Excellent sound quality and recepton
The W710 wireless headset let me answer my desk phone and my cellular from one headset. Also works with the Dragon Speech program. 3 in one, and the sound quality and battery life just excellent.

useless without connection cable (sold separately)
The supplier I ordered this from did not mention that this headset can't plug in to a standard phone jack without the special connection cable, which is sold separately. The headset has a funky HDMI-like plug instead of a normal phone cord plug - supposedly to offer quick release so you can walk away from your desk without taking off the headset. Pretty silly for a wired headset; it doesn't work when it's unplugged, so why would anyone walk around with a useless headset and dangling wire instead of just taking it off?? I don't have the connection cable, but the photos online make it look like you can't have both the headset and handset plugged into the phone, so you can't quickly switch between the two. Might be acceptable for sales/service people who spend the entire day on the phone, but not someone who only needs it for the occasional teleconference. Also, I had to look online to figure out how to plug this thing in because the "user guide" is just a series of vague pictures about how to put it on your head, no pictures showing how to plug it into the phone.I'll be returning this.

Poorly designed
I work in a call center and the major problem we have is agents that have their boom fall off when the connector screw that holds it in place spins out and the boom is left hanging only held on by the wire. Then eventually the wire snaps.

A locking pin or additional measure is needed to keep the screw in place.

We have a number of these headsets in use. The team are very happy with the quality, ease of setup and use and the comfort. No reason to change!

Four Years of Excellent Service
All I need after 4 years is new earpiece covers. Nice clear sound. Bought the special cable to use with the office desk phone.

Dont freaking buy this
This head set does not connect with the standard phone jack out of the box. But unfortunately they do not reveal this little information anywhere in their catalog. You only find it after you receive the head set. To top it off the product page on their web site does not guide you to the right part you now need to buy to make this stupid thing work.

Misleading....My headband snapped and broke away from the earpiece in less than 6 months.

Just what we need but no adapter to use it.
Great product but need an adapter to use on our Polycom VVX 311 phones. We had them for our last phone system they worked great sound very good in both ears.

Love My Head Set
Reduces back ground noise great. Note to everyone this does require an MX10 or the USB adapter to use.  If you still have alot of back ground noise you will want to turn down the gain control in the MX10 and/or computer if you have it connected to you computer.  If you keep this in mine it will work great for you.  I have been using Plantations heads in call centers for years and this is the best analog on so far.
