I used it. The wet cloths are ok in my bathrooms where I have textured tile and the streakiness doesn't show.
It's a great concept, but definitely needs some tweaking.

I really like the way this Swiffer handle goes from front to back AND from left to right. It is much easier to use than old versions. The top part is thicker & easier to hold onto as well. I just wish it had one more piece to make it longer: I am 5'9" tall & have to bend over some to use it.
The wet pad is great to use in the kitchen. It gets under counters & around the edges of the room very well, which it where all the dirt accumulates. It is much easier & less messy to use than a traditional mop & bucket. I am hooked!

I don't usually buy stuff like this because I feel like it doesn't work. I usually dust once a week and mop once a week and spot mop when needed but since I was getting this I decided to wait an extra week and didn't sweep nor mop. I life in Las Vegas so it gets dusty really quick and after I used the dry part I would say it picked almost everything up besides like crumbs etc. I think the dry part is my favorite and did a really good job for as much dust and dirt that was on the floor. Now when it got to the mopping part it was easy the first few strokes but as I went on I had to use more power and mid way had to change out for a new wet one. over all I would use it for the sweeping/dusting my floors in between sweeping.

This was amazing having a cat a dog and two kids running around this was great. Its small so its easy to keep out and on hand ready to use to for messes or in and out traffic dirt. I like that i can use it dry then wet so not to just put hair all over the house. We will be buying refills for sure!

This kit is a great way to start Swiffering! I was very pleased how easy it was to put the wand together. Just a couple of clicks and I was on my way to a cleaner house. The dry pads are amazing. I have two dogs and one cat and the dry cloths picked up all the hair and held onto it. My house has all hardwood flooring so this is perfect for my life. The wet pads really get the floor clean and it's so easy. I love that I can just throw the dirty pad away. No mop, no bucket! I am disabled and floor cleaning has been difficult for me. The Swiffer products definitely made my life easier. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants their floors clean quickly and easily.

I made 24 huge bows for decoratingId at my church. The ribbon chosen for me to use was open weave and glitter. Any movement caused the glitter to flow from that ribbon like water over Niagra Falls. And bow making is movement intense...so glitter was everywhere. In comes the Swiffer. I was shocked and elated. It really gathered up and swept away all that glitter.

My house has a large open kitchen, dining and living room that has stone floors that need frequent cleaning. We have a large, heavy floor cleaning machine, but needed something for everyday maintenance. That's where the Swiffer Sweeper comes in. With two kids and a puppy who sheds, I needed something easy to use on a daily basis that was compact enough to store close by. This fit the bill! The dry cloth picked up the dust bunnies and most of the crumbs and dog hair, although it did seem to push some of the debris around instead of staying on the cloth. It was quick and easy to switch to the wet cloth for a more thorough cleaning and I loved the scrubby section of the cloth to get up the ground in gunk on the floor. Even my kids enjoyed using it!

Not my favorite way to clean
We have engineered hardwood floors on our entire main floor, so I was looking forward to testing out the swiffer products. The dry swiffer worked well on dusty areas and small crumbs but it didn't pick up the dog hair as well as I thought it would. Mostly it just pushes it around if there were more than a handful of hairs on the floor.
The wet swiffer pads worked well, however I would recommend squeezing them out a bit before putting them on. The pads were so wet that it left the floors soaked and I had to go back & dry them with a towel.

I think that the swiffer is an awesome item for a quick clean-up around the house. The dry clean is perfect for my hardwood floors, I have pets so it does an excellent job at picking up pet hair. And the wet mop makes my floors shine so nicely! This is a great item for any home with tile or wood floors!

I really LOVE the dry dusting cloths with this kit - they pick up all the cat hair, dust and other dirt on our tile and wood floors. The sweeper was easy to put together too. I want to give this kit 5 stars but I'm disappointed in the wet cloth. While the wet cloth was really saturated with the cleaner and the smell was pleasant, I didn't think it cleaned as well as it could. I would have to use a second cloth to get my floors as clean as I want them.

The Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter kit is a must have for pet owners. I have two large dogs in my home. I can sweep daily and there is still hair floating around. In fact, to test the Swiffer, I swept and dust mopped just as I normally do. Then I went over all of the floors with the Swiffer Dry and Swiffer Wet. It was AMAZING at how much more dirt and hair the Swiffer clothes picked up. I do recommend sweeping first, especially with pets. The Swiffer Wet pads leave a nice clean scent and the scraping edge does get tough stuff off the floors.

I loved the dry cloth portion of the kit, I hated the wet cloth. I swept my floor with a broom to see if the swiffer made a difference over my broom. It was awesome! The dry cloth picked up so much dog hair, I couldn't believe it! Then I went over my floors with the wet cloth. First of all, the wet cloth was so Saturated that it dripped all over me. Secondly, I had to push the wet cloth into the tabs to secure it in place, getting the liquid all over my hands. Thirdly, after cleaning up after the wet mess, I mpopped my floors only to have to do it again with my regular cleaner. The wet cloth left a sticky mess all over my floors. Even after drying, every step was loud from my shoes sticking to the 'clean' floor. I absolutely hated it. I'll continue with the dry cloths, but the wet are going in the trash.

I have tried a lot of duster pads for my hard floors. None of them are perfect, but I like them for convenience. It's so easy to grab a swiffer duster and pick up all the dog and cat hair. I really like the new handle and pad because it is larger and softer and can get into the ridges and corners better.
The wet pads are nice for a quick clean up. They are plenty wet and leave the room smelling fresh and clean.

I honestly wanted to love this and the dry part I totally do but the wet cloth was disappointing. The dry cloth picked up all the little pieces of lint, car hair off my kitchen floors it was great my issue was the wet cloth didn't clean as well as I wanted it to. I had to use 2 of the wet cloths (we aren't that dirty lol) to get the clean floor I wanted. I enjoyed the ease of putting the swifter together it is very easy to put together as well as take apart and store. All and all it is great as a broom not the best as a mop.

