Transparent Tape, 1" Core, 0.5" x 36 yds, Transparent

Our school board does not buy Scotch brand tape. I tried the brand they buy in bulk for my classroom and it was useless. I now buy Scotch brand Transparent tape boxed refills in bulk for the school year and use it on all my dispensers in my classroom. I even use it on the dispensers that my students use. Before, when they tried to tape a paper or use tape for a project it would not tear properly or stick to their fingers. Now, with Scotch brand Transparent tape, we can mend torn papers or do projects with no hassle from our tape. We love Scotch brand Transparent tape and when it comes time to do our supply order for the year our school secretary will hear me say "I'll buy my own Scotch brand tape" because I want tape that works. Thanks Scotch for such a good product. P.S. It is all I use at home also.

I use a lot of tape for my mail-order business. Even though I've tried several brands to save a few pennies, I have stopped using anything but Scotch. First, it comes off the roll easier and the cutter is dependable ... no more scissors needed.
Second, it has the right stick-em. It adheres as long as I need it; but when I need to remove the tape, it comes off the product easily without tearing the surface.

Consistent quality- is dependable for all kinds of traditional uses plus it works great to write on with permanent markers on books with laminate finish that won't accept marker labeling.

My six year old daughter, Grace had to make a craft project which included taping a handle on it. I purchased Scotch Transparent Tape to do the job. As a homeroom mom, I watched as many other kids projects fell apart when they used thier project, however my daughters held strong. I was glad and proud that I provided her with the best tape. The project is now two years old and the handle is still attached. We always have purchased Scotch brand tape and now will never settle for anything else. unlike some store brand tapes, this tape is easy to start.

I love this tape! I use it for everything, from gift wrapping, envelopes, projects, and anything else that needs to be taped. And I love that it's transparent. I can use it on everything or anything without an ugly mess.

I use boxed tape both at work and at home. I really like having a tape dispenser with rolled tape. I buy Scotch tape for home use. I especially like it at home during the Christmas Season! It is easy to use, and I never misplace the dispenser. I Especially like the invisible tape on gift wrapping paper.

Overall this is a great product and performs well. I usually choose Scotch Brand materials for all my taping needs.

It's the best product to have around the house and the office

I have been using Scotch Brand tapes for about 40 years now, i am very satisfied with the tapes. I have had good uses for the product, & will continue to use.

This tape works very well and I use it frequently for a variety of purposes. It's great for gift wrapping.
I also use it on documents that need to be copied.

This is the best tape. Only kind I use at work and home.

We have used the Scotch transparent tape for many years to attach book jackets to books, here at our regional public library. It has worked wonderfully until we opened the first roll from our recent reorder. The tape is thinner, not as sticky, and more difficult to tear off of the tape dispenser.

The added effort to tear the tape off of the dispenser is going to slow down our overall rate of book processing, but what we are most concerned about is the possibility of our book jackets coming untaped because of the reduced adhesive power of the changed tape. Our books are used heavily, and we need sturdy, sticky tape to keep the covers on them.

Please let me know where I can purchase the industrial version of your transparent tape, because we are not confident that this newer version will hold up to the normal wear and tear of library use.

I use this tape for years and lately the adhesive force has changed. I see that I am not the only one noticing this. The solution would be to irder industrial type of the same product. How do I do this? Thanks
