love it - extremely easy to use - the old stick on letters and numbers would fall off over time -- that does not happen with smartstrip - every year is color coded as well (our files are kept by year so this makes it very easy to reach for the correct file without looking twice at the years once you use smart strip you will never use anything else

With smartsrips you can assign colors, and other features to organize your filing in a very professional way.

We move cars for various fleets that lease them to sales representatives, we use the labeling system to color code our move folders making it easy to find them on the file shelf and during the processing process within the office. We used to wrap individual labels on the folders which was very time consuming, the one strip label system is perfect for our needs.

This product has made my life so much easier. I can easily find the file I am looking for now. The ability to customize what I want on my file label is priceless. If you are looking to organize your records files, this is the product you are looking for.

Hard to align, waste of labels, did not print to format. Would not reccomend this product.

Up till now, I would have given this a 5.  We have used system for about 9 years.  We changed off of individual Barkley number system and found this much easier. However now we have passed into file number 10000 and there is NO way to restructure these labels for 5 numbers without changing to a different system which changes the colors of the labels.  Hoped to make "name" section smaller but not possible.  So now, instead of nice big numbers, we have tiny unreadable numbers in a different color scheme than the previous 9000 files.

We have been using these labels for many years. We have noticed that the quality has gone down in the last few packs we have purchased. We are an insurance agency that uses a LOT of these labels.

The color coding for subjects is great for our central files as well as our Vaulted files. Makes having to look up a breeze for anyone in the office.

Labels are great, but ANY label from any company could always be thicker to last longer due to constant use of files.

Our company purchases many boxes of these.  The quality in the past was good.  The newer labels are very poor quality.  We purchase a large number of these every quarter.

Your can use these with your laser printer. Easily add indexing to your filing system for much faster retrieval than just writing on the folder. Must use with End Tab Folders (which are easier to maintain than top tabs).

This system would save a lot of if the software work incorrectly.  It would print differently then what is shown on the screen.  It waste a lot of label and money when this happen.  If you print does not pull from the manual tray, you did not waste a label; however, you still waste that label since the software only allow to print an x amount of time.  Software needs to have a preview screen before printing.

There used to be an ability to print up to 10 above and beyond what was "in inventory" and that has gone away.  It needs to be put back in because there are times when labels DON'T actually print and it wastes the labels since I can't go and add them into the inventory

I will never buy these again.
