I use the Poly File Folders for organizing my projects. I place each project in a different folder to avoid my projects to get mixed together. I love these folders, they can be recycled. To extend their life, I use a 3x3 post-it note on the tab for my project name, also I can see thru them, very helpful. Just remove the post-it when the project is done and they are good to go again.

I drink tea and coffee and these folders are great for protecting my documents from drips and spills. Additionally, red is color I use for items that need a response or follow up within a certain time frame so the color is so easy to spot among my regular file folders without creating a special tickler. Finally, since I use removable labels, I can re-use these file folders with minimal impact on the environment.

These poly files will not tear or get coffee stains. They are reusable so very environmentally friendly- you can relabel them as many times as you want the labels aren't permanent and don't slide off. I love the color selection to brighten up my file cabinet as well as color-code for specific departments or projects. They are my favorite folders to buy- a little more pricey but since I can reuse them and they don't fall apart it's an investment for future use. Very durable.

These poly files will not tear or get coffee stains. Environmentally Friendly Folders
These durable file folders will not tear and are also stain and heat resistant. These folders are also environmentally friendly and can also be reused and relabeled time and time again. The assorted colors allow you to color code your projects too. A little more in price but definitely worth the investment!

When I reach for a colored Smead File Folder I will reach for the color that best defines the task at hand. Whether it's the Commanding Red for flagging the most important items to address or a Calming Green that quickly lets me know I can relax because the job is done I know that Smead file folders have done their job to keep me on task.

LOVE the poly file folders!!! They are reusable durable and great for travel! I use them I use them for my bosses for their trips...each one has their own color! They love that! Too bad there are not more colors...I have 5 V.P.s only four colors and one loves black another likes purple - but they manage. I'm always looking at Smead for their new products! Great quality and value.

My only complaint is that the "poly" file folder is very "slippery" and hard to work with. They slip and slid all over the place and are even difficult to manage in a filing cabinet. Otherwise Smead products are of the very best quality and I will purchase them in the future.

Reusable, labels come off easily.
They are sturdy. Water proof. My dog had some accidents in my office. I found the folders easy to clean. I love them.

The poly file folders are great! I use them daily. They maintain their shape and since they are so durable the tabs don't bend fold over or tear! If you go to certain file folders daily they are the best thing to use!

I use these for so many things! I love the colors. I use them with matching hanging file folders. If you look at my stash of office supplies, I always have these and the pastels on hand.

I love these file folders. I work at a busy college and have several instructors and students. I love to recycle! Every little bit helps. I can use these files over and over again. They stand up to all types of wear and tear. So glad I have these!

Love that these are durable!
I love to recycle, repurpose, reuse! I am the queen of efficiency and repurposing at home and at work. I love that these are water resistant and tear proof. I often have to go to several meetings at several different locations and love that these folders can go the distance with me!

Smead Poly File Folders - Letter Size
My boss saw that I had some of these and he said, where did you get those I want them. Ended up ordering 2 boxes and I'm sure more to follow.

We use these colored files for Year verification. So this year 2015 is RED. And in two years RED can be boxed up. We love the coloring system. Saves us time and money spent on people sitting and trying to figure out manilla folders.

Color coding takes on a new flair. Green and red are saturated colors which really look cool. Need a darker blue and purple too.

Purchasing one color at time
We love these folders but would like to purchase one color at time, we use different colors for different things and run out of a color. It would be nice to be able to purchase separately.

What I have been looking for!
We have files for every employee and some are almost 20 years old and even though we have replaced them over the years, they are dog-earred. I was looking for something that would have a better appearance and last longer. These are perfect and look great!
