I wouldn't really believe the "Easy Peel" part of the name, unless you're only peeling one label at a time. The perforations on the paper are not at all helpful as they have a tendency to break apart as you're peeling the labels off. That being said they do the job overall of sticking permanently to bottles (even when wet).

I work in an environmental water testing lab and we use these labels for our sample bottle. The program for creating new pre-printed labels is extremely easy to use, and formatting other word programs is also pretty simple to figure out. They are totally waterproof and still easy to write on with pen and marker. My only issue with them is the perforation going down the middle of the pages; it makes taking individual labels off a bit of a pain. Otherwise they are great.
