Unit works 30% of the time.

The power, USB and Ethernet work without issue. I have two of these devices and both have the same issue, HDMI only works approx 30% of the time. After multiple re-seats, power cycles and port changes, you can normally get it to work.

Spoke with the RMA team who were nice enough to RMA both units as was told that I should have the units within 7-10 business days. After the 14th day, I called in and was told that the units should go out within the next few days and should arrive within 3-5 days of their shipping date.

Very disappointed in the product and the promptness of RMA.
