Always a great tool for my insulation installs... i wear 'em out eventually, but they make more! And, they are inexpensive and work well. I do not intend to buy any other tool for stapling, ever. Thanks Arrow!

the instructions are stamped into the metal so they don't get lost. it loads easily and requires less hand strength than heavier duty models. I like it!

Great product...doesn't stick
I purchased this product, and the threw a competitor product ouyt. The Arrow product was much better on stability and it does not stick or chew up the staples.

Shooting Range Target Stapler
Have been using the larger T50 size for years to hang paper targets quickly at the shooting range. Finally downsized to the JT21 to leave in my range bag at all times with tons of staples.
Holds targets well, even holds 1/4" cardboard backers to furring strips on my homemade target stands.
I never question that this thing is going to work.

Perfect for light duty jobs
Purchased this gun to tack cardboard to target stand and targets to cardboard and it works great. Easy to load and does not hurt your hand.

This is my first staple gun & I needed it for some around the house jobs & it worked out perfectly! I like the safety on the gun so that it's not always loaded & could accidentally be fired when grabbing it in a hurry.

This product is light , handy and easy to use . It is light enough to take on assignments where one would have it in their luggage/ work kit.It has a standard size that is easy to buy replacemnet staples to use for work or projects or for whatever one needs to use it.

I needed a tool for my own for some upholstery and this tool was great for the jobs I needed to complete it is a quality tool for the price and very easy to use and it is light weight and has a comfortable handle. very easy to load the staples. I would say it's a top of the line tool.

This Stapler is good and simple
Hanging Christmas lights in Alaska is most likely a night job. Not having a removable staple loading component is a guarantee that I won't drop small pieces into the darkness when trying to load staples while on an awkward ladder.

Impressive bang for the buck

Manual Light Duty Stapler - JT21c feels good in your hand.
I took the JT21c stapler as I already had 2 T50 staplers. It was for general use around the house. I like the feel of the stapler in my hand and it works well.

While my husband said 'I have a staple Gun' I said this is mine. I fits my smaller hand, and will stay clean indoors for my household use. I have used it already to fix the upholstery on an ottoman, and to clean up my pantry area. Thanks for helping me be independant!

Used it as soon as I got it

The staple gun is great; don't buy the supplies!
The Arrow T50 staples it shows do not fit the gun. It uses JT21 staples instead. Hopefully I can save you a few dollars.

overall it is a good product

The product is great because it did what I needed, which was to staple upholstery back on a stool. This is also the first time ever used a staple gun, so you may need to take my criticism very lightly. But, I had to use some extra force to depress the staple gun. This wasn’t totally a bad thing because it gave me confidence the staple gun worked.

This one is easier for small hands
I have the larger T50 stapler and it is a great heavy duty stapler, but after two or three staples, my hands are too weak to shoot any more staples. I needed this for hanging banners and it did the job just as good as its bigger T50 design. It may not work for heavier applications, but it was perfect for what I needed and was a life saver for my small weak hands.

I have used arrow staplers in the past and they usually get borrowed but not returned. I bought this one about a month ago to staple up targets at the gun range. Very easy to use with my old hands and works everything. I pitched it and a box of staples in my toolbox to keep.

I bought it in Home Depot and used at the same day for my planter. Great product! The only thing I would improve is the spring. It's not always returning tool in the ready to staple position, you need to reset it manually.

As a certified rifle instructor and Chief Range Safety officer I teach Boy Scouts and other young students’ gun safety and the basics of sport and computation shooting. Previously at the range I used my Arrow T50 staple gun for the purpose of holding paper targets on a cardboard backing by stapling. Although the T50 tacker is a good stapler it has it’s place in doing a particular job. The T50 is a good heavy duty stapler and took a substantial amount of pressure to operate which caused excessive pressure on the cardboard backing board, causing the cardboard disengagement from the target holder’s wooden frame. During one round of shooters my instructor’s assistance stapled the targets up for me. He used his Arrow JT21CM stapler. On our second round I was doing the target change when he offered me his Arrow JT21CM. Boy was I impressed. The staple gun was made just for my job. I found the stapler lighter, smaller and took less pressure to operate resulting in less time and less trouble to complete the target replacement job between shooting groups. I found that other than just laying the Arrow JT21CM on the cardboard I didn’t have to press on the cardboard to shoot the staple. The Arrow JT21CM is made just like the T50 but smaller and more compact with more ease to operate. It is all metal with a chrome finish and has no plastic parts. It has been designed for a smaller gob than the T50 and fits my needs unconditionally. With the help of my new JT21CM stapler things go much smoother and faster on the range. Although the T50 does not fit my job at the range I’m still the owner of two T50’s and one JT21CM. They each have a job to do and there in nothing like having the proper tool for the job. Thank you Arrow and thank you Assistant, for the introduction of the Arrow JT21CM.

