I am a sewing professional and I sew clothing used by our fighting men and women! Some of this clothing is fireproof and bullet proof which means it may contain Kevlar fibers which makes the fabric tough to cut! Some of these fabrics will dull regular scissors very quickly? These titanium bonded scissors however, do not get dull as quickly and keep cutting even after regular stainless steel scissors have gone dull! They are also very comfortable to cut with all day long! Great products! I have several different sizes of Westcott bonded titanium scissors and they are wonderful! Thanks Westcott!

These scissors are by far the best scissors I have used for cutting fabric. I wish I had them when I was cutting multiple layers of fabric recently for a project I was doing. They would have saved me so much time during the cutting process. They have a very comfortable grip which is great for projects with lots and lots of cutting.

I enjoy doing craft projects and I'm getting ready to begin working on a Halloween costume for my son. My old sewing scissors have gotten dull and the screw that holds them together is worn out. Fortunately, I just received a new pair of Westcott ExtremEdge adjustable tension bent handle scissors so that I could try them and then review them. These scissors are great for cutting fabric, and even thick fabrics like felt and plush cut smoothly and easily.
                    My favorite thing about these scissors is that you can adjust the tension easily with the hex key that comes in the package. I don't like scissors that are too "tight" and I have found that adjusting the tension enables me to cut the fabric faster and more easily than I can with non-adjustable scissors. The bent handle is another useful feature for crafting and sewing. The scissors are very sharp, which is great for smooth and easy cutting, but you will want to be extra careful while using them.
                    I would recommend these ExtremEdge scissors for anyone who is looking for a well made pair of scissors that stays sharp and can handle thick fabrics or multiple layers of thinner fabrics.

My company makes custom costumes for ballet and stage. My biggest challenge is cutting multiple layers of the heavy coutil lining fabric. These scissors slice through with ease, so less hand cramping and soreness for me at the end of the day!

Well constructed product! I have used these in my classroom for a couple of weeks. I love them because they fit in my hand so well. I feel like I have good control when I am cutting with them. They are super sharp and can  be used on different types of fabric and paper.
