Solid, roomy, ideal for business and personal travel
Purchased this backpack for my husband who is a long distance commuter. It is sturdy, roomy, good for both personal and business travel (will fit a change of clothes for overnight trip), easy to organize, presentable. Excellent value for money!

I definitely would buy this one since it's a bit bigger
I had one previously that was much bigger than this one and had it replaced a couple of times since the zippers broke twice.  You don't sell it anymore and it just had more room than this one.

Top handle built terribly
This is my second Xenon backpack. The top handle on the first one broke after 4-5 years. I wasn't upset because that seemed like a fair amount of time. The top handle on this one looked more reinforced, so I was excited about that, but less than a year into owning it, this handle is about to come off.

I use this every day for work, and I'm very careful using this handle (taking it in and out of my car), but it just seems like it wasn't built to last. It's a shame because I like the backpack other than this one design flaw.

Versatile & sturdy but lightweight.
Needed a versatile bag for my last few business trips that also works well for leisure travel. This is an excellent backpack and very good value.

The Xenon 2.0 Upgrade - Water Bottle Pocket?
I've had the Xenon 2.0 for many years. It's been a reliable, spacious backpack for all kinds of different occasions and situation, and has performed excellently.
However, there are two short-comings:
1) After a few years of steady use, the material boarding the front zipper pocket began to fray; making it difficult to operate the zipper.
2) The side water-bottle pockets currently fit a CamelBak 25-oz bottle with a 3-inch diameter dimension. I'm hoping that the Xenon 3.0 or 4.0 will accommodate a larger bottle; like the 32-oz Wide Mouth Nalgene bottle that has a 3.5-inch diameter dimension.

Handle broken after a month
This is my third Xenon backpack. Evertyhing is ok, except the handle, the plastic looks really cheap. IВґm really disapointed because the handle broken after a month. This never happened with the previous ones I had. PD I usually carry my battery charger, headset, speaker, laser pointer, hard-drive, sunglasses, cap, passport, cell charger and 15" laptop (nothing heavy).

Zipper comes off tracks every few days!
The second day the zipper came undone and my computer and papers fell out.  Was very shocked as this is supposedly a great quality brand. I had a cheap bag for the last 9 years that the zipper never once did this. I've been too busy to contact anyone. But not happy with my purchase.

Great product at a great price
Used it for my trip. Fits well, love the padded back, easy access compartments. Great idea about TSA approved laptop compartment - no need to take out laptop - but only works in US, other border security asked to remove it from the compartment.

This is a great backpack
I use it every day. It is a sturdy, well built backpack with lots of space and convenient multiple bags, including padded bags for tablets and a notebook. I expect that it will last as long as my previous Samsonite backpack, which lasted about 12 years of intense use.

Good Xenon 3.0
Very well constructed, good materials. Big backpack. The only disadvantage is lack of small synthetic feet on a bottom for better fabric protection.

Great large-compact backpack for work
I like the compact size, functional pockets and professional look.  It can also hold a Contigo mug and water bottle without limiting storage capacity of the main compartment.

Stylish, light and tons of storage space. I like the compartments and laptop padding, but it doesn't feel as sturdy as my other, heavier bags. I guess that's a tradeoff for something this light and easy to travel with. I don't huck it around like my military bags, so it's holding up well so far. #sweepstakes

Lightweight and has tons of storage and compartments. I am careful with it though and don't huck it around like I do my military packs. All the stitching is holding up so far, but it doesn't feel like it would survive with heavy loads. #sweepstakes

Good enough
I think this is good enough . It replaced my High Sierra Endeavor XBT which is far superior than this in terms of functionality. I missed a lot of pockets that XBT has.
