I started feeding the paper and thought for sure something was wrong. You can barely hear it running even when paper is shredding!

Have had the opportunity to use this unit and have been very satisfied. It is easy to move from one location to another. When in use it is not distracting. It has a stylish look and does not distract from the surroundings. It has met and exceeded my expectations thus far and I expect to use it for a long time.