Swiffer Sweeper Floor Sweeper Mop
The Swiffer Sweeper is a mopping and sweeping tool that is easy to use to clean lightly to moderately soiled wood or tile flooring. The product itself had to be assembled- the pieces fit together easily with no trouble. The product seems sturdy enough, is light, and the handle is fairly long. My over-6-ft-tall husband felt it was long enough for him. The cleaning pads were really easy to attach as well. The wet pads did leave some of the cleaning solution on my hands. It would probably be a good idea to attach the wet pad while on the surface you want to clean just in case. The dry pads did a really good job picking up surface dirt and pet hair. The wet pads did a good job mopping lightly/moderately soiled floors but some areas of my kitchen floor were harder to clean, and even with some scrubbing with Swiffer, didn't get clean. My kitchen is also pretty small, and I don't think that the wet "mop" pad would be able to handle a larger area. I really wanted the mop to work better. Swiffer Sweeper Makes Life Simple
With 2 teenagers and a cat in the house it seems as though I am always cleaning up after everybody. The cat doesn't bother to wipe her paws after a romp through the wet muddy grass, the boys take their shoes off halfway past the mat, and the husband leaves it all to me! (Or so it seems) So the Swiffer Sweeper is a simple light mop to grab and follow the cat and boys around the house with. It is very good at cat hair and even my long hair which ends up on the floor in weird quantities. I did feel like the wet cloths needed to be bit better at picking things up at the end, it seemed as though it would just push the dirt around but then leave it at the front of the mop. Overall it is a very handy simple mop to keep at the ready.

Swiffer does the job in a breeze
I like the Swiffer kit especially the dry sweeping cloth that captured every dirt, gunk, hair and debris on my floor. I have a bit of a problem with the wet mopping cloth because it kept coming off and I had to mop very gently (but even that caused the cloth to come off). I do not understand why the dry cloth stayed in place but the wet one did not. But overall, I would say it is an efficient kit and even my 7-year old could do a decent job using it!

Love this thing. I never actually took the interest to buy a Swiffer since I think my mop does a great job. However, after using this thing, i can tell you I will be a loyal user from here on out. It is light and very easy to use; it glides and slides and picks up every single dirt and dust particle imaginable. Its great for picking up pet hair! It swirls easily into every corner and underneath all the furniture. It doesn't push the dirt around, the stuff stick to the cloth like a magnet. I cant say i will give up my weekly mopping session but this thing is great for every other day cleaning in my kitchen and heavy traffic areas.

I Love the Swiffer Dry and Wet Starter Kit. Love using it getting ready for the holidays. Easy to use and you can use both dry cloth and as a wet cloth for deeper cleaning. Easy to assemble and you have everything in the kit you need for deep cleaning or just everyday cleaning. Can you say skeptical at fIrst but it cleans quickly and effectively. It makes cleaning your floors a quicker job and a cleaner job. Below is a picture if the box and all that is included.

I received this right before Thanksgiving. This was a true time saver! With company visiting including their dog my floors were always dirty. I used the dry cloths to pick up dog hair from my hardwood floors. I was amazed at how well it worked. The wet mop was great for a quick cleaning in the kitchen from spills while cooking. I highly recommend the Swiffer Sweeper!

My daily go to cleaning product
The Swiffer Sweeper is awesome! Just put the handle together in seconds and I was ready to put on a mopping pad and start cleaning. I put this sweeper through heavy use as I have hardwood floors in living areas and laminate in kitchen and bathrooms. I start by using the dusting cloth to get all the pet hair and dust and then I use a wet cloth to pick up the dirt and it leaves a fresh smell and shine. It's light enough that my toddler loves mopping with it but is built sturdy so I'm not afraid to put a heavier hand when necessary on the harder dirt spots. I also have found the sweeper to be useful in wiping down my tub walls and ceiling. The wet pads work perfectly to clean the walls and ceiling and the adjustable handle makes it easy to reach spots over my head. I love this sweeper!

I've been using the Swiffer Sweeper for years now & I love it. I was so happy to be part of this BzzCampaign. I received my BzzKit and I've replaced my old Swiffer Sweeper since I needed to get a new one already. It's literally the only thing I use. It's great for me because I am a college student living in apartments that don't have much space and I get a mop and a broom all in one that fits in the corner of the fridge. It's great for small spaces like mines, plus it does a great job with cleaning too. I use the wet pads more than the dry because I think they work so well at cleaning up my everyday messes and keeping my apartment spotless. Plus I love the fact that it's so cheap but does such a great job.

Great Smell Difficult Packaging
I really liked the new swiffer sweeper!
It was really easy to put together. All I had to do was click together 4 pieces, put on a pad and I was ready to get cleaning.
Today while my husband was busy taking out the garbage he didn't realize that one of the bags was ripped and he was dripping all over the floor. I quickly gathered up the swiffer stick and grabbed a wet wipe for the floor.
The only complaint I found with getting started was that there is no perforation on the packet of the wet pads, and I had to go an hunt down a scissor before getting cleaning.
It was very easy to maneuver over my floors, and my husband and I really liked the fresh green grass.

Swifter sweeper in action!
I got my little package in the mail the other day and was ready to give it a test! I have about 1000sq ft of hardwood flooring in my house that I always wash with vinegar, so I decided to use my swiffer in the bathroom! It was easy to put together, but I do wish the base was a bit bigger. It swivels around easily. I put on a wet pad, and it seemed soaked well with solution. I used it in my bathroom, and it had a nice fresh scent - then I felt it had enough moisture left to
Use it in the mud room - which it made it about halfway before 'drying out'. It did a fine job, doesn't get up flush with the trim/floor, so you will have to go back and clean that if you are OCD about it :) it's convenient for small spaces, but not practical for large.

I am delighted to say that this cleaning kit is an absolute time saver and super easy to use. I was able to clean my kitchen floor in record time! It is great to be able to pick up the finest pieces of dirt and dust using the dry cloth and then easily swap to the wet cloth to clean the floor. There is enough cleaning fluid on the wet cloth to clean the kitchen floor and pantry floor. Having the fluid on the pad means no mess having to go back and forth to the mop bucket. No mess and less time spent. I was able to clean my floor in record time. I feel like my old mop and bucket will soon be collecting dust.

Easy, Lightweight, but slightly wasteful
I am in love with the convience of the Swiffer. It is so lightweight that an ant could probably lift it. It is ridiculously easy to use and so compact. My home has definitely benefited from the convience, I give it a whirl about once a week, rather than dreadly hauling the mop up two flights of stairs and having water going every which way. I find the broom part is slightly less useful, as I have found the process of getting the cloth, putting it on and then throwing it away more cumbersome that it's worth. It is still absolutely worth it so let for the mopping bit.
My only downside is that I feel quite wasteful when I use it. For at least this trial period I had wrappers and cloths to throw out every time I mopped.