Bought this to replace my name brand stapler that barely worked... the 1/4 staples I had were to narrow to slide in and the 1/4 the store had were to wide. The design and build is way better then the other stapler I have and I know it will hold up to repetitive work.

Got the job done at the right price
I needed a light duty stapler to fix a bike seat cover. My son wanted me to buy a new one, I'm trying to encourage repair v. replace. The folks at Ace helped me find this: Their brand was the same price, so I felt better getting the Arrow brand. I'm glad I did: This worked well, and allowed me to use at the weird angles necessary to fix the seat. So I've got a like-new bike seat now with minimum expense

I needed something small and compact for a tight area. I went to 2 hardware stores to find this one. I knew what I wanted, Arrow came through. I have been in the home renovation and wood working business for 35 years. I will not purchase junk. I do quality work.

I build speaker boxes and I use fabric adhesive when I carpet them. Only problem, adhesive doesn't stick too well on edges/corners. I found this stapler at a local store and the price was worth it. Pure quality, now I staple edges and it still looks good. I carry this in my tool bag. Compact, portable, doesn't require strong grip.

replacement for my easy-squeeze staple gun
My other staple gun quit working so I picked up this one. It is easy to\
use ( squeeze) just like the one I had before that I bought because it was an "easy squeeze". Fits good in my hand and works like a charm.\
The only difference between this one and the more expensive one I had\
before, is my previous one had a rubber coated handle, but that is no\
concern with this one. Its just that easy to use. Love it !! I use my staple gun a lot.

This stapler was a great deal and really easy to use.
I never used a stapler much but this changed the way I can do a lot of the projects I enjoy doing. It is so easy and simple to use and faster than what I previously did. Finding the right sized nails or the best glue is over for me.

I have a weak wrist due to injury and it would get inflamed when using my old staple gun. I bought this one and it is SO easy on my wrist! Love it! Wish I would have had to replace my old one sooner!!!

I bought this for a DIY project where I had to staple chicken wire around the bottom of a shed to prevent anything from going underneath. I picked this one because it was smaller and easier to handle and the price was fair. This did exactly what I needed and went right through the wood to hold the wire in place. I look forward to using this on a few other projects I have too.

Already own the larger Arrow bullet proof T50 and needed a replacement for a smaller Stanley stapler that had a catastrophic failure. Should have known to begin with that you can trust Arrow quality. Easy to use and load and always has the staple size indicated. Arrow does staplers period and that is their forte.

It's my go to stapler 1117
I'm a drywall contractor of 20 plus years. Over the years I have used all kinds of hand staplers for doing my pre-texture masking and this is the one I always use. It's durable and last a long time before wearing out. My biggest problem I have with them is that i keep loosing them. I wish I could buy the staples in bulk.\

Having just had artwork professionally printed on canvas and needing to mount them to 2 40" stretcher frames, I discovered that my old staple gun was missing its spring and was unusable. I made do using a coaxial staple gun and hammering on one of them, but bought the Arrow JT21 the next day. It's the easiest staple gun I've ever tried loading and using. It only requires a minimal amount of pressure so I wasn't cramped by the time I went around at 2" intervals. Thrilled! \

It worked fine when I first got it. After several months of not using it, it wouldn't feed the staples. I recommend when storing it to make sure the staples are removed from it so the spring doesn't loose tension.

Short staples for craft projects
I wanted the smallest stapler I could find for craft projects. This one was perfect. I added a sharpie line to the front so I could see exactly where the staples would shoot. Never understood why they didn't already do that.

I bought this to recover some kitchen chairs with fabric. The tool is a nice size for small projects. I had trouble with handle each time a staple was ejected i had to jiggle the handle to reset for another shot. Not user friendly

I use this stapler almost daily at work for covering window openings with plastic prior to painting. They are light and easy to slip in your back pocket when not in use. The only issue I have is they only seem to last a couple months before they quit working. But they're cheap enough jist to buy a new one.

