The storms may rage outside my office but these file folders keep all my client information organized and me smiling. The sturdy construction holds up under constant use and the fasteners keep papers neatly in place for a nice clean look.

We use these files for medical records. They are sturdy and stand up to a reasonable amount of use. They do tend to split in the middle if the sides get too heavy, so some reinforcement would be nice in the spine, but overall we have very few issues with them.

These folders are perfect for the office and fairly inexpensive. We used them to organize a multitude of information and they are perfect and easy to look at. The labels we use stick wonderfully and the folder holds up very well especially with the daily use they endure.

The top tab 1/3cut file folders can take abuse, keep their shape and preform up to the constant use that our office requires. In our busy health care office files are constantly handled, filed and changed. I am able to use and sometimes reuse these files without concern for the wear and tear that occurs daily. I highly recommend these folders.

This folder is so helpful for our business office sorting. We can put admission paper work on one side, and signed paper work on the other. Keeps things nice and neat!

These are great starter folders for MRs and economically friendly. They are sturdy and work great with avery dividers.Very nice folders, with easy to use fasteners on each side. I really like that I can attach the paperwork easily, so that it doesn't slip out. (Some papers I merely push the metal fastener through, and others I quickly punch a hole with a single hole hand squeeze punch, since it's easy enough to eyeball the spacing...) I use this feature to sort within the folder, which is handy. They are very sturdy, and have held up well. I love the different colors, allowing me to instantly grab what I want, without necessarily having to read the tab. Much much handier than standard manila folders.

I am a woman who likes to be organized, I mean what woman doesn't. These folders were perfect for my task at hand. The color wasn't obnoxious and did not distract the eyes when searching through a pile of them. The clasps were sturdy and could fit a decent amount of papers in them. Overall, I was very please with the value and quality of this product.

Love the Classic Fastenter Folders
We use these folders all the time for our busy medical agency. Not only does the folder stand up to the wear and tear - but the fasteners rarely break. We don't use others!

It is always a joy to have our folders delived to our office. That is the best part about ordering our files. We are greated with a smile from a real person. Our files hold up thru all the abuse we put them thru. They are made so it is quick and easy for us to set up our patients charts.

Helps keep my OCD in check
I love these folders for two reasons. #1-I like the fasteners because it discourages those who "borrow" my files from getting things out of order. #2-the straight cut allows me to keep things in uniform without looking for the right tab placement for that file.

My motto is I can never be too organized. In fact, I often say, “I’ve over-organized myself once again!” I work in a medical office, and we use Smead Classic Fastener Folders for patient charts. The folders are durable and allow for easy viewing in a full file cabinet drawer. The folders come in an assortment of colors, which helps us stay organized because we use a different color for each calendar year.

These folders save me so much time because the fastener is already there to be used. I don't have to waste time 2 hole punching the folder and putting the fastener in the holes. This can take a lot of time when you are doing hundreds of folders a day!

I would recommend this product to anyone that has to keep a file system in order. The fastener files are the best to keep all papers intact. When i open a folder i like it neat and organized and these are perfect! thank you Smead for you product!

We have tried other brands but the Smead are the best by far. The others rip very easily and these can last for years. The tabs rip out of the others as well.

THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCKS
We're all about saving money at the law office I work in, but we do not worry about forking out a few extra dollars and cents for these bad girls. The Smead 14534 folders are going to be on our selves until the place closes down, and we have nothing left to organize and file. They're easy and tidy to use because of the sturdy paper and prongs. No one has to worry about the folders loosing their backbone while trying to share information organized in these folders with clients or colleagues. They're crisp and professional looking too... bonus! They are truly lifesavers and a must have in every busy office! One more thing, they don't destroy the appearance of paper in the files after A LOT of use. They really help us protect important documents that have to look great 100% of the time. Thanks SMEAD!!!!

This summer, I was stationed in the file room of a major hospital for volunteering duties and let me say, this product is really amazing! I am an assistant to a Financial Advisor. Each account has to have its own file. I use several of these files each day. I LOVE THEM. The reinforced tabs stay good for decades, literally. I have files from 1995 and the tabs are still in great condition!

We have used the Smead 19537 Legal Fastener Folders for as long as I can remember and there is no folder better! The fasteners are secure and don't come off like others who produce similar products. Please keep up the GREAT work!

Fast Fastener to the Rescue!
I love the Fastener File Folder 14537 as I can have two facing sections of documents that are neatly held in place. It's easy to add or subtract documents and look behind to see the progress. Thank you for quality products that last and help me stay organized.

The BEST Recycling Folder EVER!!!
We use the Smead Classification folders for our projects. When we are done we recycle those folders by using the Smead 14537 fastner files. The double sided fastners help so much with our larger files. Plus they don't rip up easy... BONUS!!!

Filing and paper are part of a CPA’s life. Every paper in place, battened down and neat. Never know when those audits will occur. The built-in fastener is perfect keeping the paper beast tamed. Third Cut side makes filing easy. It’s a standard in my office.

Top Tab Folders are over the top!
My company makes three job folders for every project we do. One goes into the field, one goes to purchasing and one stays with me in Admin. These folders are sturdy and last a long time. Once a project is finished and the three are combined into one, the other two folders get put back into circulation. We use them over and over again, just changing the labels. This is an excellent product.

How to Tame the Paper Tiger
I work as a clinical psychologist and that job generates a mountain of paper. It is important to keep protocols and notes with the correct patient and the Smead Fastener File Folder 14534 lets me do just that. Some times these files of mine can take a beating but this product has stood the test of time. Keep making these fine products and thank you for making them here in the USA

I love having these folders! They are just sturdy enough to hold several documents on either side without the folder feeling like one of the pages inside yet they are not so expensive that my employer makes me downgrade to a cheaper version.

Smead Brought Order to my Life!
I ordered these files to organize my customer files. Previously all the paperwork was filed loosely and there was no semblance of order. Smead made it easy to rectify that situational mess into something that looks and feels much more professional in presentation. I can now easily find what I am looking for and pull and replace files at a glance. I love it!

I use these folders everyday!! I love them, great quality and never falls apart. I have one for every client, and I have over 500 and maybe 2x the file prongs have broke because of too much paper in them which is my own fault!! I'll always use these folders from Smead.

Use to file papers for orders. Fasteners are great for keeping organization and preventing papers from falling out of the files for travel. Accommodates letter and legal size. Marker does not leak through to papers when writing on the front. Tab on the side makes it easy to find in filing cabinet
