I can't review the performance of the AA rechargeable batteries except to say that they don't fit in the flashlights that take the non-rechargeable Duracell AA batteries easily. The rechargeable ones are thicker, and won't even go into the flashlights. What is up with that?

I bought 10 AA Duracell rechargable, expecting to get the same performance as a 4 pack I bought about 4 years ago.  Unlike those which arrived well charged, these arrived with no charge.  They appeared to charge, but were clearly not the pre-charged or stay-charged cells.\
  The pre-charged cells with the white ring around the positive terminal were good when new, and are still good.  The new ones with the green ring around the positive terminal were returned.\
  The pre-charged cells seem missing from the duracell web site now.

Ever since Duracell first came into the market it has always been my brand of choice. Duracell Rechargeable do not disappoint they are great and live up to the high quality that is expected.

I purchased a set of four Duracell 2400 mAh rechargeable AA batteries and the charging unit that was packaged with them on October 27, 2014.  I used them to power a camera flash unit, and rotated between charger and flash as needed.  \

The batteries are guaranteed for 10 years or 400 charges, whichever comes first.  After 3-1/2 years of use with an estimated 40-50 recharges, the batteries no longer will take a charge.  The charging unit flashes the error code.  The batteries have failed after a mere 10-15% of their advertised life span.\

The Duracell web site affirms the 400 recharges guarantee, but offers no remedy if the battery fails prematurely.  Thus, the guarantee is an empty promise.  The web site has no mechanism for leaving a detailed message to the company.  This is a disappointment, particularly considering the substantial sums of money the company invests in advertising its brand name and reliability.

Bought AA & AAA Ultra batteries which were not pre-charged (battery charger indicated a rage of 8% to 11%). Once fully charged the charge does not hold.

Step son had 4 for Xbox controller had less than two yers will not recharge now figured would last longer

I have bought 36 AA and 24 AAA from Sam's Club. Great Battery for my LED flashlights. But I did have 6 of the AA's (I rotate them through) that my voltmeter said were charged but they supplied little power when installed. Did a battery test with same voltmeter and they were dead. Hopefully Sam's will replace them. I had no issues with the AAA's.

I bought a pack of 4 for my daughters light and sound machine to fall asleep to. Its on about an hour and a half a day and last about a week before we switch out to the other pair. We have had these batteries for maybe 3 months and probably charged 12-15 times. I just put in a fresh pair and put the dead ones in the charger. to find that these batteries are no longer taking a charge. These have only been used with the provided duracell charger. As a troubleshooting measure I decided to put these in my universal nightcore battery charger to be greeted with an error indicating these batteries cannot be charged. advertisement says 400 charges or recharges. these haven't gotten past even 20 charges. I always used Duracell for regular batteries, However after this I will not be purchasing again
