this model has performance issues, do not recommend.

i had the older version and loved it, when it quit working I tried to reorder, but this new one is terrible. sounds like gunshots, I literally jumped the first time I used it and my boss came out of his office asking what was going on. thankful for great Runco reps who are remedying the situation for me

We bought one for our office in October 2017 and by the end 2018 it's basically useless.  It sure looks nice, but its poor design and cheap construction has made it another piece of office equipment that we will throw away soon.  The sensor doesn't read when paper is there so it won't staple.  But if you jiggle it maybe, just maybe, it will staple.  It's too much money for such an inferior product.