I used the dry and the wet Swiffer pads after creating a monstrosity of mess prepping for Thanksgiving dinner! I would definitely recommend sweeping before using the dry pad, it has a tough time picking up larger items. It was superior to a broom by collecting dust, crumbs, and pet hair! I have Bernese Mountain Dog, that sheds a snowsuit daily. The Swiffer did great grabbing the pet hair, like it was a pet hair magnet! Clean up was beyond easy, I didn't have to touch anything gross like with a broom the pet hair bunched up in the broom bristles. Along with dirt and food crumbs, that I have to clean several times before the job is done. When using the Swiffer wet pad I noticed that the pad didn't stay wet very long, making it not an option for replacing a mop. I had to switch the pad numerious times to finish my kitchen. It wasn't good at getting the stuck on stuff that toddlers manage to get plastered to floors. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend using it as your go to down and dirty deep clean mop. It is great for a good pick me up clean. Using it on a previously mopped floor, it worked wonders! It prolongs the clean from a regular mop, making that down and dirty clean less frequent. It's super great for quick clean ups. My toddler dropped a glass of apple juice, and I cannot tell you what a relief the Swiffer was! I didn't need to go through the whole process of water and mopping. Grabbed the Swiffer and the mess cleaned up quicker than it happened!

I was hoping that this would work better for pet hair. The dry cloth seems to trap the hair on the edge and it falls off when picking it up. The wet cloths dry up much too quickly to really accomplish anything.

I enjoy Swiffer but this kit didn't work well for me. I have 3 cats and 1 dog plus my hair sheds like crazy so hair is everywhere. The dry clothes weren't that effective for me. I had to go over with the vacuum and dust pan afterward. The wet wipes worked a little better but they wouldn't stay on the mop itself and the head was too small to be effective. The actual cleaning solution worked but left my floors sticky. All in all this was more of a fail for me. The tabs that keep the clothes on is not sturdy at all.

If you have hard wood floors buy this.
My wife and I are huge fans of the Swiffer products. I was excited to get this as I have hard floors and they tend to get dusty. We have the mop and use the hand dusters and this is just as good. You can only do so much with a regular broom and this gets in those places that broom cant. I can sweep under my tv stand and get all that dust and if you have a little spot to clean up just throw on a wet cloth and get it right up. I would recommend this to anyone especially those with hard wood floors.

A truly stupendous product, quite close to the greatest item I have ever used
When I dropped my juice on the floor, I didn't worry. I didn't fret, and I didn't cry. I didn't scream and I didn't curse. I didn't grow angry or beg the gods 'why.' For lo, in my possession was the Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit, which cleansed my mess with the greatest of ease. My day was not ruined, and my life was quite possibly saved.

Fast and convenient cleaning!
An amazing cleaning tool that comes in a small package! The dry sheets are perfect for picking up dust bunnies, pet hair, dirt, and much more! Change out to a wet sheet and you can instantly mop your floor. It moisture lasts for a long time making it easy to cover a large surface area. The scrubbing piece on the side is great for harder to clean areas. I love being able to add this new mop to my cleaning regimen.

Most can agree that the kitchen is the most used room in the house. Ours is! We eat, socialize and homeschool in our kitchen so when we decided to do a complete renovation of our kitchen while still maintaining the above noted activities it was a huge effort to keep the kitchen floor clean. That's where the Swiffer Sweeper jumped in to save the day. Drywall dust, tracked in dirt, sawdust....you name it, was happening in my kitchen daily for 3 weeks. Sweeping the floor with a regular broom gets rid of big stuff but doesn't do much for dust and dirt. The Swiffer Sweeper Dry Cloths pick up particles which cling to the cloth instead of getting moved around the floor or launched back into the air and the Wet Cloths actually clean the floor. So much faster than filling up a bucket of water & cleaning detergent, mopping and then putting all that away. I was able to keep on top of the floor cleanliness everyday (sometimes several times a day) with my Swiffer Sweeper Dry and Wet cloths. Now that the dirty part of our kitchen renovations are done my Swiffer Sweeper keeps the floor clean by easily picking up dog hair, food crumbs and tracked in dirt everyday. Did I mention that the Swiffer Sweeper is so light and easy to use that my 6 year old twins have added 'cleaning the kitchen floor' to their chore charts....

Not a fan of this product. I have two cats and hardwood floor. After a couple passes with the dry cloth, I just feel like I'm pushing cat hair around. It doesn't really pick it up. And while the wet does clean, it still has to pick up the slack of the dry. I use a different water-based line of products, for the most part, on my floor, so I'll be sticking with them.

Dry Swiffer Good, Wet Swiffer Not so Good
I've used Swiffer products in the past so was interested to try the wet/dry Swiffer Sweeper.
The dry Swiffer Sweeper was, as always, awesome at picking up dust from the floor. My one complaint with these is that they don't really replace a broom or vacuum on hard floors; they can't sweep chunks. However, they do a great job of getting the dust that brooms and vacuums don't pick up. My kids also love to "swiff" using the dry cloth, and it's actually helpful when they do. The adjustable handle means I can make a short one just their size.
Now for the wet cloths. I was not a fan of them. When I opened the package to take one out, liquid dripped all over the floor and continued to do so as I attached it to the Swiffer. I had to use THREE cloths to clean the half of my house that's hard floors (about 1000 sq feet total). At the beginning of each cloth, the floor would get very wet with cleaning solution, but very quickly the moisture would be gone, and I'd have to get a new cloth out. This seems wasteful and not very effective for cleaning.
So I will keep using my other, refillable stick mop that has reusable mop cloths. It's much better for the environment and has much easier management of cleaning solution.

The Swiffer Floor Sweeper Mop is super light and easy to assemble right out of the box! Attaching the wet or dry pads is simple and they stay on tight during use. I needed two wet pads to clean my kitchen floor due to it being really dirty which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. However, the dry pads made quick work of my dusty, pet hair covered wood floors. The Swiffer Sweeper Floor Sweeper Mop can easily replace your traditional dust mop and wet mop in one lightweight solution! Really love how easy it is to use.

Swifter + Robot = Awesomeness
I love these things! As a person that likes to have a clean house, but doesn’t actually end up doing much cleaning, the Swiffer Sweeper is perfect for a quick floor cleaning.
It does a great job of grabbing dust, dirt, and grime off of the floor….and when you’re done you get to throw the cloth away! No wringing out mops and rinsing buckets.
I also discovered that the Swiffer cloths work with the sweeping/mopping robot that I already own. Which means, I can insert a sweeper/mopping cloth onto the robot and have the robot do most of the work. I’ve found the robots tend to push a lot of what they sweep to the sides of the room, but no worry, I can just do a single cruise along the perimeter of the room with my Swiffer Sweeper and snag anything left behind.
The Swiffer Sweeper has turned floor cleaning from a once a year project to something I can easily do a few times a month.

