Single Use Stapler
The stapler was great until I ran out of staples. I can't get the stapler open to refill. I don't have 20 minutes to mess with the stapler to try to get it open. I bought one for all three of my co-workers and we all have the same problem.

very low quality
This stapler was to replace  a Paper Pro Quantum.  This stapler is no where the quality as the Quantum.  Need a stapler much more durable than the one received.  Can not find the Quantum in the catalog so we thought we were getting one like it but it is no where a durable as the Quantum.