This product worked well above my expectations
I was reattaching the fabric to a new wood base on a folding chair. I was very surprised at how well this stapler worked for the smaller staples required. Fit my hand well, sunk the staples through the wood with little effort, no bent staples.\
The one down side was the lip that held the staple retainer in place. The metal is so thin that it caught on the plastic shipping package and bent prior to ever being used. I had to bend it back into shape before I could use the stapler

I am a contractor and work outside in the elements. This tool is easy to use. Has durable construction. It is easy loading and is light weight. I ran one over with an excavator and it was still pounding staples even though it was packed with mud.

I had to put mesh wire on my wood soffit to block off a entrance to a hole made by squirrels so I went to the hardware store and bought the least expensive stapler so it was a smaller model but it did the job well. It stapled the mesh wire tightly in the wood. No complains. Now I have this tool handy if need be.

I had to return the stapler because halfway done my project I have bought it for it stopped working and no idea why. Got the replacement no problem and it finished the project. It is a little difficult to use at times.

This staple gun has many great features
Not only is this staple gun lightweight and easy to use. It also have a safety feature on the handle to keep it from being able to shoot staples unless actually using. Very easy to load and easy control. I recommended this staple gun to anyone.

Perfect size for smaller hands
I needed a stapler for a little upholstery job I was doing. I chose this model for its smaller size. It fits great in my hand and is easy to use. It drives the staples in easily and with no jams.

I bought this to close up my deck opening that was being used by neighbour cats as their toilet. It made my job so easy installing the fence. It was hassle free and I was able to get in in the most difficult cranies to hold the fence to the posts and deck. One word for this stapler is GENIUS!!

This gun is easy to use and works great

This product is light weight and easy to operate.
I bought this stapler to reupholster dining room chairs. I have small hands with some arthritis and not a lot of strength and I found this stapler to be easy to squeeze/operate without a struggle and without pain in my hand. \
I would definitely give it my recommendation!

It's a stapler that works
Bought this one to replace an old plastic model stapler that broke. This one is easy for me to use with arthritis in the hands. Drives the staples flush and was great for rescreening a back porch. \

Purchased another brand cause it was a bit cheaper in price but wish I had just purchased this one. It was a complete waste of my time and money. Thankfully I went back to the store and bought this one, I was able to finish my project with no issues in 1/4 of the time it took me to do one of my projects.

Well built and comfortable design. Solid.
So far the dependability has been great. Solid, well built quality. This should be a long term addition to our tool wall. Ease of loading the staples was surprising and the positive click lock avoids mishaps. Thanks for a great product.

As I was going to recover two stools, decided to replace older stapler (20+ yrs.). This Arrow product was suggested by family member, and she was so very right! The ease of use was fantastic from loading staples to actual stapling. Task was successfully accomplished even for someone with a weak right hand. Two thumbs up and/or 5 stars for this product.

I was working on a project that my larger stapler couldn't handle because of it's size. Bought this one to see if it would work, being smaller in size. It did the job with the thinner staples like there was nothing to it. That really surprised me. Good Job!

Amazing tool worth every penny.
The JT21 CM is an amazing tool, it works so much better than I thought it would, the last staple gun I bought broke within a year, but this one is amazing and already is very durable! I highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in getting a good staple gun.

Great medium duty stapler
I left my other staplers on a job site a few hundred miles away and needed a stapler for a quick home project. I shopped and found this stapler at a reasonable price for the work I needed to accomplish. Works great and is now part of our craft tool bin for similar crafts we will do.

Small Staple Gun for Upholstery, Crafts
I have two heavier staple guns already that are better for construction and heavier applications, but I needed a smaller staple size gun to do some auto upholstery where I was having to use very short staples and shoot them through leather material into plastic and in a small space. I wasn't sure if this staple gun would work or not, but I tried it and it worked great! It had enough fire power to drive the staples right through the leather and into the plastic. Never jammed. I was pretty impressed and used it to complete my whole project.

Has feeding issues. But I think will break in over time. Mine is starting to have depth issue after 2nd or third reload. But I might be using on heavier material than designed for.

It was easy to handle. I had a good grip on the tool. The loading of Staples was easy too.
I bought this tool to use on a household project and I was totally satisfied that I had the stapler to use. There was ease in the grip and shot. It was not a labored task. I felt comfortable using the stapler/fastener.