I like the Swiffer Sweeper for cleaning small areas such as a bathroom floor or pantry. I do not like it for cleaning large areas like a family room or kitchen. The Swiffer is great for collecting dust but it doesn't do well for any food debris that may have fallen on the ground.

I like that the swifter refills are a one time use, throw away when finished kind of product. The ease and convenience of bring able to toss when finished is a huge plus for me.
The design is thin and flexible and that makes it easy to sweep under furniture.
I prefer to use the dry cloths rather than wet refills, because I choose to use to use only natural products for washing the floors where my dogs will be.
The refills are somewhat expensive, so something to keep in mind.

Broom and mop no longer needed @@@
I think this will replace the lung standing broom and mop, that has been in every kitchen since as long as we all can remember. And why shouldn't it??? This is neat light weight swiffer and threw on a dry pad and began pushing it all over my kitchen and living room. It was the easiest way to sweep, I've ever experienced!!! Once all the dust bunnies were no more, i slapped on a wet cloth and began mopping. It was quick, easy and a little fun!! I'm really happy to have this and actually look forward to using it each and every time a big or little mess happens. Thanks to my Swiffer Dry/Wet mop, I'm ready for anything!!

I received my SWIFTER and started using it right away. It is fantastic!!! It is light and so easy to use. I would have asked what type of maintenance it would need to keep it useable,what the cost was,how much does it weigh and what stores carry it. I want ya'll to know I have answered all these questions myself. I am so happy with this product and I am going out to buy some for my daughter and daughter-in- law!!!

Swiffer Sweeper keeps pet hair under control!
My wife has been using our swiffer sweeper to quickly pick up hair our dog leaves behind. She tried brooms in the past, but none compare to the speed and efficiency of the swiffer. We did decide to upgrade to the x-large swiffer sweeper for the open spaces in order to speed up the process even more. However, the standard swiffer works better in tight spaces and around furniture.

I love the swiffer. The handle is really thin and it maneuvers really well. The head of the swiffer turns in all directions so its really easy to get under the couch which is great because my cats like to go under there. I like the mop wipes. They stick on very easily, smell great and pick up a lot gross stuff from the floor. Its quick and easy to use everyday and doesnt make your floor slippery.

I am impressed with the power of the Swiffer. I have two boys and a dog. I have pergo floors in my entire home. The Swiffer has cut my cleaning time of the floors in half. I now have time to dust every week and concentrate on other cleaning tasks then floors which took two hours. I am happy to have the Swiffer in my life.

My basic impression is So-So
Well, I have been using Swiffer products for years. I LOVE, LOVE my Swiffer Wet Jet, so I was excited to use my new Swiffer Sweeper Dry + Wet. I was fairly disappointed in it overall. Let's start with the DRY Sweeper..
I like the convenience of the DRY sweeper. It was SUPER easy to assemble - just assemble about 5 pieces/poles and you are ready to Swiff! The DRY sweeper is pretty good for cleaning up pet hair (we have 2 dogs/cats) and for doing light jobs like cleaning up before company or as mentioned, picking up pet hair. It pivots nicely and is great on our hardwood floors and tile in the bathroom. I like that I can maneuver it easily around hard to reach areas like behind the toilet, under furniture that is heavy to move (couches or end tables), etc. I did feel the DRY Sweeper was a bit flimsy. It is super lightweight so even a child can use it, but you do have to use a bit of force/effort to push it across the floor. With lighter effort, the base will flip over and over. I can see this DRY Sweeper being nice for older people who may want to do lightweight cleaning and not needing/wanting to get down on their hands/knees - but again, you do need to use some effort. I also like that the DRY Sweeper keeps me from getting down on my hands and knees in some cases, but the DRY Sweeper is NOT good for picking up spills of any substance like stuck on spills or anything that isn't too flat/light (ex: cereal, crumbs, etc.). For those items, it will basically just push the items around on the floor. Basically, the DRY Sweeper is good for light/shallow/surface cleaning. If you have bigger spills, then the Swiffer DRY Sweeper is not going to be sufficient.
As far as the WET Sweeper, now that was a BIG mess. Once I took a cloth out of the package, it proceeded to drip all over the place! It was overly damp and continued to be a mess while I was trying to attach it to the Sweeper. I had to toss it in the sink just to keep from getting the laminate floor in the kitchen full of wet spots. The packaging for the WET cloths needs to be improved. I'm not used to needing to mop up the mess I'm making with a mop before I even get it attached! Once attached, the wetness stopped too quickly. I had to keep changing the WET Sweeper Cloth as it dried up too quickly while I was cleaning the kitchen floor - definitely a waste. What was so wet and damp before attached definitely didn't sustain through the cleaning process. I do like that the WET Sweeper is convenient also, doesn't have one on their hands/knees scrubbing and you just toss the cloth after using so there are no smelly/dirty rags to wash. However, the WET Sweeper is too wet/messy upon taking out of the box, it doesn't stay moist long enough when attached, and it would definitely be expensive to keep purchasing more Swiffer WET refills. I feel the WET Sweeper was the equivalent of wiping my floors with a damp cloth - it just is too messy and it's not great for stuck-on stains - mainly due to needing to use force as the handle is too lightweight.
In closing, I would use the DRY Swiffer most often - great for lightweight cleaning and pet hair. For the WET Swiffer, I would choose to use my old Swiffer Wet Jet. I love the convenience of the solution being attached, it also has a gripper section in the middle of the Swiffer that allows for better grasping, and it definitely feels like I am getting my floors cleaner. This Swiffer Sweeper Wet + Dry could be improved by making it a bit more substantial in weight, better container to keep the WET cloths in, a gripper on the upper poles to allow for better gripping/control, and the WET cloths lasting longer with the solution to clean more of an area w/o needing to be changed. That's it!

It works awesome! I cleaned my floors, and amazing that this thing picked up all the dirt, dust, and even stuff I didn't know was there! I love this thing and highly recommend! You will love cleaning ( well, maybe not love) but at least it will make you feel better knowing that they are really clean!

Truth is, I tend to avoid cleaning if it involves a lot of hassle, frustration, and/or mess. My only chance at keeping a tidy house is to find products like this one that will make my life easier! I love that the Swiffer is small enough to hang from the inside of the closet door so that I can grab it and use it whenever I need it. I love that cleaning is easy and the cleaning pads are disposable. While it's not great for heavy-duty jobs, it serves its purpose -- it's quick, convenient, and easy to use. I wish the refills weren't quick so costly, but perhaps they'll come down in price over time. On the other hand, the starter kit is so inexpensive that I can buy one for each floor of my house and always have one handy when I need it!

