Amazing

This Voyager Legend is amazing. I can hardly tell I have it on. The sound is clear and the device is very easy to use. Great product. Transitions wonderfully from the office phone to my cell when I'm on the go.

Exceeded all my expectations!

My 6-yr old plantronics headset finally died. I used it everyday and thought it was amazing. After just a day with the new Legend, I am blown away. The earpiece is lighter, more comfortable and sounds amazing. It fully charged in less than 30 minutes. I really like the voice command options. It also paired easily with my iPhone, which was a challenge for the last one I had. I am very, very happy!

Voyager Legend CS

After using this product for a couple of months the headset stopped working for some reason and we had to get it replaced. It is a very complicated process to pair the two pieces together. If there was a better choice I would get something less complicated.

Great Product

I've been using this for about 6 months and am really happy with the quality and reliability as well as the long battery length. I especially like the way it integrates with both my cell phone and desk phone allowing me to have one headset that works all day - in the office and on the road

Great Headset, Awful Ringtone

I purchased the headset a week ago and I like the feature of being able to use with my desk phone and cell phone. The biggest drawback is the ringtone that drowns out everything. We have three of these in the office and two have the issue and the one headset with older firmware has a nice simple beep. Called customer support and there wasn't anything they could do to change the ringtone. Very frustratingId! If Plantronics would allow the user to specify the ringtone they wanted this would definitely be a 5-star product. Hopefully something they are considering and will release soon.

Wouldn't be able to work without it.

I love my headset. I wouldn't be able to do all of my work without the headset. How did I ever manage without it? I totally recommend it!

Best smart Bluetooth ever!

I'm a regular user of this product. Awesome sensors and battery life. The over all life average is 1.5 years. It's worth for the cost. Gives you a professional touch. Smooth experience!.

Nothing special about it.

It works ok, but it's really no different then the cheaper models that I've bought previously.\
More or less a waste of money.

Poor sound quality

Poor sound quality connected to a Cisco IP Phone 7821. I've ditched the Voyager in favor of wired headsets.
