Twisted no longer

The detangler was too big for the connection port at the hand receiver but fit nicely at the base of the phone. My cord no longer twists up needing constant unwinding.

Disappointed..

Wires lost contact after a few months of use. Couldn't hear other person unless I moved detangler around. Ordering another type. Hoping for better outcome.