Super simple and effective product
The Swiffer Sweeper is such a great product. It's easy to set up and use. Within minutes (quite literally) you can put it together and start using it to clean up dust and debris. Having all hardwood floors can be a challenge to keep clean. With the Swiffer Sweeper, you can use the two pads to clean it all. I used the dry pads first to collect all of the dust and loose dirt, and they worked perfectly, acting as a dust magnet. I followed up with the wet pad to lock in the remaining dirt, which pulled up even more than I would have thought, all while leaving a clean scent. The unit itself is the perfect height, has a sturdy design and the swiveling head is much improved from previous models, helping it to glide across the floor and into tight spaces. If you're looking for a great, all around floor cleaning tool, this is definitely something worth buying, as I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to keep it clean in a snap.

The swifter is perfect for my wood laminate floors. They rarely have a lasting shine that do not have footprints on them. I always dread having to clean them because it is hard to disquisition the streaks on this floor. Swiffer left less streaks than other brands I have tried and makes the quick in between cleanings fast. I will continue to purchase both the wet and dry pads

Great Kit With Everything You Need
I think this kit is very useful for people that have a lot of hardwood floors and especially in combination with a dog that sheds! Now with snow, and dog tracks flowing in after every visit outside, I just grab the Swiffer I have sitting out in the kitchen to clean up the tracks immediately. Thanks for the practical and handy tool!

I tried Swiffer Wet Jet a long time ago and was not impressed so I was skeptical about his Swiffer product. This product is very easy to use and assemble. The dry cloths are great for dog hair. Cleans very well. The down side was I have to keep changing the cloths often. Great product for a small area. I would recommend!

Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit
Having tried the "Swiffer Wet Jet" years ago, I was really looking forward to trying this new version. Having tried it on my hardwood floors, here are my thoughts:
Pro:
Lightweight and easy to use
Handle comes in sections for easy assembly and storage
Dry cloths attract and trap pet hair (important in a house with 2 dogs and 4 cats)
fits under the door stops without a problem.
Con:
Cloth doesn't stay "wet" long enough to do my whole floor
Scrub strip doesn't work as well as I was expecting; edge doesn't turn down enough to scrub the spot on the floor easily.
Overall, a very good product for small areas. While you could do a large area, you'd be going through a lot of "wet" cloths to do it.

I received my Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit a couple weeks ago. I have used it several times now. I started will the Dry Sweeper, it does a good job will small rooms like the bathrooms, however, the larger rooms, it's too small. The living room and kitchen/dining room took way too long to get clean, not convenient at all. It does a good job getting under the couch and end tables. Then I used the Wet Sweeper. As I was trying to get the wet pad out of the pack all the solution was dripping on the floor and as I was trying to get it on the Sweeper the solution was running down my arms, again only good for very small rooms. The wet pad only did half of my living room, but one pad did clean the bathroom floor. I only recommend the Swiffer Sweeper Dry+Wet to people that have very small areas to clean. The fragrance was pleasant and not over powering.

I used the Swiffer Sweeper dry pad on my floor. My floor had not been swept in about a week and we have and indoor/outdoor cat and dog. It picked up much of the debris on the floor. I was able to get the sweeper into small places. Then I used the wet pad. The wet pad worked great at first. My only issue was that one pad barely cleaned my kitchen floor which has about 200 square feet of tile. If I were to regularly use the sweeper for all of the hard floors in my house, it would take at least 4 of the wet pads and 2 or 3 of the dry. For this reason, I think it would be too expensive to use this system for a large home. If you have a smaller area, I think it works great. I also love that you don’t have to wait a long time for the floor to dry after moping.

I love my Swiffer! I have used the wet Stiffer in the past but never tried the dry. I'm so impressed with how well it cleans up the pet hair. I use them both everyday for quick clean up. I would definitely recommend this product.

Cleaning made easy,combining two cleaning tools in one.
The Swiffer Sweeper has been awesome, I can sweep up with the dry pads, then turn around and mop with the wet pads. It has made cleaning much easier, and no more mop or mop bucket. I would recommend this to anyone looking for either a broom or a mop, or even better, both!

Swiffer Sweeper GREAT for dog owners!
I love the Swiffer Sweeper Wet & Dry!! The base starter kit was easy to assemble and the dry pads worked great. I have a fur baby who sheds a lot and the Swiffer Sweeper dry pads did a GREAT job picking up her hair! I won't share a picture because I'm a little embarrassed with all the hair it picked up! The wet pads worked great for cleaning up said poochs paw prints from the rain. There was no noticeable odor once it dried and I feel like it got more than just the top layer of dirt. I will continue to tell people how great this Swiffer product is!

Swiffer is quick and clean
I recently received very short notice that guests were coming over. Lucky for me, I had recently received the swiffer starter kit. After quickly attaching the dry cloths, I was able to very quickly pick up loose dust and dirt off the ground. It was pretty amazing at how well the dirt just sticks to the cloth. For high traffic areas I opted to go over a second time with the wet cloth. It was very simple to swap out and wipe down the floors. My only concern would be you would need multiple cloths for larger areas. All in all very simple to use and works extremely fast.

Swiffer Sweeper Wet and Dry Review
This swiffer is really quite amazing! I use it mostly when it's dry, it does an awesome job of getting all the hair up from my pets and in the bathroom. The wet part is not as good as a traditional swiffer where you can control the amount of solution to put on the floor but it gets everything up as well as a traditional swiffer. It just takes a bit longer to dry the floor. It's is nice that this is an all in one tool. It's relatively small and easy to store. It's perfect for small college apartments!

I have always seen these types of products available in the stores but have yet to try them. I was always in the habit of sweeping. I have hardwood floors in my home and they always seem to be accumulating filth and it is a never-ending battle with the broom. Well as a twenty-something year old guy, I do tend to get lazy and neglect sweeping up because it is a pain. These Swiffer Sweepers help to solve that problem, because they are quick and easy to use and get the job done! They are easier than sweeping! If you have hardwood floors, I would highly recommend these! As you can see by the picture, they do an excellent job of collecting filth!

The Swiffer starter kit is great for me to keep upstairs. I can use the dry clothes to "sweep" and then use the wet clothes to mop. It is quick and convenient. I don't have to drag the vacuum and mop all the way upstairs for a quick clean up. I really like the scent of the wet clothes too. It does a great job of cleaning my bathroom floor.

