This product required no set-up, and worked great right out of the box. Very easy to use. Would recommend purchase to others.

The U225-005-R 4-port Hi-Speed Hub was everything it said it was and performs exactly as I expected. I am extremely happy with the product. It was well worth the cost.

All seemed fine until I plugged the mini cable in. It kept falling out. It does not fit snugly like any normal cable should. It seemed cheaply made...how hard is it for one of two connective cables to work right?

The ports are poorly made and will not hold a cable.....cables just fall out.

All I needed was a 4-slot hub, which this is. The only thing I didn't count on was that the slots are so close together. I had to do a lot of switching around because some of my memory sticks are wider than most. In the end, I got it to work, even though I actually only have 3 working slots.

The USB-mini-B connector interferes with the case.  Forcing it is not a good idea, as it will likely damage the connector or its solder joints.  I've also had trouble with this hub recognizing thumb drives plugged into it.  I may have received a lemon, but you cannot excuse the cable issue.

Note that I have several other Tripp-Lite USB hubs, all of which have been great.  I keep a U222-004-R in my go-bag; love it.  I'm a big Tripp-Lite fan.  Hey, Tripp-Lite is the only company that ever put the switch on a power strip at the correct end (ie, opposite the power cord; not adjacent to it)!

USB 2.0 Hub works as expected, allows increased number of USB peripherals.

I ordered for a quick fix for my USB needs. Turns out I won't need to order anything else as this works perfect! No lag, pair's up quick, 4 ports.

My husband uses this at work and loves it

Now their desks are wireless connected and they still have room for clients to plug into their computers.
