I like that I can organize the various documents without having to create multiple folders to separate them. Having one master file makes it easier when the attorney has to take the file to court.

I love this product!! It helps with the organization of a customer's file. There's room to neatly organize papers and forms into specific areas without taking up so much room. It's my go-to file folder!

I have just started using this folder and it has changed the productivity of not only me but the office. We can now find anything effortlessly. We never have to flip though unnecessary information. I would recommend this folder to anyone that has to separate information into categories.

No more shuffling through a file to find the right document - with 6 filing partitions, you can easily organize a file in no time at all. Love the look of everything being neat and tidy as well!

I use these folders for employee personnel files. I use the dividers to keep documents separate and easy to find. The only drawback I can find is having to 2-hole punch everything.

I am an Accountant.  I previously used the Smead 6-part classification folders.  These new 8-part folders are even better for income tax return supporting documents.  Hey Smead R&D Dept--How about bringing out either a 10-Part or 12-Part folder?

We use the folders to keep workpapers for corporate tax returns for multiple years.

On this, St. Patrick's Day... I can't think of a better time to review these GREEN medical folders. They are sturdy and get the job done!

The files that I create are long-term and can grow quite large over time. This sturdy product stands up to the task and does not weaken or collapse over time.

The number of dividers and paper holders makes this great for keeping one month's worth of reporting, receipts, statements, invoices and the like. I had to try this product since the original classification folder I wanted was discontinued.

I inherited boxes of these from my predecessor.  I couldn't understand why they weren't being used, so I set some up with our worker's comp cases.  When it came time to file them, they didn't fit in the filing cabinet!  They are 9.5" high, so there is no way to put them in any sort of hanging file in a standard filing cabinet without their tabs folding over when you close the cabinet.  (Perhaps they make deeper cabinets?)  They fit in the drawer if they're not in hanging files - just standing on their own - but then they slide and fall flat in the file.  Each is handy on its own, but I just can't find a way to store them all together, which makes them essentially useless.  No wonder she left so many boxes of them behind!

Great means for a small business.  One can fasten Cash Receipts, vendor invoices, bank statements, insurance info and financial statements and more within this folder acco fastened in each group.  Wonderful!