Loved this product. I have hardwood and tile floors and it is a excellent product to use for a quick clean up. It saves time instead of getting the brrom out or the steam mop. Once I pull the cleaning pad off it shows how much it cleaned up. It's easy and quick to change out pads. Just enjoyed having this product. Will recommend this product to all my family and friends.ok

My super duper magic Swiffer
The mop/broom is very light and durable and stores away easily without taking up a lot of room. It snaps together easily and does not come apart while you are using it. It glides smoothly along any floor surface.
It's pretty easy to replace the cloth, you simply push the cloth into the 4 corners of the mop and that's it. Once you are done just pull off the cloth, toss, and replace with a new one.
The starter set comes with wet and dry refills, although I like the wet over the dry better as I feel the wet cleans and picks up at the same time. I use the dry sheets on the hardwood floors in my kitchen and it does a great job of getting under the stove, table and fridge. I use the wet in bathroom, kitchen, and entry way after muddy foot prints from the family haha
Overall it's a handy dandy useful everyday product that my 4 yr old uses to help mommy in the kitchen!

Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit
I think this product works very well. I have two dogs and this makes it very easy to clean up behind them. On top of that it leaves the room smelling clean. The only negative I would say is that I wish the wipes that go on were a little bigger. Sometimes they fall off of one of the corners that I attach it to. Nothing wrong with it it's just that I try to go to quick putting it on. So if it was a tiny but bigger it would just make my job easier. All in all super product!

I'm a working mom with two little kids, four pets including a puppy and incontinent senior dog, and a house constantly in a state of remodeling. I'm always looking for a short cut to keep things appearing clean or, better yet, actually clean! I was excited to try the Swiffer Sweeper Floor Sweeper Mop to see if it's a good addition to my other time cutting and easy to use products and gadgets. I like the idea of one time use, pre-soaked pads so I don't have to mix cleaning detergents or wash rags or mops. After using the Swiffer, I think it works well for a quick spot cleaning or quick wipe down right before guests come over, but not so sure it works efficiently for weekly deep cleaning. My biggest issue is that nearly my entire house is hard surface flooring and even though the pads where thick and good at cleaning the floors, I needed to change it so frequently that I'm afraid it would no longer be efficient or economical to use for that purpose. The dry wipes were very good for cleaning up pet hair and dust, but again, not overly practical for weekly deep cleaning of large area's. I'll continue to use the wet pads for spot cleaning between weekly mopping or to help clean up the spilled juice, pet accidents, tracked in mud, but overall, not sure the Swiffer totally meets my needs mainly due to the surface area of my house.

Reasonably priced product, works well
I have been using the Swiffer for a few weeks now and it is doing well at picking up daily cleaning in the kitchen and highly traveled areas. I do feel that it does a great job maintaining the areas, but we still need to do a thorough cleaning as well every so often. As a day-to-day "helper" it works great! Quick and convenient to use!

Good For Small Messes & Spaces
So, I have tested my Swiffer Sweeper Starter Kit out for a couple weeks now. I have to following pros and cons about both the wet and dry Swiffer.
Dry Swiffer- because we don't have any animals, I just can't see the point of using this. Yes, it got up small, tiny bits of food that was on our kitchen floor, but large pieces of food from our toddler still required a broom (or in our case a hard floor vacuum that I love). The dry clothes were easy to attach to the base, but it just seemed like a wasted step since I still had to break out the broom/vacuum for my floor to be truly clean. The wet cloth- great for small messes that need immediate attention. Spilled juice or milk, small spots of spilled yogurt, etc. I tried to do my entire kitchen floor (which is not that large) and the clothe was dry before I was half way done. It did an excellent job getting up the dirt, just took 3 clothes to do it, which to me is a huge waste! I did love it to clean the floors of small spaces like the bathrooms. Overall, I can see why Swiffer appeals to many, my sister who is single with no kids loves it for her apartment. For this family of 5 with many many messes to clean throughout the day, its just meh.

Swiffer Sweeper - Fantastic Keeper!
We recently put laminate flooring in on our main level where we previously had carpet. We have a dog that sheds pretty bad and it seems like there are always dust bunnies and fur balls floating around our laminate, which makes it look dirty. Using a regular broom just pushes it around and doesn't clean it up, so we were very excited to try out the Swiffer Sweeper to see if it would make a difference in the way our floor looked.
The easy-to-attach pads fit nicely over the sweeper bottom and the handle easily expands and adjusts to your height, which is great since my husband and I are both different heights. We tried out the Swiffer on the flooring where there were a lot of fur balls from our dog.
The Swiffer seemed to be a hair magnet! Once we pushed the base over where the hair was, it stuck right to the pad and didn't just get pushed all over the place. We went over our whole floor and when we were done, the pad was covered in fur and dust - and our floor looked amazing! The best part was the easy clean up - just pull off the pad and throw it away. That's it! No dust pan required.
We were extremely satisfied with the Swiffer and will definitely be purchasing refills for this base once we run out!

Great for laminate flooring!
I have really come to appreciate my new Swiffer. I recently installed laminate flooring, which looks great but tends to accumulate dust quickly. The Swiffer is an easy solution to that problem. Whenever I see a bit of dust I can just grab the Swiffer and give the area a quick clean. It really makes cleaning so easy. I also appreciate how it can easily go between rooms with laminate and rooms with tile, and clean both just as well. The wet and dry options are also appreciated as sometimes you really need the extra cleaning power that I find the wet cloths have. Of course the best part of the Swiffer is that you just throw the dirty pads away, making cleanup a breeze. And with the Swiffer being such a slim profile it is easy to store away almost anywhere when you are done using it. Overall my wife and I both really appreciate the Swiffer and plan on continuing to use it, as it really is a great cleaning option.

Swiffer Sweeper Cleans Up In A Jiffy
I received the Swiffer Sweeper starter kit shortly before the holidays. At this time of year, with lots of guests coming and going, you need a reliable product to help speed up the cleaning process. Swiffer fulfills that need, and I highly recommend it! It is a great tool to clean up dust and dirt from laminate and tile floors alike. The dry Swiffer cloths easily picked up dirt, and acted like a magnet to trap dog hair. It made clean up a breeze. The additional wet Swiffer cloths finished the job by wiping up any residual soot. My floors sparkled and smelled so clean after using Swiffer. I will definitely purchase this product in the future.

Love my swifter to get under the couch and all those places my vacuum can't get to. We have these in-floor door stops and i have to switch my vacuum head to get back there but with the swifter its so much easier. Still need the vacuum to get the bigger stuff but fur and dust bunnies are much easier!

Swiffer is a trusty classic
I love using a Swiffer dry sweeper, and think it's great to have in any home with hard floors. It has its place alongside the broom and the vacuum, but it doesn't take the place of either in my opinion. (Just like the wet mop doesn't take the place of a mop, but is pretty darn useful). I got my first Swiffer about 20 year ago in college to keep my linoleum dorm floors dust bunny free. It worked great to get under the bed and other furniture. I learned then, and not much has changed as the nifty tool has gone through a few upgrades, that you still also need a broom and a dustpan. The Swiffer's main job is to pick up hair and dust, and it does that job better than any broom or vacuum. But the crumbs and the little pieces of paper aren't going anywhere - you can sweep them into a pile, but they just don't stick to the Swiffer cloth. No biggie, but there you have it. The wet mop is awesome for a quick job in a medium sized room. We use them constantly at the tutoring center where I volunteer - every day when we clean up, we sweep and then wet Swiffer the small apartment where we provide our services. It's linoleum throughout, and the wet Swiffer does great to get any spills or tracked in grime from the kids' shoes. For the approximately 1,000 square foot apartment, all linoleum, we use about 3 cloths. It's quick, it's easy, it's mostly effective, and anyone can do it. I appreciate the Swiffer brand for the convenience it adds to my life!

I've really enjoyed using this stiffer. I just got new hardwood floor a few months ago, and keeping them clean with two dogs and three kids is a big task. I love my swiffer dry pads for quick, daily floor maintenance. It picks up a ridiculous amount of fur and other dirt! The wet pads are great when mud has been tracked in and dried, or when my son spills juice. The best part is that the mop is lightweight, and my 3-year-old uses it with ease and actually thinks it's fun - for now!

I was excited to try the Swiffer Sweeper as I already use other Swiffer products and love them. But sadly I have to say I am not thrilled with this sweeper. The packaging and ease of assembly was great but the actual product was disappointing. It is too light weight and feels cheap. The dry pads only picked up a little bit of dust etc. before it just pushed the rest around. I still had to use a broom and dustpan. The wet pads were so wet they dripped all over and my floor was so wet I had to dry it with a towel. Overall I think this product needs some improvement.

Not what I was expecting..
I expected this Swiffer Sweeper to literally "suck" dust and hair towards it sort of like a static effect. It did pick up dust and hair, but it just pushed dirt and debris across the floor. I still had to pull out the vacuum and do additional cleaning. I probably won't use this sweeper very much.

Swiffer dry and wet cloths make cleaning my concrete floors so much faster and easier. I can quickly go over the floors with the dry cloth to pick up small debris and dust and then switch to the wet cloth to deep clean. Swiffer left my floors clean and the house was smelling fresh.

Swiffer makes cleaning easy!
What I love about the Swiffer is how easy it is to use to clean. No need for getting a bucket and mop ready. Instead just attach a wet pad to the Swiffer and mop away. The floor dries very quickly and doesn't leave streaks. The best part is cleanup, simply toss the used pad!

A basic sweeper for the kitchen
I have used the Swiffer Sweeper dry in the past and was hoping to see increased levels of performance using the wet wipes. Unfortunately, two problems plagues me. One, the wet wipes seem to leave the floor quite sticky when done. Also, it seems they do not last very long and if you have more surface area, you might find yourself going through the wet attachments more quickly. The dry attachments seem to work better, but again, are not designed for any hardcore cleaning jobs. They are good if you have small amounts of dust to occasionally clean up.

The Great Product of Swiffer Dry & Wet
Once I received this to try I was excited to give it a try for myself. I have always seen them on the shelves in the store but have never tried them. They are very quick and easy to use and work pretty good. I have a Pug the sheds and the Dry pads help clean up his mess and when I need to do some mopping on my tile floor after coming in from the pool I put on the Wer pads and it works fabulously! Cleans all the smears and dirt and grime off the floor. Love this products and would recommend to anyone!

I love Swiffer. I am a smidge crazy about my cleaning routines, and Swiffer makes it so much easier. I sweep with a traditional broom, get up all the big bits, and then follow with the swiffer and get all the tiny bits my normal broom leaves behind.

Swiffer Sweeper Base Starter Kit
I used this swiffer sweeper to clean my entire upstairs. I was able to accomplish this by using just one of the the included wet pads to clean the hardwood floors. I think this starter kit gives you enough to get started and clean your house a couple of times before having to buy replacement pads.

swiffer makes all your jobs easier
I recently received a swiffer mop wet and dry cleaning system. After giving this mop amworkout the last month I can honestly state that this is a marvelous concept it is so lightweight and amdust and dog uair magnet.the refills for wet mopping the floor is a totally ingenious idea too! No need to wring your mops anymore, when your done just throw out and replace the mop head, this made my cleaning chores so much easier!

Convenient but is it worth the price?
I've recently been using Swiffer and their dry sweeping cloths around my apartment instead of the usual broom and dustpan routine. I typically sweep two to three times per week in an apartment that's just over 700 square feet with just my husband and two fur babies (cats). The Swiffer kit is easy to open and the mop/broom can be assembled in a few simple steps and is then ready to be used. The cloths are easy to attach and remove; they're lightweight and the dust that's been collected doesn't fly away when you're in the process of disposing the pad. After about three weeks of use, I can say that the Swiffer dry cloths make sweeping easier, especially when it comes to disposing of the collected dirt since I don't have to worry about collecting it into a dustpan. Also, compared to a broom or even a vacuum, the Swiffer dry cloths can easily be used to collect dust that's accumulated on ceiling fans or even higher on the ceiling. However, with convenience there is always a price and this one is exactly that; a high price. The refill cloths are expensive and compared to a regular broom and dustpan, they may not be worth the convenience. I will continue to use the sweeping cloths whenever I'm in a rush or if I need to reach more obscure places in my apartment.

I sweep my floor almost everyday because we have a cat and a black lab dog. My kitchen floor is light in color and my dog's hair is everywhere everyday. It clumps up next to the wall and looks terrible. I used the Swiffer dry and it was like a magnet for her hair! I had my 8 year old use it right before people showed up for Christmas. It was easy enough for her to do it on her own and got up all the hair! I like that it makes life a little easier.

I was already excited to try the Swiffer Sweeper kit, but I got even more excited using this system! I have had a dry Swiffer Sweeper for a few years now and use it frequently to catch the remaining dust and dirt that always seems to stay even after a thorough vacuum session. I did not yet have any experience with the Swiffer Sweeper Wet yet, but was looking for a reliable way to clean our bathroom and kitchen floors. Well, with the Swiffer Sweeper Dry+Wet I have found the perfect system for cleaning the entire house. The Swiffer Sweeper Wet cloths are easy to attach and give a pleasant smell without being overwhelming. There is no nasty residue and this system leaves the floor clean and fresh. I love the side you can use to scrub away stubborn stains, this is definitely something I did not know I was missing! Quick, Easy & Hard to Beat!
I received this and had no idea what it would do. I opened up the box and proceeded to use it in the kitchen and bathroom only dusting the floors, when I finished I was amazed how much it picked up and nothing fell off. Then I cleaned the floors with the wet clothes and the floors were clean and smelt great. This product is quick easy and hard to beat. There's no comparison to a regular mop and bucket of cleaner. I am sold on a swifter and now my sister and mother also have bought the products and use them after I told them about it being quick, easy and does the job of other home products in less time.

I remember buying one of these years ago and it snapped and bent and it broke right away. I thought it was so cheaply made back then, but I can see now that they are much better made and vastly improved. These are so simple to put together, just join all 4 pieces of the mop stick together and you're ready to clean. Well, right after you put one of the dust wipes onto the flat duster head, that is. The Swiffer sweeper is great for when you don't want or need to get out the bucket and mop just to clean up a minor spill. It's great to use when you just want to do a bit of dusting and the stick is long enough to be able to reach underneath or overhead and in hard to get to places. What makes it even better yet, is that you can use the wet wipes to clean nasty stuff like on the kitchen or bathroom floor and then throw the wipe away afterwards.

The Swiffer kit is awesome!! When you don't feel like breaking out your vacuum and you see "stuff" on your kitchen floor or hair on bathroom floor you can attach a Swiffer cloth to the Swiffer and pick up all the "stuff" and hair. Simply use a quick sweeping motion and voila the stuff/hair quickly adheres to the Swiffer cloth. Once you're done all you need to do is remove the cloth and dump it in the trash can. It's an easy no fuss, no muss way to clean your floors quickly! Love the fact they have the dry Swiffer cloths and the wet Swiffer cloths to help remove messes on your floors!

Good for Quick light touch ups
First off, the assembly of this product seems a bit dangerous to me. The edges on the metal poles to be connected are sharp. They connect using the bottons that push in and then pop out when connected to the second pole that has two holes in it. They are a snug fit, so you need to twist them a bit to get them to fit. I felt a bit worried that I would cut my finger putting them together.
As for the dry sweeper cloths, they attach to the base easily. just unfold, wrap around and press the corners into the cut outs on the top of the platform
They work ok to pick up light dust or hair that may be on the floor. each cloth seems to do well on about a 10 x 10 area, but not much more than that. works best on smooth surfaces. I found that remnants would be left behind in the grout lines of my tile.
These would be handy as a quick light touch up, though for normal sweeping, I would stick with my broom and dustpan. Perhaps use this to get the small particles left over from the standard sweep.
For the wet wipes, I found it was not intuitive that the wipes opened up. perhaps if the flaps were a slight different color that would help.
I do like that they have a scrubbing edge to them. Though I was not a fan that it was a bit of a struggle to get the platform to flip over (and stay flipped) in order to use it.
Again, the wet wipe only seemed to last for a small area before drying out. I have a small kitchen, 10x10, and it needed 2 wet wipes to get the job done with only minor spots.

Doesn't work well. Pushes most dust and dirt around. Traps very little beyond the tiniest dust. Has to be changed often. Wet mop is streaky and leaves dust and dirt. Have to get out my better product and redo. Waste of money and the landfill.

I don't think I am of abnormal height (5' 10") so I was a little annoyed to put this product together and had a 3.5 feet tall handle. If I want my new wood floors cleaned, the 6 year old needs to do it. Definitely not thrilled about this. Maybe trying to get more profit by shorter handle? My sister bought a more expensive wet jet one and the handle is normal.

This is a total waste of money.
How can I count the ways...short handle, wet pads that don't stay in place, wet pads either too wet or too dry. I haven't been able to use it all all.

I am so disappointed that you don't sell the individual wrapped wet pads. Please put ten or so in a box and sell them for us that are tried of the last half of the box going dry.. thanks

I purchased a Swiffer Sweeper Floor Mop Starter Kit wet & dry on Friday by Sat after noon it was done! Love the fact its a dual use but once I was mopping my floor and put a little pressure the stick started to bend and eventually cracked in half. Should have figured once I started putting the parts together it wasn't sturdy. Highly disappointed, not buying another Swiffer product.

This device works poorly, at best. Easy assembly, very low price, but you get what you pay for. It picks up very little of what you sweep over, and if you ever accidentally tip it forward, a lot of the swept contents spill out. Spend the money on a quality sweeper or just use a vacuum.

Overall its a good product
This swiffer is very light and versatile it can go under many places with ease but I found that I could not clean more than half the kitchen without the pad drying out by the time I finish. Its good for starters but if you like the floors very clean i recommend the wet jet one because once the pad dries out it looses the "mopping" effect.

Dont rely on this as primary moping means
I debating for a while & chose this mainly bc of the picture of the dog on the front and most of my messes are bc of my pup. I wish I chose the swifer wetjet. Not ideal for large areas. If I were to do my entire kitchen it would take probably 5 pads. I will have to reserve this for quick fixes such as a few paw prints, small spill or guest bathroom.

I wanted something to pick up the dog hair and clean the smudges, in between moppings on wood laminate floors and for the record I moped the floors 4 days ago. The wet pads dried up after doing a 5’ x 6’’ section, failed to remove the smuggles and didn’t pick up hair only pushed it around. . A complete waste of Money and time.

Bring back the old swiffer design! This cheap, lightweight base doesn't hold well like the older, heavier design base. It feels like I'm sweeping small rock particles and scratching the wood floors. Shame on you for designing such a piece of garbage. I do not recommend this.

hard surface sweeping and mopping tool. The dry cloth has deep ridges and grooves that conform to the surface of your floor to trap and lock dirt, dust and hair, while the wet cloth dissolves dirt and grime and traps it away giving you an amazing clean

As a professional cleaner I use a Swifter mop at work. Infection control puts ordinary mops in the past. It can also be used with a lint-free cloth when using non-chemical products. Love Swiffer - it does the job quick.

Works well except the green scrub part
I use this product every week when i am cleaning. The one thing that I am not happy with is the amount of cloth on the green scrubbing side that there is. Unless I am tucking incorrectly, if i tuck it using enough cloth the green scrubbing part ends up on the top of the mop - the opposite side of where it needs to be to be useful. I do love this product that would be my only complaint.
